What's going on with the pajama pants that sometimes pop up when you add a t-shirt to your cart? Are they old stock? I feel like I've been waiting for years for my size to get restocked ... I'd really like to buy a pair, they look so soft!

In the past Zazzle has created a store to support relief efforts and designers donated designs to populate the store. Or we had a special tag used to designate profits going towards that effort. The tsunami in Japan comes to mind, but I honestly do not remember how it was put together. Is Zazzle planning to designate an organization and create a store for Ukraine? Helping Ukraine is a global effort, anyone capable needs to help in some way. Making a shirt showing support only helps if some of that money makes it's way back to Europe. I'm Danish and my husband is French. WWII is still very much a part of our history and our parents memories. What is happening is horrific and my heart hurts for Ukraine. I'm so impressed with how Europe is rallying to take in as many refugees as possible. I don't want to get too political but I'm disappointed in NATO's slow response and fear that this will get much worse before it gets better. Sorry for the long-winded post. I'm just hoping Zazzle will create a formal path that designers can use to create products being sold that will directly help the refugees fleeing war. And will eventually help Ukraine re-build.

I know this has probably been asked for before at some time or other, but I would love to see all black coffee mugs offered to put designs on. They look so beautiful!

It would be great if the secondary content (background) designers were popped into the Creator Panel in the design tool BELOW the original product designer. This would prevent secondary content designers from getting unrelated messages and help direct the customer to the right person if they want matching items or have product questions.

It's been a while since I have clicked on that and just wow! You've efficiently packed a lot of great stuff in there and not a single link-out to someone else's products / stores. There's "other products from this collection" in case they missed that on the product page and "other products from this store" that scrolls 96 random products! I really love that the design description we wrote is in there, too, as I often write instructions in my description and now customers can see those instructions while inside the design tool where they need them. Now just to figure out how to coax customers to view that panel. Hmm. Maybe sometime in the future "about this design" could be its own button/menu option above the Creator one. If a customer has gone as far as entering the design tool to customize things, I think they'd be pretty likely to check such option out for info/directions. Anyway, great job!

I see only one in situ option for the throw pillows, which is a light gray. I have trouble making my white background pillows pop on the light surround offered in the in situ options. If a dark background were to be offered as another option that would be wonderful for marketing on Pinterest and beyond. Pic below (at Twitter link) I'm ready to just think about pretty #Flowers on pillows and stuff. #escape pic.twitter.com/UArpnqvcnh — InternationalBirthdayCards (@InBirthdayCards) March 9, 2022

Let's see if I can explain this. And I know it might just be me but... Before when changing from one shop to another shop it stayed in the same area. For example, I'm in Shop 1 in the products page. Going to Shop 2, I was still in the products page. Now, if I'm in the products page, when I go to the next shop it takes me automatically to the homepage of that shop. I preferred it the old way as I worked in sections updating and verifying stuff in each shop in the same area. The new way creates a new step.

Not sure if this is in the right area. Would it be at all possible for items that have been shared by the designer to one of the networks on the item page to be marked? I would like to see a mark of some kind (small green triangle ?) that denotes that a particular item has been shared. This would be in the backend for the designer only to see. A feature like this would make it easier for the designer to update the items that they have shared. Right now I am not sure which items I have links out for and find myself optimizing too many things. Pretty much because with 10 years of work I have no idea what has been shared or to where for that matter. It would be even nicer to have a different mark for where it was saved. Just a small logo mark denoting where it was saved to? I don't think I am the only one who shares while working on products and getting totally mixed up. It would be much too difficult for a designer to keep a running tally of what is saved and where. Believe me over the years I have tried. Just more wishful thinking but perhaps a date could be added so we know when it was last saved. Example - A 'P' 3/22 - denotes saved from item page to Pinterest in March 2022 A 'FB' 2/21 - demotes saved from item page to FaceBook Feb 2021 and so on. Just a crazy thing on my wish list. --- Visit Leatherwood Design ---

Hi Zazzle Team, As the international situation escalates, don't you think it would be just the perfect timing to introduce the long awaited option to get our payments directly to our own bank accounts? I'm pretty sure it would have more positive impact on your valued Creators' lives than changing a button color to a different shade of blue or making the profile picture round instead of square. I know, Americans think that PayPal is a little piece of heaven, but in most of the other parts of the world, it's just an unnecessary third party with bunch of ridiculously high charges, nonsense limitations and verification requirements, and long processing times. (No, I'm not russian.)

