Due to the lack of regular "generic" foil cards, I'm using the Holiday "variant" to create also sympathy, birthday and other cards, and memorial prints are also planned. I can change the title to get rid of the "Holiday", but on the product page, under the price tag, the card is labeled as "Holiday Card". Can you please change this to a more generic "per Card"? Thank you for considering.

There are several threads in various forums that I do not wish to be bombarded with. There is a selection in the right hand menu to mute (grayed out) I thought that this was a possible way to ignore these posts. Please make something available so we will not need to see irrelevant (to the reader) threads and their multiple posts.

It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. Or it does I forget go to work on something else and discover the empty categories a week later. So I hardly bother and my store is just a mess. Please make it how it use to be.

Right now when I use the curved arrow to add my product to a collection, I cannot then click those blue words highlighted in my photo, and get to my collection. If you would make the blue words into a hyperlink, that would help with productivity. Thanks. I am working on iPad.

I know tons of creators have asked for this before, but it would be exceptionally helpful. I understand the "return for any reason" policy, but if there is something wrong with a design it would be helpful to know that. If there can just be something like: "Was there an issue with the design of the item you are returning? We would like to provide feedback to the designer so they may make corrections." I think this would be enough. If we are being given the ability to fix and repost designs without creating new ones, this would be highly helpful to both the designer and Zazzle. Why would Zazzle want products that have issues with them??

I thought I asked this a while ago (can't find it now) but please please please.... can we please finally have double side product (front and back together) product views in one same image? Front and back of coffee mug in same image / insitu Front and back Tshirt image in " " This is kind of important for products that have a message on one side and punchline on the back.... see only the front of such a design takes away all the pop and power of a two side message, joke, even front and back images THESE ARE NOT my images: I'm just displaying as example of front and back designs. Imagine the front and back like father and son design below.... and all the customer sees as the representing image is the father and son sitting... who is going to know what the other side says unless both are displayed in one product view image? Firsthat are related.

Can you please either put the latest posts back on the homepage or at least put a link to them in the body of that page. The recent changes have made the forum all but impossible to navigate on my phone.. There are pop up/ sidebar menus that appear on the desktop version that do not appear on the mobile one…

Could we get a week or two week notice before each new set of font swaps take place? A notice that tells us which fonts are leaving and, possibly, which fonts are taking their places in the swap? I have multiple products that use large versions of Serif, San Serif, Decorative, and Distressed fonts. I’d like to do “final chance”, “limited time only”, “original edition” types of promotion on those products on social media, my website, and possibly my Zazzle store branding. It feels like an opportunity. So, I wanted to ask.

In the original forums, there was a thread giving wonderful guidance to newbies. I wish I could remember the name of it, but I'm sure others remember it well. I'm concerned with how the designs transfer from foil products, I just had a large invite order where a foil was transferred to a standard invite, when I did the same thing the foil layer ends up on one side of the invite in black and the background on the back side of the invite, is there either a way that this could be fixed or maybe disabled from the foil products. I'm worried its going to lead to large orders being refunded as they don't achieve the results that they're after.

With the explosive addition of many new fonts, it would be nice to be able to "jump" down the font list by hitting a letter of the alphabet, instead of scrolling down the list. Please reconsider showing the $0.00 value when an increase in our Pending Royalties was actually a referral from another creator’s product getting purchased. And if that order is CANCELLED and my Royalty History total decreases I will see that too. I have had an increase in these lately and the only way I can figure if that's an Earnings History increase or decrease is from visiting the Zazzle Earning App. I know people don’t like to see $0.00 in their Earnings History but at least we know where the increase or decrease comes from. If there are other recommendations on how to display that please share it. I’m assuming there are others who would also like to keep track of this.

Unless I'm overlooking it, it would be nice to have a scroll to the top of the page button, that scrolls with the page. I thought I saw one today, but it disappeared. It gets tedious when you're scrolling on a page and can't jump to the top of the page quickly. I tried looking at Zazzle in Waterfox and Chrome and didn't see one.

I find following these posts difficult at times as it's a jumbled mess in my opinion. So I posted a reply in an subject and came back to see what has changed. It says there's 1 new message... and so I'm winding my way through to see which is the new message 🙂 So allow sort by most recent so I can see the newest reply at the top of the chain / page. Can you please reorganize the script fonts, so that all the script and calligraphy and handwritten script fonts are together in one, instead of being separated? It's too hard to compare fonts when you have to switch between the "handwritten and calligraphy" section and the "script" section. Perhaps you could have the non-script handwritten fonts in the handwritten category, and then all the other script fonts under script. That way I won't miss any. Most of the time I'm not sure if a particular script font would fall under handwritten/ calligraphy, or script!

Hi Team Zazzle, It would be really great if we got a notification when a sale gets cancelled. With this new notification system, it seems like that could be possible. Including things like the date of sale and product cancelled would be very helpful. Not sure if you could make clicking on the notification take us to the cancelled sale in our sales report, but if so, that would be great. Thanks for considering, PC ........................
