I'm hoping given all the recent changes, that Zazzle will host a webinar to share with the creators on this wonderful platform what we need to do to be seen. I can't be the only one who has been hit with a sharp dip in sales and views. I just looked at my link over history and I've gone from 200+ clicks a day to 8. Obviously something has dramatically changed in how our pins, and social posts with our links and affiliate links are being seen by search engines. Is Zazzle now giving more weight to Titles over Tags or vice versa? Are our old links no longer working with the new Ambassador program? I'm sure Zazzle wants all of us to succeed rather than just a small handful that know the recipe to the secret sauce and charge $$$ to share it. Shouldn't all the creators know the best SEO practices preferred by the Zazzle algorithm so we can all sell more?

May any people fold their kitchen towels in thirds (like me). The view Zazzle uses now is at an angle, and it skews the view. Is there a way we could show kitchen towels in situ with a fold in thirds straight on? Thanks

I'm sorry, but the 'content review' process for accidentally using 'wrong' words as tags needs to be changed. It harms us as designers by taking away hours or weeks worth of work and promotions, but it also costs Zazzle money too! I can understand removing for a visual art infringement, but a tag word? I understand why certain words cannot be used, but we should get an opportunity to fix a tag. Here are my two suggestions for things that would solve this... and probably take a lot less man hours on Zazzle's end. 1. Certain words should be in the zazzle system and automatically not allow us to even use them. I know it's somehow possible because 'onesie' got flagged one time. It has to be far less time consuming for one person to manage these words on the developement end than to deal with the thousands of issues that eventually come up. Trademarked brands, pantone colors, etc., anything commonly known (I know they won't catch everything, but the big ones should be). I'd rather it accidentally take away too many word options, than for me to eventually lose dozens of products. and/or 2. The products should not be completely deleted automatically entirely (for title/tag/description options, not artwork maybe). They could either delete the tag, hide the product and give us a timeline of __ days to remove and fix (I'd be find having to go through content review even), or something else. Or at least let us find them again in our saved designs instead of deleting those too (they 'show' there, but when you click into them, they are gone too). It feels so incredibly unfair that they just wipe products out of existence just because you accidentally used one wrong word. We as designers can't possibly know all of the ones not to use despite how hard we may try.

Can we please get the Replace tool option for the following cards to submit needed changes? Currently it's still not available for: 1) Folded Greeting Cards - Sold by Zazzle Thank you, hello, or I love you, custom greeting cards are thoughtful gifts that are always the perfect way toexpress yourself. 2) Folded Thank You Cards - Sold by Zazzle Custom thank you cards for small things, big things, and everything in between. 3) Standard Post Card - Sold by Zazzle Create your own vacation-worthy postcard! Any view you’ve seen, any monument you’ve fallen in love with, can all be added to your postcard with our personalization tool. NOTE: For some time now, I have been able to use the Replace tool option nicely for: Folded Holiday Cards - Sold by Zazzle Wishing everyone a season of gladness, a season of cheer, and to top it all off, a wonderful year. Holiday cards designed to brighten up the entire year. Thank you! P.S. It would be great if the Replace tool option opened up to other types of items too, that also may need a little fixing 🙂

I’d like to bring up something that could really enhance the customer and designer experience on this platform. Making it easier for customers to request custom design help directly from us would be a great step forward. I often receive messages from customers asking for personalized tweaks or full custom layouts, and I’ve noticed something important. When I take the time to work with them, they come back. Custom design has led to loyal, repeat customers who trust my shop and return for future occasions. That kind of relationship is valuable for both designers and Zazzle. But currently there’s no real structure in place to support it. Everything happens behind the scenes, and it’s not always easy or clear for customers to know they can ask for help. Imagine how helpful it would be if there were a built-in option for customers to request a customization. Something as simple as a button that alerts the designer and opens up a way to respond with terms or a quote. This could even lead to a dedicated revenue stream for both the designer and the platform. If other designers have had similar experiences, I’d love to hear how you’ve handled it. And to the Zazzle team, this seems like a missed opportunity to make your platform even more collaborative and customer-friendly.

I understand that Zazzle doesn't want to advertise the millions of designs by designers on google anymore because of cost factors, but can they not at least carry on advertising that they have a site that sells customizable products. I googled "Wedding Invitations" and "Business Cards" and Zazzle are no where to be seen. Other sites like Vistaprint and numerous other sites must be making so much more money now. So just an idea for Zazzle, at the very least please advertise that your site exists when future customers simply type in the basics like "Posters" "Greeting cards" e.t.c.

