The community forum feels overdue for a reset. Not because disagreement exists that's a sign of life but because how we engage has shifted. Sarcasm, passive digs, tone-policing… they’ve started to undermine thoughtful dialogue. Silence is used to dismiss. Shade is used to control. That’s not community that’s performative pecking order. Today, a creator messaged me privately to share her concerns. She gave me permission to speak on her behalf but that alone is a red flag. No one should need a spokesperson to feel safe expressing their thoughts. Everyone deserves a place at the table. That is the clearest reason yet for a forum reset. Tone isn't the problem. Disrespect is. If a post doesn’t resonate with you? Scroll on. If someone’s approach isn’t your thing? Let it be. If your reply doesn’t add clarity or encouragement? Consider holding it. This isn’t a call for forced cheer. It’s a call for emotional maturity. A space where creators seasoned, new, bold, quiet can share without feeling like they’re being measured for sport. Leading with clarity shouldn’t be met with coldness. Politeness shouldn’t invite silence. And thoughtful critique shouldn’t have to wear armor. Let’s rebuild the tone from the inside out. Let’s speak with purpose, not perform for status. And I’ll be the first to admit: when my words are twisted or I’m accused of something as serious as fraud, I will defend myself. That’s not drama. That’s dignity. But the fact that creators feel they have to defend themselves just to participate? That’s the real issue and it needs to stop for this forum to thrive. Wasn't sure whether to put this here or in technical issues - but is there any way Zazzle can make the curved “ ” and ‘ ’ the default in the customizer? Or is there a shortcut I don't know about to make them show up easier than copy paste (since customers likely won't do that). That straight prime symbol that shows up is so unsightly and even obtrusive in some fonts. Thanks! (I tried to search if this has been asked before but every post that Mark has ever commented on came up in the results 😂)

Could discontinued products be removed from optimization needed products. There is a separate category for discontinued products and it would be easier to find the products needing to be optimized if the discontinued products were removed. Oh, I just now checked the discontinued button and I see that only a few of my discontinued products show up when I click that button so maybe this is a technical problem. Maybe the discontinued products are not suppose to be included with the products that need to be optimized. It really would be great if only non-discontinued products showed when clicking the optimization needed products. It would be a lot less products to sort through. Thanks for considering, Sandra

I am not comfortable providing a private cell phone number. The two factor authentication can be achieved by sending the code to the email you already have on file for a designer. As it is now, I am unable to assist a customer via chat because I have not provided my personal cell phone number. The customer is able to send me a message via chat (as was tested by ColsCreations in another thread) but they do not receive anything on their end to inform them I cannot receive this. Please reconsider this 2FA and include an email option.

Could we please have a few realistic looking insitus for the Acrylic Trays? Perhaps one with the tray on a tabletop. Need one for both the rectangle and the square style. Can we request that the 'notifications' numbers have different colors based on the notification type. I can't be the only one that gets excited thinking it is a sale notification, only to find out it's just a Zazzle announcement of some sort. HAHA. But in all seriousness, it would be AWESOME if there was a different notification color or way to tell if it is a sale, product like, site announcement and other.

One of my customers just sent me an image of some wedding stationery that she printed out on deckled (torn edge) paper. She purchased an instant download and had it printed elsewhere because she wanted the deckled edge. It looked SOOO good and it made me wish that we could offer that. I don't know what sort of technical issues there are with printing on that sort of paper, but it would be wonderful for invitations, programs, menus, and all sorts of wedding stationery.

It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning. I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively. This would not happen if Bata testing was performed.

Hello Zazzle, please gives us the option for 2x2" square and round stickers to design for business product labels like candle jar, skincare product container etc. This size fits most popular size of candle and skincare containers. We really do need smaller size hanging wall tapestries, the ones with the wooden tops and bottoms. The ones we have are too big. Small tapestries are much more popular, and many are also sold in pairs with similar motifs. The smaller ones would fit well on small or narrow wall spaces, especially portrait style tapestries. Perhaps a square style one would be nice as well.

With the requirement to add a private phone number in order to deal with chat, I think it is necessary to add a disabling option to this feature for those who do not want to give their phone number or do not have a mobile. It's not only very unprofessional towards designers to force this upon them as well as insulting to customers who will never receive a reply. Not to mention a fool-proof method to chase away customers altogether. Actually it should have had that option to begin with. "Chat" assumes a reply within a minute, which is obviously impossible in most cases. Thank you.

Hello! I have a few suggestions that I think I will appreciate a lot. I would love to know where the referrals come from: Pinterest, Facebook, a blog, TikTok, or Instagram. I really would love to know; it doesn't matter if it's a third-party referral or a self-referral—I want to know them all. For Collections sort, we can organize products by last viewed day, last sold day, and popularity. I would love to check out my collections this way too. I would love to separate product views into organic and non-organic, and also have the keywords that bring the organic views. For instance, on product insights, we may have "Zazzle Searches," which I suppose are organic searches, but then I don't get to see the keywords. I have no idea how people find me. I have the feeling that Zazzle doesn't show these keywords until the first sale occurs, so as not to generate wrong impressions, but this information will help in tuning a product for better performance. I know that we receive notifications when products are really doing badly. For example, every day I have notifications from products that have more than 12 months without views. However, I would also love to see notifications when a product is reaching a point where it is overperforming because the views are really high for the time being. Not only do products with no views have problems with sales, but products with lots of views may also have problems because they also don't sell. Therefore, alarms should be turned on for these two kinds of products, in my humble opinion. Thanks for your time and consideration!
