Instead of listing "3rd party" for referred sales, could we use our Member ID numbers? Or the last 5 digits of our ID numbers? So the categories would be Self, None, Zazzle and 'Member ID'? It would be nice to have a better idea of where these sales are coming from.

Please consider displaying an adult wearing the fanny pack to offer a helpful perspective on the size. I checked the size (14.5” x 6”) in the product description after seeing a few cover photos on adults which I assumed were larger than the actual pack.

I'm not sure how to explain this issue, but the vast majority of my products have artwork that extends beyond the bleed, so it gets the little yellow alert - which is fine, I know to just ignore it. The problem is that anything with the yellow alert thing also gets highlighted in pink, so it makes it hard to figure out which layer is active. Literally dozens of times every day I end up deleting or copying or moving the wrong layer because I think that the artwork is the active layer when it isn't. Here's a screenshot: The active layer is really the text at the bottom, but on first glance it looks like the artwork is active. Could it maybe just have the yellow alert without the outline, or change the color of the outline to a thin gray line or something to make it visually clear that the artwork is not the active layer here.

It would be great if Zazzle had a continuous rolling update list, so that when we see a new feature, or something gets changed, we can check the list to see if it is intentional or a bug. For example, recently in the Design Tool, the background color option was removed from the layers panel, and now we have to just use the Background tab. not a big deal, but it definitely took while to figure it out! Same thing happened when the "Uploads" tab was moved. So a list that would immediately be updated when a change goes live, would be a great idea to keep us all informed, even of small changes, without having to search the forums.

The tiling feature currently offers two options: "Tile" and "Horizontal." However, only "Tile" allows SVG files. It would fantastic if we could include SVGs in both. Especially since the "Tile" option is limited to a 6" square, with a "Basic" tiling layout, and doesn't transfer to other products as a tiled pattern. - The "Horizontal" option allows much greater flexibility with size and layout (Half Drop, Half Brick etc). - It also transfers as a tiled pattern to other products. The new "Best Practices For Designing Templates" encourages the use of SVG files so that customers can customize colors. Not allowing SVGs in "Horizontal" tiled products restricts this. For instance, a customer might want to match colors for cards, tags, and "Horizontal" tiled wrapping paper. However, there is still an issue with "Horizontal" tiling and the new design tool! You still can't select template elements on the design area. You have to use the 'Edit' box to customize text and images, so SVG objects would need to be included there. It would be ideal if "Horizontal" tiled designs functioned similarly to "Tile" designs within the design area, by only displaying the template area, not the entire tiled pattern. This would allow customers to access individual elements in the same way as they do with all other product types.

I've seen multiple times on Zazzle forum that there are designers that have this feature enabled - they can make minor changes for the existing products and keep the same listing. I don't have that option and it would be very handy to have one. From time to time there are small mistakes you make in your design that can impact a sale. It can be easily fixed and we could keep the same listing up instead of deleting it, since the existing listing is already gaining some traffic and has positioned in the marketplace. Please make this feature available for everyone!

I often get simple design requests from customers for things like changing colors or fonts, moving elements around, or adding a photo to a design that doesn't have one. The vast majority of these requests are things the customer could easily do themselves if they just had a basic understanding of the design tool and what it can do. Some customers are comfortable with the FAFO method (ie messing around until they figure it out) but others just need a little bit of instruction. It would be SOOO helpful if there was a simple tutorial that I could point them to for help. The current help files are all geared toward designers and they're just WAY too much. Something simple that is geared towards customers who want to make a few changes to an existing design would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

Please consider adding booklets for wedding programs to your list of products. I've designed many trifold programs but would love to see booklets for longer programs. Program booklets with four, six or even eight pages would be a wonderful addition. Thank you.

I would like to suggest a new feature for the design tool to improve the artist experience. Currently, if I want to change the font or color for multiple customizable text lines, I have to do it manually for every single field. This is very time-consuming. It would be great to have a Apply to All button for fonts and colors or a Global Styles option. This would allow us to change the font and color for all text elements at once with just one click. This small change would save a lot of time and make the design process much more efficient.

