I've seen multiple times on Zazzle forum that there are designers that have this feature enabled - they can make minor changes for the existing products and keep the same listing. I don't have that option and it would be very handy to have one. From time to time there are small mistakes you make in your design that can impact a sale. It can be easily fixed and we could keep the same listing up instead of deleting it, since the existing listing is already gaining some traffic and has positioned in the marketplace. Please make this feature available for everyone!

I absolutely love the Zazzle throw pillows, both designing them and their quality. My family loves them as well, but they have small homes with a single couch, so covering it with a million of my pillows isn't really an option. lol Enter: Throw pillow CASES! With all of the emphasis on holidays and special occasions on Zazzle, I think covers only would make A LOT more sense and possibly skyrocket sales on the product. One can only use and/or store so many pillows at a time, but covers are MUCH easier to store, and it's fun to switch out decor for various seasons and events. It also doesn't seem like it would be a huge problem in terms of sourcing, as zipper covers are already offered and could move seamlessly into this role. Perhaps in addition to selling the cases on their own, there could also be bundled options: if someone designs a case with spring on one side and then summer on the other, and then a second case with fall/winter, it would make a great 2-pack of cases. The bundles could also have the option to add a pillow insert if desired in case they have not yet ordered a pillow from Zazzle.

I know this has been mentioned before, but I just wanted to throw it out there again. I was contacted by a customer who was interested in some foil invitations, but was turned off/concerned because the previews are illegible. I have created a nice cover for this invite that shows the text nicely, but as soon as you start to customize it, the view switches to the illegible Zazzle preview so people can't really even see their text. I've received 5 star reviews for this design, so I'm pretty confident that it looks good when printed, but the previews are just really, really bad. I have to wonder how many customers don't contact me and just skip over the foil invites because of the preview problem. It's just such a shame that such a beautiful product is going to waste because customers really have to make a leap of faith in order to purchase something that looks so bad in the previews. It's hard to get excited about designing for them for the same reason. Anyhow, here's a link to the invite in question just for information's sake: Elegant Gold Frills on Emerald Green Wedding Foil Invitation | Zazzle

I have a client that wants to outfit her kitchen in my Sun Faces design, but she needs a dish drying mat. I believe she is referring to the microfiber or fabric ones that dry quickly while the dishes drain on the counter top. Do let me know if there is something similar in the substrates already. Thanks!

There should be a way to turn the pink lines on and off in the design area. I still can't get some of my images to line up perfectly. The pink lines are way too thick and it's difficult to see the green lines or pink lines, when trying to line up images. I never had a problem using the green lines to snap the images in line, before the changes.

Below the product on the product page Z has done a great job showing more products from the collection. I'd love to see the words, "Shop this collection" be a link to the actual collection itself. This would reduce the amount of times the customer has to click on the individual products to see what's in the collection itself. It's a little misleading when the individual products in the "Shop this collection" area only goes to that one product. I would suspect that all that clicking would turn away a customer who just wants to shop everything from that collection to purchase matching products.

There should be an opacity option for elements (shapes). It would help take our designs to the next level if we could overlay translucent shapes. It would be a sliding scale opacity option

Hi. It would be great if Zazzle had gift boxes to design. Example: https://www.amazon.com/Hallmark-0005XBC1124-Required-Shirt-Plaid/dp/B088SKMR64/ref=sr_1_40?

As someone else has suggested, please add hardcover journals like Cafepress and Redbubble have, as an alternative to spiral bound. People want to journal in something that looks like a book, that will be aesthetically pleasing spine-out on a bookshelf. Thanks.

Please give us the option to set products to Digital ONLY. Now that digital self-referral sales are capped at 50% max, I would like to have the option to promote some digital cards using my referral ID, but I do NOT want to sell the physical cards that way. So it would be good if we could make digital-only versions to promote with the referral ID and get a cross-over sale instead of a self-referral sale.

I’ve always wanted more clarity around cancellations. While we understand we'll never find out the exact reasons for a cancellation, I think it would be incredibly helpful if the Royalty History included the cancellation date when we filter for cancellations. If an order is canceled within a day or two, it’s likely unrelated to our design. However, if it’s canceled weeks later, it might indicate a potential issue with the design after the product was received. This insight would allow us to review and improve our templates more effectively.

