Here are 2 features that would really be awesome to have added to the design tool. 1. The ability to adjust transparency. 2. The ability to resize WITHOUT constraining proportions. Leave the default to constrain proportions, so customers don't accidentally destroy an image, but give an option to "free Transform." Sometimes getting curved text perfect requires some fine tuning.  For example, if you want the text to run along a perfect circle, setting curvature to .72 might be slightly off, but setting it to .73 might overshoot in the other direction. When multiple threads appear from panicky Creators as they did recently (maybe 20 threads on same topic) re the disappearing products from their back view can Zazzle make an announcement that appears in account pages where other announcements appear to say: " we are aware of [this issue] and we are working on it, etc." The obvious solution to ask Creators to use search before posting, however it's easy to forget especially when one is in heightened stress mode. I'm running into problems trying to track instant download sales and am wishing there were better tools for looking at that info. Here are a few suggestions/requests. 1) It would be super helpful instant download sales could be added to the list of info that appears under the "quick stats" link on the product page. That may be complicated by the fact that a digital download is considered a transfer to a different product? I dunno, but it would just be super helpful if there was some way to find out from the product page if a product has sold as a download and get some stats on that. Digital download sales don't seem to show up under the view insights link either. 2) When you choose the digital stats tab while viewing products in the back end, and then order by orders or last sold date, you get all products that have sold, not just digital downloads - even if you filter it to show enabled products only, it still shows you the sales ordered by physical sales not digital. It would be really helpful if there was some way to look at your products and easily see just the digital info so you could easily see which products are selling the most downloads. So basically, if I want to get download stats for a particular product, the only way I can find to do it is to search for it in my back end and then switch to the digital stats tab... It would be really handy if we had a font search box. With new fonts being added soon (fingers crossed its sooner rather than later) it would be really helpful. In fact it would be even more helpful if the search box used fast find as we type. It's a simple request but I think one that would save us time. I wish with just 1 click I could see which products still need a cover photo and which ones need a video. I'd like to suggest an option to sort our products on the backend by cover photos and videos needed or not. When I get a cancellation, a million questions go through my mind, that I can never answer. Only Zazzle can provide us with this information. I think it's vital for the designer to know whether something was wrong with the design. But if it was returned for another reason on Zazzle's side, we wouldn't need to know, nor if the person simply decided they didn't want the product for their own reasons. But if there was a problem with the design, us designers need Zazzle to inform us so that we can fix the problem to prevent future reoccurrences. Also, we can learn from this.
