I kept thinking it was my eyes, but there seems to be a problem with the previews on the bottle labels. I'm hoping it's just a preview issue, not something about the printing process for these, but the colors just look WAY off. These cards use the exact same artwork as the bottle labels, but they don't even look close. Could this be fixed please? Thanks! The configurable shapes available is very limited. Customers may wonder why we just have a circle, square, line and triangle. There are no hearts, stars, arrows, etc.. They may not do a icon search to find a shape. Further, many may not be able to mask a photo with a shape, or group things. Zazzle and the customers may see better designs and more creativity by expanding the tools we can mask with. Customers may like their wedding photos in hearts, or team photos in stars. Or, perhaps charge us say .05 cents per icon we want to use for artistic purposes. PS Sorry I have so many ideas. I think you guys are doing an excellent job. I just figured if you went through all of this trouble to create a new forum to also collect more ideas. I'd submit them as I think of them.

It would be great if we could have up to 4 templates we can automatically choose from to send to customers who contact us. We could create professional sounding responses that do not sound hurried or have any grammatical errors, and best of all sound like they are coming from us. The same canned response with a "Kind Regards" and a name from multiple creators may leave the customer feeling that we are just sending canned response. My responses for what I'm selling may be different from what someone else is selling. A congratulatory and thanks for shopping for a Bridal Boutique, may sound different from a store that sells pet memorials. I think that 4 of our own canned responses. Or, even Zazzle creating them and us editing them may be fine. For example... 1. One for shipping times. 2. One for order mistakes with name, etc.. 3. One for product materials and specifications. 4. One for returns.

I'm not sure what's going on, but I've been totally slammed with shipping inquires recently - three so far this morning. I really think that calling us "creators" has made this problem worse. I would love it if Zazzle could allow us to craft an instant auto-response to clarify, but since that might be difficult, perhaps Zazzle could implement an instant "thank you for your message" note which would clarify that we cannot help with customer service requests, but to stand by if their request is about the artwork/digital template. The current auto-response isn't very automatic so if we're not available to reply instantly, the customer is left hanging, and I think it's very frustrating for them to have to wait hours or days only to find out that we can't help them. Something like this perhaps: Thanks so much for reaching out! Your message has been forwarded to the product creator. Please Note: creators produce the artwork/digital templates, but not the products themselves. If you are inquiring about product specifications, the ordering process, printing, or shipping, you'll need to contact Zazzle's Customer Care team via www.zazzle.com/about/ask. Otherwise, stand by and the creator will back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for considering it!

It would be wonderful if Zazzle could find some way to allow place cards to be customized individually. As it stands, they can only be ordered in packs of 10 for the flat place cards, and packs of 25 for the folding variety. This means that the only real option is to design something generic or something with a write-in spot for the person's name. It would be SUPER helpful if customers could have printed names on these. I understand the minimum order since these are an inexpensive product, but perhaps there would be some way that they could be customized individually within the minimum order - sorta like wine charms work where you can buy them in sets of 4 but customize each one in the set individually. for the past week when I am trying to go to the sell page from creating a new design that popup keeps appearing asking for my email address in exchange for a 20% discount. Can you please program that thing to recognize the difference between a creator making something for sale and a buyer buying something? Today it was not responding to my click on the close button and I could not proceed to the sell it page. finally after about 8 clicks it closed and let pass. it is like a bad gate keeper asking for a password from a monty python movie... Playing off of another thread here I would like to make the suggestion that Zazzle offer a standard insitu with the front and back view shown together for all two sided products. Yes it would be nice to upload our own but I also think there should already be one that Zazzle has uploaded. I have made them for pillows for my Pinterest boards and they get a lot of eyeballs. It would be great if we could easily and quickly sort and see which product types we should be focusing on by sales. Having it under Royalty Reports which can look at all stores simutaneously saves time. Example: We may "feel" we sell more stickers than buttons, because we keep getting mostly sticker sales. So, we make even more stickers. But, often it can be the case that just one or two designs in particular keep selling. Our false assumption creates stores with lots of one type of product, and, not a lot of others. Creating based on product types that sell, rather than by a particular popular product, may save us time, and, be more profitable for Zazzle. If this is too hard to do, you can just make the word TYPE which is already there clickable to sort it alphabetically?? Just an idea.... Thanks for all you do!

On the Products > Statistics it would be great if we could check a box titled "Show Collections" a product is in. 1. We could easily see if we forgot to add a certain product. 2. We could see if we added something to the wrong collection. 3. We could uncheck and remove certain items from a collection. 4. We could easily add items to a collection with a check box.

Please make it possible to click on the checkboxes for multiple (continguous -- i.e. across the same row or rows) products in the backend using the mouse and [Shift] key (note: this was possible in the previous version of the backend). I first want to say that I really appreciate all the effort being put into making the website and the forum/community look fresh and new. Y'all work so hard--and I am really grateful. But--I also feel that I need to share some feedback on what isn't working for me and why. I believe that it all comes down to a difference in coding and viewer preferences between mobile devices and computer screens. Mobile devices can be tipped to change the layout from a vertical rectangle to a horizontal rectangle, but computer screens are all horizontal rectangles. The larger the computer screen, the more you can pack into that rectangle from side-to-side--but this isn't necessarily a good thing for the viewer's focus--which is mostly at the center of the screen, straight ahead. (which is why older versions of websites tend toward columns of information centered on the screen. With the new Zazzle backend format, in a full-size window at 100% normal size/resolution (my default) on my computer screen, I now have seven columns of products that fill my screen completely (and the category list has been pushed to the far left). While I can minimize and adjust the size of my screen to have fewer products--that just isn't how I typically interact with websites (or with Zazzle in particular) and this is too much input at one time on a computer screen. As someone who wrestles with issues related to focus, it's--incredibly overwhelming. I need and want more white space on the side of my screen. I'm relieved to see that the shopper view isn't doing this as well just yet--and I really hope that it isn't switched to the same. (I know shoppers who already feel quite intimidated by Zazzle's website) Please add in some coding that limits the overwhelm on the computer view of the back end or give us a "classic" view option that we can revert to as needed. With Easter, Mother's & Father's Day, St. Patrick's Day and so many other occasions knocking at our doors it would be extremely helpful to be able to create our own mockups especially for cards, so we can show front & inner pages/backside in one picture (which makes it easier also for customers to choose the right one without having to enter the product page first). It's also handy for other products that are printed on two sides, such as pillows. Once you had the opportunity to do so (beta), you feel lost without this option. Carrying this request over from the last forum. The Custom Cuteness Banners display products that are no longer available on Zazzle. Associates who wish to promote baby goods should not use these banners as it is false advertising. The products displayed can't be bought here. When I enter "paper bowls" as a search term when transferring a design to another product, the database of Zazzle products doesn't return the new 7" paper bowls. Entering "bowl" or "bowls" only shows the chili and soup bowls. Entering "plate" or "plates" is the only way to see the paper bowls, and they're the last of the search results. Thank you!

I know collections can be used in a variety of different ways, and some of that includes creating collections with products that aren't our own, so that may make this impossible, but it would be SUPER helpful if there was some way to get back-end functionality in collections of our own products. Like maybe if there was some link on the collection page that allowed you to open a back-end window displaying only your products from that collection or something like that? I tend to use collections rather than categories to organize my products/store, so it would be really great if I could get sales/views stats on all the products in a given collection so I could easily tell which designs are doing well, and focus on those when creating new colors etc. Thanks for considering it!
