I am not comfortable providing a private cell phone number. The two factor authentication can be achieved by sending the code to the email you already have on file for a designer.  As it is now, I am unable to assist a customer via chat because I have not provided my personal cell phone number. One of my customers just sent me an image of some wedding stationery that she printed out on deckled (torn edge) paper. She purchased an instant download and had it printed elsewhere because she wanted the deckled edge. It looked SOOO good and it made me wish that we could offer that. I don't know what sort of technical issues there are with printing on that sort of paper, but it would be wonderful for invitations, programs, menus, and all sorts of wedding stationery. ... Wouldn't it be a great if we could have a way for creators to report really bad end-products in the marketplace to Zazzle?  To clarify - I am not talking about the actual design/uploaded image being bad, what someone designs and what someone else thinks of it is subjective, this is not the issue. What I am thinking of is those shops that just spews out images on products without even looking at the finished product. The ones who put a picture in the same small size on a mug and a t-shirt, the ones where a a line of words go outside the design so it is not making sense at all, the wrapping paper with just one small image on it, not repeated, so the rest of the roll is white, just giving a few examples I've seen lately. It is not that I personally go looking for them, they are just show up now and then when doing a marketplace search. Can't help but wonder what potential customers think of the over-all quality of the products sold on Zazzle when something really bad turns up for sale in their own search. I know of other creators also seeing examples of this in the marketplace and those of us who actually take time and pride in trying to create a great end-product for the marketplace just cringe when we come across one of these items. None of the alternatives on the "Report Violation" feature seems to fit this particular problem. Would it not be a good idea to have an easy way for us to report these kind of products?  ... With the requirement to add a private phone number in order to deal with chat, I think it is necessary to add a disabling option to this feature for those who do not want to give their phone number or do not have a mobile. It's not only very unprofessional towards designers to force this upon them as well as insulting to customers who will never receive a reply. Not to mention a fool-proof method to chase away customers altogether. Actually it should have had that option to begin with. On collection sorting. I was recently putting my Halloween collections at the top, but how annoying it is that the page wizzes to the top, and I have scroll back down again. Is anyone with me on this? Could we ask to get that feature removed to make seasonal sorting less frustrating? Also why not incorporate an option to sort by: drag and drop, send to front/back in a grid-view. This would be much like we did with the previous product sorting within collections. 1. When we delete a product form our store, please automatically delete the product from the collection! More than once I've found blank products in my collections, because I deleted the product, but it's still invisibly showing in my collections. ... View more

It would be great if we had the possibility to put some kind of "away or out of office" automatic reply into the chat. With the hurricane we had just now I knew that I would be without power and internet for days so any requests coming in during that time just sat for days in the chat. Additionally when I finally got to them they were about production and shipping so not for me to solve anyways... would have been great to have an auto-reply message to inform customers and redirect them to customer support. It would be wonderful if we could have categories for collections, at least on the back end. Then we could move whole segments of collections around, such as moving all the Christmas collections to the front for the holiday season. I know this was marked solved on another post but it truly wasn't put into the Suggestions forum to begin with. I'm really going batty and blind trying to create transparent backgrounds on mugs, keychains and other products currently shown on white backgrounds.
