When we are in chat with a customer who wants us to help them add a logo to business cards and they send us the logo through chat, please remove the watermarks from the image. It is difficult to help them with the image if it has been rendered useless by the watermarks 🙂 I have a customer who just asked me to help add his logo to a business card. I don't want to have to go through the explanation of why I can not help him. I just want to be able to grab the logo, add it to a business card, send them a link and get the sale Thank you in advance for considering this

PLEASE make the order of the feedback section conform to the remainder of the entire forum. I.E. All new comments (whether new suggestion, or response to earlier suggestion, are sorted as newest and show first. I have the forums sorted NEWEST to OLDEST. Currently one has to page through the 8 plus pages of threads to find the bolded title to read latest responses. The responses are not sortable to show newest first. I think there might be one more thread that is also not organized.

I’ve had a few potential customers reach out to ask if additional sizes were available in the paper cups. The cups are currently 8 oz. and people looking to order them as coffee cups seem to want something a larger, like 12-20 oz. Wanted to suggest additional sizes if it isn’t already under consideration. Thanks!

Would it be possible to offer mugs in which the design goes completely around the mug instead of stopping at the handles? It would be more esthetically pleasing to the eye. Thank you!

The ability to add meaningful descriptions or labels to layers lets users know at a glance what part of the design they're editing, and improves overall organization and editability within the design tool. Thank you, W.H.

It would be nice to see somebody actually wearing the socks. I've noticed socks are a product I have that actually sells occasionally 😅 I think it would be nice if you can see what it looks like when your wearing them, because otherwise it can be hard to tell if there is text on them were it is showing on the sock- Is it on the side of the foot or the bottom of the foot? Also designs stretch a bit when you wear socks, it would be nice to see how that stretching might effect a design.

I am learning about creating mailing lists! It seems like from what I have learned it is a super way to promote! It would be nice if there was a way to Integrate something like a MailChimp mailing list account with a Zazzle store maybe somewhere on store profiles were you could add a button. OR Maybe even better if something that shows up after a purchase were there is a little button that says "join my mailing list" for new products and design updates- Opt out at any time ...ex It might encourage repeat customers as they would get to see new designs coming out in updates and might come back to buy more later on?

I recommend that Zazzle remove all Zazzle Marketing attribution from All current cards. Create new templates for cards. Insert a blocked area, so that Designers are not able to apply any design in the blocked area on any cards created from the new templates. Advise designers to use the new templates and not to create a new card from an existing card. Show a warning to remind. After that, Zazzle can change up Zazzle Marketing attribution annually, or once a month , or every day, on all the cards created on the new templates, by placing the Attribution of the Hour in the reserved blocked area. This will help Zazzle to put an end to the practice of destroying the hard work of Zazzle's valued designers.

Hello,
I just noticed that a Zazzle QR code is showing up on the back of my cards. Did I miss an announcement about this? Unfortunately it messes up my logo and information I just created after Zazzle changed the attributions on the back a short while ago.
It's my understanding that the QR code will bring the customer directly to our store, which is great in some ways, but it might take away from my referrals, as I was putting my website on the back of my cards.
Would love to hear feedback from other creators.
Thanks!

Just FYI: You forgot to add the envelopes (discounted by 40%) on your 40% "mailing accessories" list on your sales/coupons page (https://www.zazzle.com/coupons), and you made again the mistake with the misleading 50% card-sale title ("50% Off Invitations, Announcements & More"), with links leading mostly to cards sold at 15% "regular" discount. I would change it to "Up to 50%". Thought to let you know. Happy weekend!

I was disappointed to discover the neck ties Z sells are polyester (as opposed to silk). Is that because it's easier to do POD stuff on poly?

Back in 2015 Zazzle launched a special store, called Support Nepal, after an earthquake hit Nepal in April that year. Designers could submit their designs with a theme that would relate to Nepal. Thirty percent of the gross proceeds from the sales from products in the Support Nepal store would be contributed to the Direct Relief organization. And because this was a charity effort, designers would of course not receive a royalty for these sales. There is still a blog about this here... Join Zazzle in Supporting Nepal Direct Relief is a humanitarian aid organization, active in all 50 states and more than 80 countries, with a mission to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergencies – without regard to politics, religion, or ability to pay. And this time too they are hard at work to organize and offer humanitarian aid to those in need due to the invasion of Ukraine... Ukraine Crisis Relief I really REALLY hope Zazzle will open the lines with Direct Relief again, so we can start doing this in an organized manner instead of having issue related designs fluttering all through the MP and missing the mark (no offense though to those who try their hardest doing this by themselves). @James @Scott @Hamoudi

What's going on with the pajama pants that sometimes pop up when you add a t-shirt to your cart? Are they old stock? I feel like I've been waiting for years for my size to get restocked ... I'd really like to buy a pair, they look so soft!

In the past Zazzle has created a store to support relief efforts and designers donated designs to populate the store. Or we had a special tag used to designate profits going towards that effort. The tsunami in Japan comes to mind, but I honestly do not remember how it was put together. Is Zazzle planning to designate an organization and create a store for Ukraine? Helping Ukraine is a global effort, anyone capable needs to help in some way. Making a shirt showing support only helps if some of that money makes it's way back to Europe. I'm Danish and my husband is French. WWII is still very much a part of our history and our parents memories. What is happening is horrific and my heart hurts for Ukraine. I'm so impressed with how Europe is rallying to take in as many refugees as possible. I don't want to get too political but I'm disappointed in NATO's slow response and fear that this will get much worse before it gets better. Sorry for the long-winded post. I'm just hoping Zazzle will create a formal path that designers can use to create products being sold that will directly help the refugees fleeing war. And will eventually help Ukraine re-build.

It would be great if the secondary content (background) designers were popped into the Creator Panel in the design tool BELOW the original product designer. This would prevent secondary content designers from getting unrelated messages and help direct the customer to the right person if they want matching items or have product questions.
