It would be enormously helpful if we could have an area where we could choose products/styles and be able to change prices across any/all stores at once. Changing by a couple 100 at a time is cumbersome and since many of our products do not drill down to different styles it makes it even more challenging to change prices efficiently. For example, I can't separate wrapping paper sheets vs rolls or different shapes of ornaments or different styles of t-shirts to give them different prices. If I had a place where I could choose the product style and store and make one sweeping change it could be done quickly. IMO a good pricing strategy is just as important as creation and promotion. If someone is buying a digital download of an invitation, they should not be allowed to apply a 50% off coupon to a digital download. They should have to pay full price for the invitation for the convenience of gettin our product not as a POD item at a POD site lol. An invite that would be $12-14 ($12-18 on Etsy in the good old days) should not be given away for a measly $5.98. Please consider restricting coupons to printed products. They are getting a crazy deal if they are getting our goods for pennies. While I appreciate that the percentage is much more fair, the price they ultimately pay is NOT lining up with what we would charge for a digital design on other marketplaces or our own websites. I would also really love to be able to see if they are erasing all the text and downloading blanks etc. We have no access to see the edits being made to see if our proprietary goods are being abused. With Easter, Mother's & Father's Day, St. Patrick's Day and so many other occasions knocking at our doors it would be extremely helpful to be able to create our own mockups especially for cards, so we can show front & inner pages/backside in one picture (which makes it easier also for customers to choose the right one without having to enter the product page first). It's also handy for other products that are printed on two sides, such as pillows. Once you had the opportunity to do so (beta), you feel lost without this option. We designers all receive emails from customers asking us to make changes to an order they have placed. I reply to their email telling them to cancel the order and place it again with the correct text and explained how to get hold of Zazzle customer support, but many customers don't always check for responses, they just assume their problem has been taken care of because they sent an email with instructions, so this new order will be wrong and cancelled after delivery, a loss for me as well as Zazzle. Wondering if Zazzle could throw up a "prompt" when a customer initiates an email to designers explaining that designers do not work for Zazzle and cannot make changes to an existing order, but to contact them with design questions BEFORE purchase, similar to what happens when you use the world glitter, lace or metallic....thank you.

Hi, I have recently joined Zazzle to make artwork on greetings cards, I am very surprised there isn't one Square folded card option, there is a flat square card and another square card but its trifolded, I am in the U.K. and square folded cards seem ver popular here, is Zazzle missing a trick ?

It has always been very easy to add items to collections and over the years some get really full. However, when a collection get's too packed there is no easy way to remove items in bulk. Yes, you can try the backwards way to add stuff that are already in a collection in order to automatically delete them. However, if the collection is really full, you just get an error message saying you can't add more products. Removing items from the bottom of the collection is hard too. You have to press 5 different LOAD NOW buttons to get to the bottom of the page. Then, you remove 1 item the page refreshes then you have to click on 5 more different load now buttons. Then, remove and repeat.... SOLUTION: A checkbox next to each item in the collection with the following options on TOP 1. Remove From Collection 2. Move to Top of Collection 3. Move to Bottom of Collection BONUS WISH: Add an option to the "ACTIONS BUTTON" that say's remove from collection. We have great sorting features and adding features for collections. We just need an easier way to remove items in bulk. Thanks!!!

I would like you to consider grouping products that have a foil version. I can have a design in different colors and also in foil, and I believe that if the customer sees that option among the colors, they could benefit from a luxurious option they might not be aware of. Additionally, this prevents them from trying to do it on their own, which carries certain risks. On another note, it would be fantastic to have the option to group products directly within the product creation form, just like you can select a collection. This would allow you to quickly search for products and group them easily. If a design sells well and you want to include a new trendy color, it is really difficult, at least for me, to group it with the previous ones. I also find that the system doesn't always group them correctly, leaving some options ungrouped. I firmly believe that the customer should manipulate as little as possible, so the easier we make it, the better for everyone. Thank in advance!

