So, one of my most selling collections is a Christmas collection and it shows under every collection I have and well, I don't believe many people are really interested in Christmas stuff right now so why not remove that collection from the row and thus replace it with something that also sells well and isn't seasonal? I mean, it would be probably beneficial if collections that have "Christmas" in tags only showed up during August-December? and the space they take would be given to some other collection that also sells well. I am not entirely sure in this suggestion. Christmas stuff sells every now and again during the whole year, but statistically, in April, I think more people are looking for something else. I welcome any feedback and thoughts on this suggestion, thank you 🙂

We desperately need to have a designable envelope size that the 5x7 invites with white envelopes will fit into. The only other choice for customers is to downsize the invitations and use a 5x7 A7 envelope that is designed. We need A8 and A9's to design Please.

I know table numbers are not exactly a big ticket item, but I sell a lot of them, and I'm constantly getting requests for bigger sizes and different paper options. I'm finding myself having to transfer them to either invitations or cards so that customers can get the size/paper they want. It would be super helpful if they were available in a variety of sizes and with all of the different paper options.

This design was made some time ago, and I hope the customers are okay with the back of the card. Apparently there is an addition by Zazzle that covers up part of my original text. The issue is on the back of the card. ok first im not trying to come off offensive, rude, or anything. i love zazzle, im still new to the whole thing, 8 months and i put alot of time in here but there is something completely not right with the way the designer centers anything. text, images. its pretty basic, anyone can see it. i was an ace drafter in high school and again im not being insulting, i cannot believe the designers disrespect for centering. its a simple concept, put the image or text on the center line and it should be centered exactly i couldnt get a screenshot showing the center line mac wouldnt let me it takes it from the image but you can trust me i know where it is and this is where the designer actually put the text on the product. 65 pixels from the right side of the phone and 58 pixels from the side of the phone it happens all day long making products, images and text do not center it happens on any product, maybe it works out on some products where they are centered, but ive been dealing with this the whole 8 months ive been here. and i end up manually centering alot of stuff because the designer is faulty i wasted months after i made templates for Quick Create, made alot of products, then realized none of the text was centered on them, tons of products. i had to throw them all away. then painstakingly, and i mean a pain, center every products text myself. its hard because you cant get it 12 pixels this way and 12 pixels that way. the centering tool bounces around and is honestly off center every time you cant get it exact months it took me to redo all my templates, then post my products with quick create i had to do for the second time this whole thing is not about quick create just making single products too i started putting notes to the buyer in the personalize thing that they may have to center their different initials or text themselves because the designer we have doesnt know how to center it itself. i didnt write it out to them like that i was just making a serious point, the designer is not right, its faulty and doesnt work properly

Just noticed this looking at an invitation in the marketplace. It's for this product type. There is no such button, all the options are just there ever-present on the right side of the product page. Thought maybe this was for mobile users but no, on my Android phone, via the Zazzle app or my browser, there is still no such button, the options are just there on the page. This line only appears when the 5 x 7 size is selected. * Also - there are 8 total sizes, not 8 additional sizes 😉

This problem has been going on for a while now - I reported it back on the old forum and was assured that Zazzle had it under control, but I'm getting more reports of foam core boards arriving damaged. I've got a lot of wedding designs on these - seating charts, welcome signs, etc, so often the customer is working within a tight timeline and there isn't much time for a replacement to be made. I've referred the customer to support, but I just wanted to flag this issue again because I think there may still be a problem with the maker.

Thank you, Zazzle, I love the new foil cards! I was wondering, is it possible to have the option of raised invitations, as well? (Where portions of the design are raised.) I've seen this elsewhere, and it really creates a stunningly beautiful effect. Just an idea I thought I'd put out there for future consideration.

It would be great if Zazzle emailed me discount codes that I earn. They are earned by taking surveys and doing reviews. Or... could we have a place in our My Account setting that listed our discount codes and perhaps when they expire. I'm sure that I do not utilize all the codes I earn because I forget to copy paste them into a document for later use. If something like this was utilized then perhaps Z could send reminder emails when one is going to expire... maybe leading to more sales. Thanks for considering, PC ........................

the FAQs Help - Zazzle link goes to a page called Help. It might be better to call this page FAQs, to avoid confusion with the Help menu to its immediate right. for the Help Zazzle Help Center menu It might be better to open this link in a new window, as there is no link on the Zazzle Help Center page that takes the user back to the Zazzle Community Forums (yes, you could always use the Back button). for the Creators, News and Information, and Community Help and Feedback links, I think it would look more aesthetically pleasing if the sub-menu choices under each of these sections were left aligned as opposed to their current [center] alignment. BTW, thanks for adding the Community Home link, and I really like the more compact organization of the sections for these menu links. Thanks again, W.H.

Hello, I'd like to know if you will still be sending 1099s since those paid with paypal will receive a 1099K due to the new laws. The way I read it you should NOT send a 1099 if you pay via paypal, venmo, etc, now. The reason being is it will show that my income is double what I actually earned - since by law you must claim all 1099's. Even Turbo Tax suggestion is WRONG when it says you can simply deduct the double in earnings section because that still will show your gross earnings as doubled - potentially putting you in a higher tax bracket as well. There is going to be a lot of glitches next tax season as most of us would like to avoid a knock on the door by the IRS. Thank you so much.

I would love the option of changing pricing on individual products (including different style/shapes) in one place. Allowing us, for example, to choose a new price or percent for a classic mug (or combo, or two-tone, etc.) across all stores or in one specific store. Selecting products 96 or 204 at a time is cumbersome. Plus many products are not differentiated to sort properly. For example different shaped/style ornaments are all lumped together but have different prices. I have very specific pricing goals for each product, but if there is a global new base price trying to hunt down that specific product across all stores is hard and time consuming. Or if I just want to change my pricing strategy for a product. If we had one place that said "Change all of my men's value t-shirts to 12.9% in xyz store" then I could update everything swiftly . Sorry, I think this should go in the feedback section, but I can't find it. So I created a couple of products after a request from a client. She then sent me a chat message that she could swear she ordered them, but never received a confirmation???!!!! In my sales reports it shows as being cancelled. Obviously she did not cancel it, so something went wrong, but I don't know why she never was informed? I sure hope this is not the standard reason for the abundant cancellations of orders. Of course I would not have known about this had she not messaged me. Also placing this in the forum after bad experiences with customer service.
