I understand that Zazzle doesn't want to advertise the millions of designs by designers on google anymore because of cost factors, but can they not at least carry on advertising that they have a site that sells customizable products. I googled "Wedding Invitations" and "Business Cards" and Zazzle are no where to be seen. Other sites like Vistaprint and numerous other sites must be making so much more money now. So just an idea for Zazzle, at the very least please advertise that your site exists when future customers simply type in the basics like "Posters" "Greeting cards" e.t.c.

Why did Zazzle remove the HTML code for promoting other creators' products? I would like to request that this option be reinstated. I’m not sure when Zazzle stopped offering this feature, but in the past, you could easily grab the HTML code for any product created by other creators and add it to your website as an affiliate. Now, this functionality is only available for our own products in the backend. Although I still add other creators' products to my website, I have to manually create the HTML code, which is quite time-consuming. Zazzle does have an affiliate program, and as creators, we also benefit when we promote other creators' products. Idea for additional Info to be included in View Insights: Please add where the traffic came from. Such as Facebook, Wordpress Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Wix, and I am sure there are others that need to be included. I am part of the Referral Program and as I understand it, I cannot add anything to the referral link such as tracking codes. Please let me know if I am wrong about this. It would be so helpful to know where my referrals are coming from so I can make sure I am active on the sites that are working. We really do need smaller size hanging wall tapestries, the ones with the wooden tops and bottoms. The ones we have are too big. Small tapestries are much more popular, and many are also sold in pairs with similar motifs. The smaller ones would fit well on small or narrow wall spaces, especially portrait style tapestries. Perhaps a square style one would be nice as well.

As it happens, I have 4-5 Support requests in via email. They're on various topics -- Fabric identifies as Digital Download, Authenticating without Cell, Products where customers shouldn't be able to Edit This Design are able to do so, and I can't remember what else right now. In every case, the Service Rep has responded with either "we need more info" or "it's taking longer than expected." I have no idea what they're talking about. I suppose customers are writing in with one request, but when it's a designer, we're all over the place and could well be a customer too. This morning a lovely person said "we need more information," and I sent "which request?," and I got "it's taking longer than expected." Well, heck yeah, it's taking longer -- because all we're doing is trading emails. 😅 Please include our original request in the response or at least give us some clue of topic in the initial response. Then we can use the case number in the email (never the subject line; that always changes) to identify the topic. Thank you.

Please give us the option to set products to Digital ONLY. Now that digital self-referral sales are capped at 50% max, I would like to have the option to promote some digital cards using my referral ID, but I do NOT want to sell the physical cards that way. So it would be good if we could make digital-only versions to promote with the referral ID and get a cross-over sale instead of a self-referral sale.

It would be very helpful for those who are using the "Share" button from Z to be able to add a tc code before posting to a social media account or email. For example as it works now, when we use the "share" button from a product page the link is shared without any way to add a tc code. If we could track our traffic of sales to the source (Pinterest, blog, website etc) that would help us to determine where the sale came from.

Please change the default setting for postcards to 18 pt thickness / 120 lb weight. This is what most buyers (and sellers) expect for postcards! I don't think about changing this product feature every time I create a design, and buyers probably don't pay attention to it either. It would also be good if the product image that was created earlier didn't disappear again as soon as I changed a product feature. Right now, I'm trying to change the standard setting to 18 pt for all the postcards I designed. But then the product images I created disappear, even though the postcards look the same with 18 pt as with 12 pt).

Researching "medallions" for another project idea, I came across these pewter labels or peel and stick adhesive labels, custom made, and it made we think how neat of an offering that it would be if Zazzle could come across a supplier for something similar. Basically, it's like creating embossed style stickers that would go on specific products for businesses or special projects for customers. Idk, does anyone know if you could "emboss" a custom cut sticker? Or round or square stickers for that matter? That may be an alternative. *Edited to add: Creating foil labels would make wonderful wedding ideas come to life!

I'm sorry, but the 'content review' process for accidentally using 'wrong' words as tags needs to be changed. It harms us as designers by taking away hours or weeks worth of work and promotions, but it also costs Zazzle money too! I can understand removing for a visual art infringement, but a tag word? I understand why certain words cannot be used, but we should get an opportunity to fix a tag. Here are my two suggestions for things that would solve this... and probably take a lot less man hours on Zazzle's end. 1. Certain words should be in the zazzle system and automatically not allow us to even use them. I know it's somehow possible because 'onesie' got flagged one time. It has to be far less time consuming for one person to manage these words on the developement end than to deal with the thousands of issues that eventually come up. Trademarked brands, pantone colors, etc., anything commonly known (I know they won't catch everything, but the big ones should be). I'd rather it accidentally take away too many word options, than for me to eventually lose dozens of products. and/or 2. The products should not be completely deleted automatically entirely (for title/tag/description options, not artwork maybe). They could either delete the tag, hide the product and give us a timeline of __ days to remove and fix (I'd be find having to go through content review even), or something else. Or at least let us find them again in our saved designs instead of deleting those too (they 'show' there, but when you click into them, they are gone too). It feels so incredibly unfair that they just wipe products out of existence just because you accidentally used one wrong word. We as designers can't possibly know all of the ones not to use despite how hard we may try.

When we submit royalty changes a box appears on the product’s royalty page with the new rate which disappears when the rate changes. However, it’s impossible to tell without checking each product’s royalty page if it was submitted successfully. It would be useful if a little identifier like a red dot or some other symbol were to appear in a store’s backend product grid by the royalty % signifying a pending change so they can easily be identified without having to click on every product.

The community forum feels overdue for a reset. Not because disagreement exists that's a sign of life but because how we engage has shifted. Sarcasm, passive digs, tone-policing… they’ve started to undermine thoughtful dialogue. Silence is used to dismiss. Shade is used to control. That’s not community that’s performative pecking order. Today, a creator messaged me privately to share her concerns. She gave me permission to speak on her behalf but that alone is a red flag. No one should need a spokesperson to feel safe expressing their thoughts. Everyone deserves a place at the table. That is the clearest reason yet for a forum reset. Tone isn't the problem. Disrespect is. If a post doesn’t resonate with you? Scroll on. If someone’s approach isn’t your thing? Let it be. If your reply doesn’t add clarity or encouragement? Consider holding it. This isn’t a call for forced cheer. It’s a call for emotional maturity. A space where creators seasoned, new, bold, quiet can share without feeling like they’re being measured for sport. Leading with clarity shouldn’t be met with coldness. Politeness shouldn’t invite silence. And thoughtful critique shouldn’t have to wear armor. Let’s rebuild the tone from the inside out. Let’s speak with purpose, not perform for status. And I’ll be the first to admit: when my words are twisted or I’m accused of something as serious as fraud, I will defend myself. That’s not drama. That’s dignity. But the fact that creators feel they have to defend themselves just to participate? That’s the real issue and it needs to stop for this forum to thrive. I have a client that wants to outfit her kitchen in my Sun Faces design, but she needs a dish drying mat. I believe she is referring to the microfiber or fabric ones that dry quickly while the dishes drain on the counter top. Do let me know if there is something similar in the substrates already. Thanks!
