It would help a great deal to know if a product is in a collection while working on products in the backend. Knowing a product is in a collection and is hidden shows that something needs to be done. This product either needs to be taken out of the collection and left hidden or needs to be made public. By signing out and viewing you can tell how many public items there are. This method does not help much but does help a little. So, the problem with this method is it doesn't show you the hidden products only the visible. If there are 300 products in the collection and only a few are hidden the only way is to click on each product and go to the product page and click on edit details and then click on "additional information" to see. This is very time consuming. You have to click and wait two times to get to your collections. Then search for the appropriate collection, click again just to get there. So the collection I am working on had 300 products. I had a product I wanted to add but needed to delete at least one product to do so. Then I signed out to see 281 products showing. That means 19 products are hidden but as far as I know the only way to find them is to click on each product (from the collection page) and to go to the product page and edit details to just see which ones are hidden. With 300 products this is hard. Please try and make this easier my doing one or all of the following: 1. show which items are in which collections in the backend of our stores where we do the most of our editing / optimizing. This way we will be able to see a product is in a collection and is hidden and be able to fix the issue right there easily. The below example only lists the first 3 stats existing and then shows an example of including collection stats. Example: list number of collections and the name of collection/s Views: 10 Date Created: 10/31/24 Last Modified: 10:31:24 Collections: 1 Baby Decor Collections: 2 Baby Decor, Blue Weddings. Hello, I was looking to put a cute design on the below but didn't see an option; 1. A sticker but noticed that it's mostly sheet stickers in specific shapes vs a kiss cut. Are there kiss cut stickers (basically stickers that have a white border along the edge of the general shape of sticker vs being fit into a basic shape like a circle? 2. Pet products like harness and clothing. Also, why aren't Pet products in their own category? When I first started on Zazzle , I couldn't find it because I didn't see it as a separate category. And when you do a general search, you literally get products that have nothing to do with pets "but could..." like a greeting card. This issue is prevalent everywhere, when I search for something, I get a bunch of products that are "affiliated" but aren't exact search. I am assuming you do that so that the product catalog looks bigger than it is. Thanks for reading! I understand it takes time to add new products to your catalog but it would be nice to fix the search to "exact" search.

The most "printable" products in the Zazzle zoo of items is A4 sized sheets (I believe they're 8.5 x 11 inches in US sizing). Almost everyone has an A4 printer. Yet, they are not downloadable! It doesn't make sense. Customers pay a premium for a downloadable item, so I cannot see why these are excluded. Hope this happens.

It would be great if we had the possibility to put some kind of "away or out of office" automatic reply into the chat. With the hurricane we had just now I knew that I would be without power and internet for days so any requests coming in during that time just sat for days in the chat. Additionally when I finally got to them they were about production and shipping so not for me to solve anyways... would have been great to have an auto-reply message to inform customers and redirect them to customer support. I tried to utilize the custom message in the chat settings with an out-of-office text but customers don't seem to see or read that message.

In the backoffice, you should indicate the products that are included in the collections or featured, with a line of text or a representative symbol superimposed on the image.

It would be really cool if we could customize door entry key cards that they use as hotels, business offices, security businesses etc. I know hotels for example use these by the gazillions and customize each one with a code at the time they hand them out to hotel guests. But they could be used for a wider variety of uses like VIP cards for entry to special events, corporate functions, promotional campaigns etc. etc etc.

Can we have added on the product creation page the option to turn on/off "limited quantities" and set the number for how many we are allowing to be sold, maximum quantity per order (or no limit), and show the countdown to how many are left available for purchase AND an option to not limit by count BUT instead to limit for sale until a particular date and time. So we would have: 1) Set total quantity to be sold? Y/N? 2) Enter total quantity (ie, 100 pieces). Zazzle computers will auto-subtract every item sold and immediately update the count remaining on the product page. 3) Limit quantity per purchase? Y/N? 4) Also limit quantity per user account? (how many times a signed in customer can buy it on that account) 5) OR....instead of all of this, Set the termination date when product will be removed from the store (unavailable for sale unless the creator re-sets the clock). "Available only until Month/Date/Year at 11:59:00pm"

I love the spiral bound notebooks, but I would love to see a wider variation in binding options, such as stitch binding or thermal binding. I think it would make a nice new look to the notebooks, and it gives customers more options in how they want their notebooks.

Sometimes getting curved text perfect requires some fine tuning. For example, if you want the text to run along a perfect circle, setting curvature to .72 might be slightly off, but setting it to .73 might overshoot in the other direction. Perfection is somewhere in between those two numbers like .725. If we could only have 3 decimals instead of the 2 we currently have…. Zazzle, can you please make this happen?

Hello! I would like to have the option to make "public", "hide" or "share only with link" option for collections, because sometimes I want to make collections with other creators products maybe because this creator product complement mine or I want to give customers particular options to choose from, sharing this collections on my website or blog but I don't want theme to be visible on Zazzle marketplace directly. Idea for additional Info to be included in View Insights: Please add where the traffic came from. Such as Facebook, Wordpress Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Wix, and I am sure there are others that need to be included. I am part of the Referral Program and as I understand it, I cannot add anything to the referral link such as tracking codes. Please let me know if I am wrong about this. It would be so helpful to know where my referrals are coming from so I can make sure I am active on the sites that are working. The customer changes models or transfers to another product and the design becomes bad. It would be easily solved if the drawing was perfectly centered and the client had adjustment instruments at their disposal, such as “Fill”, “Adjust” and “Scale”. Transferring this work to the client is not bad. The problem is complex and would at least be an acceptable solution. I have clients who changed models (smartphone covers) and the result was not good. They were dissatisfied, naturally. If they had had this solution at their disposal, they could have corrected the “error” themselves.

On collection sorting. I was recently putting my Halloween collections at the top, but how annoying it is that the page wizzes to the top, and I have scroll back down again. Is anyone with me on this? Could we ask to get that feature removed to make seasonal sorting less frustrating? Also why not incorporate an option to sort by: drag and drop, send to front/back in a grid-view. This would be much like we did with the previous product sorting within collections. 1. Please stop the screen from sliding to the top when the user selects to send a collection to the top. 2. Consider grid view for collection sorting.

Please consider coding the design interface and tools area to allow for customizing a design for an individual size variation. Other white label and retail POD sites have this feature. An example would be, for the window curtains, the smallest size and the longest size, we need to make the design fit both sizes, when we should be able to customize the placement for each size in the designer workspace.