I know some version of this has been suggested before, and I know Zazzle already has a huge amount of products that they offer, but I would love if there were some more all-over-print clothing options. I know tees and sweatshirts has been suggested in the past. Personally I would love to see dresses and skirts, possibly sports bras or other sporty tops to go with the different leggings we already have. I even tried setting up a separate store using Printful because of the different dress and skirt options they have, but it was taking too much time away from creating for Zazzle, and I already had enough on my plate.

There should be guidelines that show exactly where the cutoff forthe hanging part of the tablecloth is. It's hard to figure out where to put the design if you don't know where the fold over part is

Re: When we type in a title for a new pen creation, it's automatically putting the pen ink color in as part of the title. Wouldn't it make more sense to simply add "pen", because the choices are pretty much given as to what is available and what looks nice with the design itself. In other words, if I have purple flower print on a pen, and say I have to choose an ink color...either black or blue as of today, 9/24/24, the title ends in either black ink pen or blue ink pen. Even though that should be by the customer's choice, not mine. Couldn't it just say ink pen instead?

I'm no expert at dresses since I never wear them 😄, but seeing how it's always trending in the summer, I think offering a basic dress in different sizes could be a big hit on Zazzle in the summer times. And it would be especially cool for creators if it has an all-over print. Think of summer dresses, simple bridesmaid dresses, cocktail party dress, glitter, gradients, floral, etc. Something like this, but there are probably thousands of types. PS. Don't forget me when you launch this product 😉

When new products are added to a collection, they currently appear at the bottom of the page, requiring creators to either manually drag them upwards, which can be cumbersome. Furthermore, a customer who is browsing a collection, needs to continuous scrolling down in order to access the new items. To enhance user-friendliness, proposing the implementation of a straightforward dropdown menu on the collection page. This dropdown could be positioned at the top right, just below the banner image and next to the 'Share' button. The dropdown would offer the following sorting options: - Sort by Newest - Sort by Relevance/Popularity - Sort by Price Low to High - Sort by Price High to Low This approach would simplify the process for customers to view and access the desired products within the collection, ensuring a more enjoyable browsing experience.

I think customizable curtains and shades would be an interesting addition for both the home and for businesses (with branding or mottos). Some ideas might be a family montage, outdoor scenic photography, geometrics, food/drink photography (for the kitchen), minimalist solids, art deco, other retro designs, and more. These would make nice coordinates for rugs, towels, decorative tiles, mats/shower curtains (in bathrooms), and more.

This is an idea I had not and sure if it is technically possible, but thought I'd suggest it anyway. The reason Pinterest prefer the long vertical rectangle images to squares is because they work better on a mobile phone. Ie they match the dimensions of the mobile screen giving a better experience for mobile users. NOTE: This would also apply to Zazzle customers viewing products on their phones! Our collections when shared on Pinterest look great and suit this purpose as they feature the cover image above then 4 images below. It would be so amazing if we could have the same experience when pinning single products from the product page. The proposal is that the pinned image in addition to sharing the product image it includes 4 of the 'alternative product views' below. Thus satisfying Pinterest's needs for vertical images ( not square). Alternatively (or, as well as) we could have the option to download such an image to then share to Pinterest. Thoughts?

With Mother's Day coming soon I want to bring up this discussion again. The minimum order quantity for foil greeting and holiday cards is 5. This is ok for invitations and such but not when the occasion requires usually just 1 card. For example a single Mother's Day card (or maybe she would like 5 of the same ones?), birthday greeting, father's day cards, etc. My suggestion is to please set the minimum to 1 if possible. I'm afraid that a lot of customers who first click on a cool gold foil card decide to not buy it because of the min. 5 cards option.

The influx of scammers trying (and succeeding in cases) to trick users into giving out secure information is really out of control. I think at minimum blocking outside links in chats will help lessen some of the problem of someone clicking before they realize what is going on.