I would love to see combination sales that entice buyers to add more related product via a discount Example: buy a pack of business cards get 1/2 off business card holders buy a pet bowl get 1/2 off pet ID tags buy thank you cards get 1/2 half off thank you stickers I guess you get the idea here So instead of just promoting a product or category of products, offer a related product at a discount that entices add on sales. More sales = more royalties and larger monthly checks for designers and added volume for Zazzle

Note I am referring to the 'details' portion of the product page where all the template fields appear in a single list. And NOT the editing page the customer sees after 'customize further' etc. I myself currently add the word 'REVERSE ....' when adding a template field to the back of something before saying the purpose of that text field. It is not always obvious to the customer which side of the template they are editing from their view unless they enter the customization tools. It would be great if the system automatically had a fail-safe where the template field always indicated which SIDE of a document, card, invitation they were entering text for.

I'm pretty sure this was discussed in the old forum but I don't know if it's in the works to be fixed?? I've seen other designers mention this, so I know I'm not the only one who accidentally sends garbled, unedited, half-messages by hitting the return button in chat. Since I'm not a very good typist, my answers usually require a lot of editing before I dare hit send....and with Chat I'm often left red-faced; my goobledygook has been sent and it can't be edited. Sigh.

I want to call your attention to the Stone Coasters. As it stands, there are 4 different styles. In question are the names of the "limestone" and "travertine" styles. Travertine is limestone, and therefore creates confusion with the style names of these two. There are different styles of travertine according to articles I have read about it. The style of travertine shown in this Zazzle product is referred to as "tumbled travertine" because of its rustic and aged appearance. I would strongly recommend that Zazzle rename its "travertine" style coaster to "rustic travertine" to clarify any misunderstanding between that style and the smoother "limestone" style. Zazzle's "travertine" style coasters are most definitely of a rustic, aged look. https://www.zazzle.com/colorful_japanese_maple_leaves_floral_stone_coaster-256270619435057398

For some reason on our public profile, only the reviews we have left for others are public. It would be really helpful to have the reviews we have received made public on our profiles. There have been a few occasions when I have needed / wanted to refer a potential customer to my reviews, but I can't?

I know this has been discussed to death, and I know Zazzle is analyzing data from the test run, but I just want to add another voice to the chorus begging for this feature. I just had to delete about 30 products that I'd already promoted because I discovered that I forgot to set the inner fill property on the photo template. It just kills me not to be able to fix things like that, and deleting products after they've already been promoted is such a messy solution.

the FAQs Help - Zazzle link goes to a page called Help. It might be better to call this page FAQs, to avoid confusion with the Help menu to its immediate right. for the Help Zazzle Help Center menu It might be better to open this link in a new window, as there is no link on the Zazzle Help Center page that takes the user back to the Zazzle Community Forums (yes, you could always use the Back button). for the Creators, News and Information, and Community Help and Feedback links, I think it would look more aesthetically pleasing if the sub-menu choices under each of these sections were left aligned as opposed to their current [center] alignment. BTW, thanks for adding the Community Home link, and I really like the more compact organization of the sections for these menu links. Thanks again, W.H.

Hello, I'd like to know if you will still be sending 1099s since those paid with paypal will receive a 1099K due to the new laws. The way I read it you should NOT send a 1099 if you pay via paypal, venmo, etc, now. The reason being is it will show that my income is double what I actually earned - since by law you must claim all 1099's. Even Turbo Tax suggestion is WRONG when it says you can simply deduct the double in earnings section because that still will show your gross earnings as doubled - potentially putting you in a higher tax bracket as well. There is going to be a lot of glitches next tax season as most of us would like to avoid a knock on the door by the IRS. Thank you so much.

Thank you Zazzle for the "Auto Save on the "In Progress For Sale Posts". Love it! It would be great to also have an auto save for when we are optimizing our product details. The process can be time consuming and all is lost when we hit the "Done button" and the reCAPTCHA "I'm not a robot." shows up. Thanks for considering, Sandra
