Some people created TRANSPARENT backgrounds for the top banners based on Zazzles top white background.  Now all those banners have a blue background instead of white as default. This makes some of the store banners look very odd and parts of the text fade into the blue.  I recommend switching back to white. It's simpler and fresher. Thanks!!!! ... View more

I design images on my Power Point on my Laptop and then upload to my Zazzle product. I find that on Power Point, one can copy, paste, move around, add backgrounds (though I use the Zazzle backgrounds too), add text (though I use the Zazzle text tool too), use more filters such as color, artist filters, correction image, borders, etc. I save my final image or images on JPEG, then I upload to the incredible design page on Zazzle. I can arrange all my predesigned images etc. and voila, all done! I can "fill" an image on my product and use it for a background and then upload more to add and arrange. Zazzle makes this so easy to do and then of course, one has the extra Zazzle tools such as: filters, white only, sizing, backgrounds (remember: if you use the solid backgrounds offered you can sell your product; however, if use the beautiful other choices, you cannot sell, cause not your orginal, I think.)  Thank you for reading. I think it would be a really good idea for Zazzle to have a special person to be a liaison between designers and the printers, with a special messaging button or email address just for that. That would make it easier, when we order samples and see that something isn't right, to actually work with somebody knowledgeable about the designing and printing processes, to determine the problems and work toward a solution. Customer service is fine as far as they go, but we need a way to work more closely with the printers, to know if a design or colorway is feasible, and to ensure that the problems are fixed for all future orders, and not just for my replacements. This would probably save Zazzle a lot of money on returns and lost sales, as well. ... View more

It would really be nice to have some insitu photos for the glass Trinket Trays. As it is, the views of them from the side make it nearly impossible to see the designs on them. We need some shots from a different angle to highlight their dimensions as well as the their designs. It would be wonderful if we could select multiple layers and move them at the same time.  For example, you've designed a card with images and wording. Then, you decide to put a bunch of stars on the background. You can copy and paste the stars but, each one ends up on top. Then, you have to drag each one individually down so it's in the back layer. I'd really appreciate it if we could download the designs that we create in the designer/creator design tool. It would be really helpful when creating personalized mock ups/cover photos since I don't have some of the design tool fonts.  It would also be helpful for cover photos of products where I've used the design tool tiling.  Since download is available in the Create tool which is free to everyone, it seems strange that the ability to download our own designs isn't available to us in our design tool. I clearly don't know the ins and outs of it, but since the Create design tool appears to be the same, it seems like it would be an easy feature to add to our design tool. It would be nice if the pillar candles also had angled left and angled right photos, the way the drinkware (mugs, flasks) do. I love the gift idea but I am very disappointed that only the item you choose shows up! For example I design kids watches so looked to see if mine was in the mix https://www.zazzle.com/featured/gifts+for+kids but when I went to the kids watch you choose to display all the links went solely to this creator 😐 and this one watch, no one else got a look in?  I know Zazzle has lots of lovely designs but it is a bit odd every link goes to this one product for kids watches by this only and frankly very very lucky designer! I get it they maybe a gold seller or a favorite but it would be nice to give the rest of us some chance of having our unique art and designs actually seen by the customers! ie the shop now button should point to https://www.zazzle.com/s/kids+watches as you have previously done to show a variety of designs on in this case kids watches. It would be really helpful if there was an in-situ image for the Luggage Handle Wraps to show customers what these are for. As in stands, just looking at the product image doesn't tell me anything. Zazzle did such a great job of presenting in-situ images for the Luggage Tags.