It would be great to have solar lights for the garden and/or porch/window to make personalized gifts. I've seen this elsewhere, and people loved it. Wouldn't this be a good idea for Zazzle, too?

Just thought it would be nice to have a OOS products and Discontinued Notice board, for posting all the threads that float here and there, to be found under one place.

It would be great if Zazzle had a continuous rolling update list, so that when we see a new feature, or something gets changed, we can check the list to see if it is intentional or a bug. For example, recently in the Design Tool, the background color option was removed from the layers panel, and now we have to just use the Background tab. not a big deal, but it definitely took while to figure it out! Same thing happened when the "Uploads" tab was moved. So a list that would immediately be updated when a change goes live, would be a great idea to keep us all informed, even of small changes, without having to search the forums.

Having the tiling option for SVGs would be extremely helpful for customers who have specific colours in mind but cannot find their preferred design in those colours. It would also be helpful for designers who want to offer multiple colour options. There could also be a filter for this so that customers searching for specific colours would get to see all SVG design options and then choose their own colours. I think this would really benefit Zazzle so please consider it. Thank you!

Please give us the option to set products to Digital ONLY. Now that digital self-referral sales are capped at 50% max, I would like to have the option to promote some digital cards using my referral ID, but I do NOT want to sell the physical cards that way. So it would be good if we could make digital-only versions to promote with the referral ID and get a cross-over sale instead of a self-referral sale.

It would be very helpful for those who are using the "Share" button from Z to be able to add a tc code before posting to a social media account or email. For example as it works now, when we use the "share" button from a product page the link is shared without any way to add a tc code. If we could track our traffic of sales to the source (Pinterest, blog, website etc) that would help us to determine where the sale came from.

Right after Christmas and before spring time would be a great time to start to introduce garden accessories I had suggested a while ago.... gardening gloves, garden tools carryall, garden aprons (totally different from cooking aprons), garden sign / stakes, garden stepping stones, and personalized garden tools to name a few. Thank you in advance once again for taking these ideas into consideration for spring promotion. I wish you all continued success

I have a client that wants to outfit her kitchen in my Sun Faces design, but she needs a dish drying mat. I believe she is referring to the microfiber or fabric ones that dry quickly while the dishes drain on the counter top. Do let me know if there is something similar in the substrates already. Thanks!

As it happens, I have 4-5 Support requests in via email. They're on various topics -- Fabric identifies as Digital Download, Authenticating without Cell, Products where customers shouldn't be able to Edit This Design are able to do so, and I can't remember what else right now. In every case, the Service Rep has responded with either "we need more info" or "it's taking longer than expected." I have no idea what they're talking about. I suppose customers are writing in with one request, but when it's a designer, we're all over the place and could well be a customer too. This morning a lovely person said "we need more information," and I sent "which request?," and I got "it's taking longer than expected." Well, heck yeah, it's taking longer -- because all we're doing is trading emails. 😅 Please include our original request in the response or at least give us some clue of topic in the initial response. Then we can use the case number in the email (never the subject line; that always changes) to identify the topic. Thank you.

Idea Please let Pinterest links go to the actual product page. I've noticed that when people click on a pinterest image post that promotes a Zazzle product the link does not go to the actual product page but to sort of a landing page. Example This saved pin: Goes to this page with many other designs and no "Add to cart" button: Instead I would have expected it to go to the actual product page: Reasons Going to the actual product after someone clicks the link avoids confusion. It's already a challenge to have people click the link. Now when they finally decide to click on it, it doesn't go to the product page but has to compete with other peoples designs first. We're promoting our own products on social media, as is recommended by Zazzle, not other peoples products. The customer has to do a 2nd click before arriving at the product they initial saw on social media, which increases the changes of them just closing the window before making an order. The customer already liked what they saw when they clicked on the Pinterest link but now the product we promoted has to instantly compete with many other products. I know this has been mentioned before, but just wanted to share my opinion and experience. Zazzle is a great place for being creative as a designer, I like the designing for new products, the contests and the community and would love to stay here for many years. In my opinion this 'little' change could help creators. Thanks for reading.
