I often get simple design requests from customers for things like changing colors or fonts, moving elements around, or adding a photo to a design that doesn't have one. The vast majority of these requests are things the customer could easily do themselves if they just had a basic understanding of the design tool and what it can do. Some customers are comfortable with the FAFO method (ie messing around until they figure it out) but others just need a little bit of instruction. It would be SOOO helpful if there was a simple tutorial that I could point them to for help. The current help files are all geared toward designers and they're just WAY too much. Something simple that is geared towards customers who want to make a few changes to an existing design would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

When the reason for the rejection is "Your Letterpress design’s orientation is not locked," would it be possible to bounce the design to the revise and resubmit page? Whenever I've checked mine, it's empty. This would make recreating the design a lot easier, especially for those of us who can't remember what the design looked like in the first place 😅 Thank you!

Idea Please let Pinterest links go to the actual product page. I've noticed that when people click on a pinterest image post that promotes a Zazzle product the link does not go to the actual product page but to sort of a landing page. Example This saved pin: Goes to this page with many other designs and no "Add to cart" button: Instead I would have expected it to go to the actual product page: Reasons Going to the actual product after someone clicks the link avoids confusion. It's already a challenge to have people click the link. Now when they finally decide to click on it, it doesn't go to the product page but has to compete with other peoples designs first. We're promoting our own products on social media, as is recommended by Zazzle, not other peoples products. The customer has to do a 2nd click before arriving at the product they initial saw on social media, which increases the changes of them just closing the window before making an order. The customer already liked what they saw when they clicked on the Pinterest link but now the product we promoted has to instantly compete with many other products. I know this has been mentioned before, but just wanted to share my opinion and experience. Zazzle is a great place for being creative as a designer, I like the designing for new products, the contests and the community and would love to stay here for many years. In my opinion this 'little' change could help creators. Thanks for reading.

We need toaster covers! Fabric covers (preferably cotton) that can be designed on front side only: each side panel and the one, long strip that runs along the top and sides. The reverse side of the cover could be just a solid color, perhaps a choice of black or white, or silver...anything neutral colored. Maybe even piping that runs along the bottom, as well.

It would be great if Zazzle had a continuous rolling update list, so that when we see a new feature, or something gets changed, we can check the list to see if it is intentional or a bug. For example, recently in the Design Tool, the background color option was removed from the layers panel, and now we have to just use the Background tab. not a big deal, but it definitely took while to figure it out! Same thing happened when the "Uploads" tab was moved. So a list that would immediately be updated when a change goes live, would be a great idea to keep us all informed, even of small changes, without having to search the forums.

Hi Zazzle Team - can you please add a few monogram fonts to the Design Tool? These auto format spacing and sizing so center letter is bigger and spacing is correct between letters. There are circle monogram, diamond monogram, curly scroll letter monogram fonts, etc. This would be a great help and improvement because Zazzle customers love monograms but setting up the product templates with regular fonts leads to inconsistent results depending on the letters chosen. Would love to see 3 to 5 true monogram fonts added. Thank you!!

When publishing cards and gifts for just the Grad, I can't find "Grad" anywhere in the Recipient category under "For Anyone." Could we please have Grad added to that list? It would make it so much easier when looking for gifts for Grads and for trying to find a category to publish the gift under. Thank you!

I'd like to suggest a flexible bundle option for 5x7 folded holiday cards: customers can select any cards within the same price range to create a personalized set of 6, 12, or 24 holiday cards offered at an introductory price of 15% off (before tax). This promotion would run as a pre-season sale, helping customers stock up early and celebrate the spirit of the season. The discount would apply only to the bundle pricing and not combined with other Zazzle promotions. Features and Benefits Here are some key features of the mix and match folded 5x7 holiday cards. Customers can choose their favorite designs mix themes or stick with one style. Select duplicates for consistent mailing or choose a variety for unique recipients. All cards in the bundle are within the same price tier for easy checkout. Introductory promo encourages early holiday shopping and larger orders Now here are the benefits: Personalization: create a thoughtful selection for family, friends, clients. Savings: enjoy 15% off without waiting for seasonal sales. Convenience: one transaction, multiple designs, beautifully bundled. Flexibility: great for upcoming holidays, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. This holiday card bundle suggestion would make it very easy for customers to shop and stock up on their holiday cards. So what do you think of this suggestion?. I did shop around and found that many online stores including Etsy offer the bundled holiday card option for their customers.

While web is so clugged from errors and scammers of any kind, I suggest bank transfer royaties payments. Actually therea are only 2 options available for Creators/Designers: - Paypal (I never had problem with that, I use it since decades, it's the excellence for online payments, but recently I noticed something anomalous on it too...) - Check (Too hold method. Have I to wait a paper check by post from U.S.A. 😮 ?) Hope you understand?