I don't know if this is technically possible but given the many thousands of products being hidden due to optimization required, quick create update, affiliates and creators are left with thousands of links now returning to a Zazzle main page which doesn't help the customer, the creator or the affiliate. If possible could those 'dead links' be configured to return to the creators storefront or profile instead? This is a good idea for several reasons: Improved customer experience: When a customer clicks on a product link expecting a specific item, landing on the Zazzle main page instead is frustrating. This redirection wastes the customer's time and hinders their ability to find the desired product. Boosted sales for creators and affiliates: By directing customers to the creator's storefront or profile, they are more likely to see similar products or other creations by the same person. This can lead to increased sales for both the creator and any affiliates involved. Reduced friction: A smoother customer journey translates to a better overall experience. When links seamlessly take customers to the intended product or creator's page, it reduces frustration and keeps them engaged in the buying process. Valuable data for Zazzle: By analyzing traffic directed to a creators storefront or profile, Zazzle can gain valuable insights into customer preferences and buying habits. This data can then be used to inform future product creation and marketing strategies. While technical limitations may exist, the potential benefits for customers, creators, and affiliates make this a worthwhile idea to explore. SVG files are great for customers who want to match specific brand colors or wedding color scheme etc. but they must be selected in the design area to access color options. When used as picture frames (or "picture shields" with cutouts), they prevent customers from selecting the photo beneath. The new customer design tool recommends locking frames above template objects, but SVG frames must remain unlocked. This could be solved by enabling photo selection within the 'open area' of an unlocked picture frame. Is that a possibility? Plus, this would be super helpful for designers without access to the 'Replace Feature' option, as many older designs face this photo-blocking issue with normal unlocked frames! Example: https://www.zazzle.com/cute_personalized_photo_custom_color_love_heart_classic_round_sticker-256439832508746722 The heart frame is an SVG that customers can select and see the color options. It's unlocked and positioned above the photo. But, only the SVG can be selected in the design area because it's layered above the photo. Repeated attempts to select the blocked photo could result in accidentally shifting the picture frame. If only the photo could be selected within the open area of the frame!

Below the product on the product page Z has done a great job showing more products from the collection. I'd love to see the words, "Shop this collection" be a link to the actual collection itself. This would reduce the amount of times the customer has to click on the individual products to see what's in the collection itself. It's a little misleading when the individual products in the "Shop this collection" area only goes to that one product. I would suspect that all that clicking would turn away a customer who just wants to shop everything from that collection to purchase matching products.

It would be helpful if we were able to (toggle) expand this window used for Text Effects - Selling Options - Fonts. I use a large monitor, browser at 100% zoom and it is difficult to look for fonts. Of course if I know the name I search for it, however I often look for different fonts new to me. I'm on Zazzle creating A LOT and, with no other choice I'm slow at learning this tool, and I find the fonts taking up most of my time. I've always been a font fanatic. Please allow us to move our products between stores without the need to repost them. Especially considering all these recent changes, such as cover photos and collections (no complaints, I hope you know what you're doing), it has become literally impossible to keep up with the mess my account has turned into. I am aware that we can repost the items in a new store and delete the old ones, but that's not a solution, as it would mean losing statistics, marketplace rankings, and all the effort that has been invested in marketing. I must admit, I made numerous mistakes when I started 10 years ago, but creating all those stores seems like an issue that can't be fixed and continues to pose difficulties time and time again. I absolutely love the Zazzle throw pillows, both designing them and their quality. My family loves them as well, but they have small homes with a single couch, so covering it with a million of my pillows isn't really an option. lol Enter: Throw pillow CASES! With all of the emphasis on holidays and special occasions on Zazzle, I think covers only would make A LOT more sense and possibly skyrocket sales on the product. One can only use and/or store so many pillows at a time, but covers are MUCH easier to store, and it's fun to switch out decor for various seasons and events. It also doesn't seem like it would be a huge problem in terms of sourcing, as zipper covers are already offered and could move seamlessly into this role. Perhaps in addition to selling the cases on their own, there could also be bundled options: if someone designs a case with spring on one side and then summer on the other, and then a second case with fall/winter, it would make a great 2-pack of cases. The bundles could also have the option to add a pillow insert if desired in case they have not yet ordered a pillow from Zazzle.
