From time to time I have customers who think Zazzle previews regarding invites show two pieces of paper. This has recently raised a complaint as when the customer asked me if her invitation would be on one piece of paper or two, I, of course, said 'one'. However, having placed her order and received them, it appears that what she meant was: 'will all the text appear on the front side'? Which is quite different. She mistakenly thought the back view of the image was a second sheet of paper and I hadn't realized this was what she was thinking (this might be obvious to others, but it never occurred to me) and now of course she's upset to find text on the reverse of her invite as per the 'previews'. Another thing customers request information on when ordering digital downloads is advice re what card/paper to purchase for home printing. A link to an informative article re this in item description could be helpful. It has too many variables I believe to be added to description or could simply add something to effect of: 100lb - 120lb is recommended for invitations/greeting cards, depending on your own printer capabilities. Hello! I normally finish my custom designs using the Zazzle designing tool and I find it will be nice for me if I can use the following features: 1. Once I use the tiling effect I would like to be able to move the pattern to the position I want because I can change the size but not the position without creating blank spaces in the pattern. 2. The column layout is different between Storefront and Store Management views. In Store Management there are 5 columns. In the Storefront (Public View) there is only 4 columns. I have spent a lot of time trying to make a collection look even and complete just to view in the Storefront and see everything skewed and uneven due to the difference in columns I would love to see this addressed ... As the nexus of what our design space could look like I would love us to have the opportunity to work with a modular design space where we as the designer could click an Edit button to be able to move different parts of our design space around to suit our needs. For example: you may as a designer be able to drag and drop the left side menu to the right side or you may want to drag the right side design tools to the left side and when done click a box finished and start designing with the different modules where they are most convenient for your workflow. Or you might even be able to hide some parts of the workspace that are a distraction to your workflow. I've uploaded one or two parts of our design space as examples of parts of our design space that could become modules that could be arranged.  I know this is a "way out there' idea but it would be just one more way to customize our design space that might help speed up our workflow.   ... Sometimes I would like to slightly adjust an image by stretching it - that is, not keeping the proportions whilst enlarging it. The norm is for proportions to be retained. To do this I would have to open the image in image-editing software, make the adjustment, then re-upload to Zazzle. I was hovering over the notification bell where it shows you sales that were made etc. and noticed this message: you have two products that may need optimizing, review now So naturally I clicked on the product thumbnail image displayed and guess what? It didn't take me to the product to review it 🙂  Where it took me was a page of products that could use some help (some hidden some not public)  Now it's possible that since it was mentioning two different products together it decided just taking me to the page where products might need optimizing or? Featured collections are shown on the first page of your store and are an important part of marketing. To set a featured collection the option is a bit hidden in the settings. (settings > Advanced settings > Customize Store > press submit at the bottom) IMO it would be more logical to move it to the collections tab and allow users to set a featured collection from there. I get a number of questions from people who've already ordered, or are about to order, and they are not sure if the envelopes are included.  When I go to check if it is even possible for the specific item (postcard or not) I admit it may be confusing if you aren't familiar with the site or ordering invitations.  It might be more clear for the envelope drop downs to read something along the lines of: Envelopes (select) YES - blank white  NO - skip the envelopes And have it be a required choice before adding to the cart. And if that choice could be listed as part of the description on the cart and order confirmations as well (maybe this is already the case, but I don't remember seeing it last time I ordered card samples, but it's been a white.) : ) ... It would be awesome if we could set the titles, tags, and description of the product and then preview where it will land in the Zazzle marketplace before posting. Right now you can get a pretty good gauge of where it will land by doing some quick research first, but it would be nice to be able to play around with the keywords before posting to really hone in and get it perfect on the first try. So I wanted to suggest that perhaps, when you have another upgrade to the platform coming up, if it's not too much trouble, would it be possible to flag for editor's picks like we sort by last month's sales, all time sales, etc? Moderators, Please - please - forward this suggestion, and I very much hope Zazzle takes this under serious consideration.   Tissue paper is back in stock, thankfully.  But it goes out of stock way too many times in a year for a distressingly long time.  Last year, it even went out of stock during the Christmas season!  That was horrendous.   Is it possible that Zazzle can add another manufacturer of tissue paper?  Maybe have two manufacturers?  There has to be a way to keep tissue paper in stock.  Clearly, it's a popular item.  It really hurts sellers - and Zazzle - to have it out of stock so many times and for such a long time. I think it would be great to have a "holiday non-photo" card option for customers. As it is now, when you filter to "None" on photos, you still get a lot of cards with photos. Wedding save-the-dates has a "non-photo" category option on the main page. I'm thinking something like this for holiday would be wonderful. ... View more

It would be really helpful / useful to be able to sort our royalty history columns so that we can view our data sorted by clicking on a heading or a sort by drop down selector.  For example: if I want to sort my royalty history by Product? Ship To Location? Royalty?