I would just like to suggest that Zazzle clarify that if the customer needs help with an order - it's late, it's wrong, etc... that they contact ZAZZLE. Probably 90% of my direct messages are people complaining or asking about their order delivery date. I know there is an auto response. I just feel bad for them that they have to wait for me to reply and to send the link, then they need to email Zazzle, then wait. It seems so stupid. This makes me the first line of customer support for things I have zero control over. It's really inefficient and frustrating for everyone. Just my feedback. I'm sure I am not the only one who gets all these order questions. thx

I think the paper plates are such a cute idea for parties, but I have stopped creating designs for them as the reviews are so bad and they all say the same thing. "Plates are thin and flimsy, won't even hold a piece of cake" even the people who leave a good review mention how thin they are. Why would you not increase the price 25 cents and punch the plates on a thicker stock? Also, the customers complain that the plates are shipped in envelopes and crushed upon arrival. If you slid a piece of chit board on the top and bottom of plates in the envelope it might stop some damage.

I've seen multiple times on Zazzle forum that there are designers that have this feature enabled - they can make minor changes for the existing products and keep the same listing. I don't have that option and it would be very handy to have one. From time to time there are small mistakes you make in your design that can impact a sale. It can be easily fixed and we could keep the same listing up instead of deleting it, since the existing listing is already gaining some traffic and has positioned in the marketplace. Please make this feature available for everyone!

I don't know if this is technically possible but given the many thousands of products being hidden due to optimization required, quick create update, affiliates and creators are left with thousands of links now returning to a Zazzle main page which doesn't help the customer, the creator or the affiliate. If possible could those 'dead links' be configured to return to the creators storefront or profile instead? This is a good idea for several reasons: Improved customer experience: When a customer clicks on a product link expecting a specific item, landing on the Zazzle main page instead is frustrating. This redirection wastes the customer's time and hinders their ability to find the desired product. Boosted sales for creators and affiliates: By directing customers to the creator's storefront or profile, they are more likely to see similar products or other creations by the same person. This can lead to increased sales for both the creator and any affiliates involved. Reduced friction: A smoother customer journey translates to a better overall experience. When links seamlessly take customers to the intended product or creator's page, it reduces frustration and keeps them engaged in the buying process. Valuable data for Zazzle: By analyzing traffic directed to a creators storefront or profile, Zazzle can gain valuable insights into customer preferences and buying habits. This data can then be used to inform future product creation and marketing strategies. While technical limitations may exist, the potential benefits for customers, creators, and affiliates make this a worthwhile idea to explore. Meanwhile there is a blog post here with suggestions of how creators can manage the hidden QC issue.

I just noticed the duvet covers Zazzle offers are very small. Twin: 88" x 68" Queen: 88" x 88" King: 104" x 88" In fact, I've never seen duvet covers that small offered in any store or on any website. Also, while most duvet covers in stores may be sold with microfiber material, we should also make them available with cotton material, as some people prefer "breathable" material.

Having the tiling option for SVGs would be extremely helpful for customers who have specific colours in mind but cannot find their preferred design in those colours. It would also be helpful for designers who want to offer multiple colour options. There could also be a filter for this so that customers searching for specific colours would get to see all SVG design options and then choose their own colours. I think this would really benefit Zazzle so please consider it. Thank you!

There should be an opacity option for elements (shapes). It would help take our designs to the next level if we could overlay translucent shapes. It would be a sliding scale opacity option

It would be really great if we could customize both colors of the QR codes, not just one. As it is, one of the colors has to be black or white - which works in most situations, but not all - like say you're designing a blue on blue design where you have a dark navy text on a pale dusty blue background. It would be great if we could match both colors for the QR code.

Hi, since the All-Over-Print Socks (Crew Socks) - Sold by Zazzle have been "discontinued" (even though the socks have a "Sorry this item is completely sold out" Notify me when it's back in stock message)... Can you please have someone look into Migrating all of the designs from these now discontinued socks, onto the other socks below that are available: 1) Sustainable Premium Crew Sock - Sold by Zazzle 2) High-Performance Athletic Crew Sock - Sold by Zazzle I thought when something like this happens, designs are automatically migrated over to the other new item type? I've had Design Migration enabled for years. Please let me know, as I've had socks for a long time with my designs on them for the All-Over-Print Socks that have had sales in the past, and have shared many of them to Pinterest. Otherwise I'd have to transfer ALL of my now discontinued designed socks over one-by-one... It would be much better if they could all be migrated over please. Thank you

I absolutely love the Zazzle throw pillows, both designing them and their quality. My family loves them as well, but they have small homes with a single couch, so covering it with a million of my pillows isn't really an option. lol Enter: Throw pillow CASES! With all of the emphasis on holidays and special occasions on Zazzle, I think covers only would make A LOT more sense and possibly skyrocket sales on the product. One can only use and/or store so many pillows at a time, but covers are MUCH easier to store, and it's fun to switch out decor for various seasons and events. It also doesn't seem like it would be a huge problem in terms of sourcing, as zipper covers are already offered and could move seamlessly into this role. Perhaps in addition to selling the cases on their own, there could also be bundled options: if someone designs a case with spring on one side and then summer on the other, and then a second case with fall/winter, it would make a great 2-pack of cases. The bundles could also have the option to add a pillow insert if desired in case they have not yet ordered a pillow from Zazzle.
