I'm running into problems trying to track instant download sales and am wishing there were better tools for looking at that info. Here are a few suggestions/requests. 1) It would be super helpful instant download sales could be added to the list of info that appears under the "quick stats" link on the product page. That may be complicated by the fact that a digital download is considered a transfer to a different product? I dunno, but it would just be super helpful if there was some way to find out from the product page if a product has sold as a download and get some stats on that. Digital download sales don't seem to show up under the view insights link either. 2) When you choose the digital stats tab while viewing products in the back end, and then order by orders or last sold date, you get all products that have sold, not just digital downloads - even if you filter it to show enabled products only, it still shows you the sales ordered by physical sales not digital. It would be really helpful if there was some way to look at your products and easily see just the digital info so you could easily see which products are selling the most downloads. So basically, if I want to get download stats for a particular product, the only way I can find to do it is to search for it in my back end and then switch to the digital stats tab... Just wondering: would it be possible, sometime, to allow us to track, perhaps on the product page, the sales by month that any given product has sold? Maybe like a graph chart or something, so we can see, historically, how a product has done over time? This would help greatly when planning product marketing, and so many other applications. It would be really handy if we had a font search box. With new fonts being added soon (fingers crossed its sooner rather than later) it would be really helpful. In fact it would be even more helpful if the search box used fast find as we type. It's a simple request but I think one that would save us time. I wish with just 1 click I could see which products still need a cover photo and which ones need a video. I'd like to suggest an option to sort our products on the backend by cover photos and videos needed or not. When I get a cancellation, a million questions go through my mind, that I can never answer. Only Zazzle can provide us with this information. I think it's vital for the designer to know whether something was wrong with the design. But if it was returned for another reason on Zazzle's side, we wouldn't need to know, nor if the person simply decided they didn't want the product for their own reasons. But if there was a problem with the design, us designers need Zazzle to inform us so that we can fix the problem to prevent future reoccurrences. Also, we can learn from this. With Back to School coming, I would love to be able to individually customize each pocket folder in the set, especially with no opportunity to buy a single folder.  This option exists for the file folders, and the results are lovely. I know pocket folders are great for businesses and their presentations for clients/etc; however, for students and teachers, this offering does not seem to be terribly relevant.  As a teacher for nearly 20 years and obviously a student for many years prior to that 😊, I always selected different colors for different periods or subjects in my day. My students I taught did the same, and my son and his teachers also use this method.  I love designing the file folders, but for students and teachers, I’d love to add the option of a cool pack of coordinating, but different, pocket folders.  Thank you, Amanda ... I think customizable curtains and shades would be an interesting addition for both the home and for businesses (with branding or mottos). Some ideas might be a family montage, outdoor scenic photography, geometrics, food/drink photography (for the kitchen), minimalist solids, art deco, other retro designs, and more. I as a designer find it hard to find out what ' px image dimensions' are required as a minimum for certain products when designing so I can only assume it is harder for customers. It would be fantastic if in the 'about section' of the product, this information was included so customers and ourselves can swiftly note the dimensions and then create/upload an image to suit without having to go back and forth or look for the pages that relate to these details. A good case in point was recently trying to work out what px to use for rugs. I recognize this lack of ability to easily access this info could also just be a 'me' problem! Another way to approach this would be to have the image size/file type etc on the 'cover/place holder' images for the blank products. So it is instantly identifiable, and we don't even have to refer to the 'about this product' section. ... View more
