I tried to find an existing thread for this but couldn't find one so apologies if this is a duplicate.  It's my turn to be in the A/B test with the alert bell on my profile.  1.) Could the alert number be a different color (not red, since it doesn't require a response)? Could the bell be placed all the way to the right side of our profile pic so that the chat remains more prominent, since THAT is an "action" item, while the bell alerts are "passive/nonurgent" items. 2.) It's listing the quantity sold as though it's an individual sale. No, I didn't get 144 sales within the last half hour. That would be lovely. But it's really a few sales that resulted in a total quantity of that number of cards. I feel like it's toying with my emotions. : )  Maybe I'm missing something (I'm all ears), but I'm not finding the actual/functional usefulness, aside from locating those spam accounts lol - because I have nothing specific to do when someone follows me, and use the actual stats reports to check sales. I'm not opposed to it existing, but the manner in which it is "alerting" me is functionally distracting from actual work processes while on-site. It pops up a bright red number every time a page refreshes, and I keep thinking I should be responding to a chat or that something is wrong? Please make it to where we can delete a layer by highlighting it in the layers tab. Currently, if I click on a layer under the layers tab and want to delete it, I have to right click on the actual element in the design to reach the delete button. Sometimes this highlights a different element in the design instead of the one I want to delete. It would be so much easier if we could right click on the layer under the layers tab and get the copy paste delete options to show up there. Also, I tried clicking on the layer in the layers tab and pressing the delete key on my keyboard hoping that would work...but nothing.   ... View more

I've noticed when you try to add an acrylic invitation and foil invitation to cart it stops you from adding it the cart if you haven't selected whether you do or don't want blank envelopes. I believe this an example of a blocker that slows down purchasing and that option the should be prefilled to blank envelopes ....as ultimately less clicks to purchase should be the goal. Also just generally we should be trying to reduce the amount of clicks/steps to make a purchase (look at amazon where its very quick to purchase something) While the new design tool look greats it does seem to add in extra steps for the customers to purchase. I'm sure everyone at Zazzle is well aware of the concept of reducing the number of clicks to purchase etc .. but just thought i'd mention this particular issue so that we can try make it easier for customers to add to cart... and remove any unnessary blockers Thanks ... I keep wondering why the only insitsu image of the Espadrilles shows an image of them that is not what the creator published. This is very confusing to the customer. Could we not have an insitsu of what was actually designed and published? Below is an example of what I am referring to. Take a look at the insitsu image. It does not match what was published. A different transparency option would be good on the tattoos. Recreating my deleted tattoos, it occurs to me that many won't work on dark skin. Surrounding white is understandably knocked out and made transparent; but enclosed white and light colours are also knocked out (EDIT: if the latter is an error, then this post should perhaps be in Technical Issues) A transparency option where enclosed light areas aren't knocked out would be good, I think it's been done on the window clings. Light text on a dark shape on dark skin would then work. The above won't solve floating dark text on dark skin, but additional preview images with light/dark skin would help customers understand what they're getting. Thanks 🙂 ... View more