It would be very helpful for those who are using the "Share" button from Z to be able to add a tc code before posting to a social media account or email. For example as it works now, when we use the "share" button from a product page the link is shared without any way to add a tc code. If we could track our traffic of sales to the source (Pinterest, blog, website etc) that would help us to determine where the sale came from.

Yesterday I created a few fabric mockups only to discover that there was not an upload for fabric in the product media manager. Right now, it’s hard for customers to picture how a design will actually look in use. A mockup gives it context, makes it feel real, and honestly? It creates that “I need this” moment. I think fabric would sell better if customers could see it a mockup. A visual could go a long way in increasing sales. example: What customer sees What they could see if mockups were available.

Just thought it would be nice to have a OOS products and Discontinued Notice board, for posting all the threads that float here and there, to be found under one place.

I understand that Zazzle doesn't want to advertise the millions of designs by designers on google anymore because of cost factors, but can they not at least carry on advertising that they have a site that sells customizable products. I googled "Wedding Invitations" and "Business Cards" and Zazzle are no where to be seen. Other sites like Vistaprint and numerous other sites must be making so much more money now. So just an idea for Zazzle, at the very least please advertise that your site exists when future customers simply type in the basics like "Posters" "Greeting cards" e.t.c.

Is there a way for the marketing department to create a video or tutorial that explains how Zazzle works. 90% of the customers who message me are asking things like "can you ship this by XX date?" They all think we are actual creators of the product like on Etsy. I don't mind telling them and explaining that I don't print or ship, but it feels like a pretty frequent frustration from other designers as well. I know that there is an auto reply option, but if that many customers don't understand the concept of Print on demand or they think the function of the "ask the creator" messages are to inquire about shipping, perhaps Zazzle could be proactive on the welcome page and educate the customer how this is all set up. Thoughts? Alyssa

Can the Zazzle design team add the option of changing the color of the design tool artboard? When I’m designing something that will ultimately be placed on a black product (like a T-shirt, for example), I have to create a temporary black box that covers the artboard to be able to see white text and other white elements on the artboard. It’s not a big deal, but sometimes I forget to delete that black box and it ends up on the finished product, causing me to delete the product and create a new one. With the option of being able to change the artboard color, I can easily modify an existing design to work on a variety of shirt colors. Thanks for your consideration.

Please allow us to move our products between stores without the need to repost them. Especially considering all these recent changes, such as cover photos and collections (no complaints, I hope you know what you're doing), it has become literally impossible to keep up with the mess my account has turned into. I am aware that we can repost the items in a new store and delete the old ones, but that's not a solution, as it would mean losing statistics, marketplace rankings, and all the effort that has been invested in marketing. I must admit, I made numerous mistakes when I started 10 years ago, but creating all those stores seems like an issue that can't be fixed and continues to pose difficulties time and time again. Pretty please...

I know it's naive to think that my post will change anything, but things have come to a point where I have too much to lose to leave it without a word. (And I've just read that some criticism here won't lead to punishment in the marketplace.) Like many other designers, I'm experiencing a decline in sales. It would be comfortable for me too to blame it on the economy, but all my other POD accounts are acting normally (October = 3x August). Despite spending 100% of my POD time here since the mockup misery and the collections update. Unlike others, I believe the main factor in decreasing sales is the heavy manual intervention in the marketplace placements. Definitely not the collections, maybe not the mockups or any changes announced, but things happening under the hood. It seems that Zazzle's new approach is not showing customers what they want but showing them what they want them to want. But, as results show, it doesn't work like that. Apparently, the crowd can better decide what's popular (with their money) than some Editors (with their picks). A year ago, when I was browsing in some random product category, I was thinking if I had more money, I would buy this and that, and those too. Everything looked so nice and professional. Now I scroll through the first page of literally any category and don't like what I see enough to go to the second page. Yes, some awful mockups definitely don't help (and I say this knowing that I suck at mockups too), but prioritizing pages of designs that one employee liked at some point will drive away customers who are used to seeing beautiful and trendy things here. I like to believe that the intent was good, but the implementation went astray. I understand that Zazzle wants to reward certain designers and influence buyers, but it could be done wiser in my opinion. So just a suggestion: why don't you put one Editor's pick in every other row and let customers see the organically popular items too (bought with real money), as it used to be. If you placed a few EPs on the first pages, they would have the opportunity to catch up, but they would be put back into their normal places a few days later (I mean like some rotation system). This way, the category pages would have the popular and best-selling products but always show something new to keep visitors coming back. Sorry for the length and the poor English.
