Hi Few suggestions regarding wrapping papers Is it possible to consider offering other paper types other than matte and glossy paper when paper finish is selected? Would love to see some designs with Kraft paper instead of printed kraft paper look on images. There are other types of paper used to create wrapping paper these days other than matte and gloss.  Also can you provide the possibility of adding designs to front and back of wrapping paper so that they can be reversible?  Gold, silver finish for the wrapping paper print. SVG files are great for customers who want to match specific brand colors or wedding color scheme etc. but they must be selected in the design area to access color options. When used as picture frames (or "picture shields" with cutouts), they prevent customers from selecting the photo beneath. The new customer design tool recommends locking frames above template objects, but SVG frames must remain unlocked. This could be solved by enabling photo selection within the 'open area' of an unlocked picture frame. Is that a possibility? Plus, this would be super helpful for designers without access to the 'Replace Feature' option, as many older designs face this photo-blocking issue with normal unlocked frames! It's unlocked and positioned above the photo. But, only the SVG can be selected in the design area because it's layered above the photo. I had an issue with Google Analytics no longer updating starting yesterday (1/23/26).  I thought that Google Analytics was down.  That turned out not to be true. Upon more investigating, GA was no longer checked in Zazzle advanced settings in all of my stores so it was no longer updating.  I figured out how to fix it.   There’s apparently updated code that needs to be added.  My old code in Zazzle advanced settings started with UA-xxx…   The new code, found in Google Analytics, began with G-xxx…. Find the code in GA by going to Admin, click on data streams, click on the store feed and find the “Measurement ID” code. I replaced the UA code in Zazzle advanced settings with the new one, clicked the check box and submitted.  Click on a product to check that it’s working. It should shortly come up on the GA real time page.  Do this for all Zazzle stores with a separate GA tracking code.  All of my GA feeds are now updating. ... View more

The tiling feature currently offers two options: "Tile" and "Horizontal." However, only "Tile" allows SVG files. It would fantastic if we could include SVGs in both. Especially since the "Tile" option is limited to a 6" square, with a "Basic" tiling layout, and doesn't transfer to other products as a tiled pattern. - The "Horizontal" option allows much greater flexibility with size and layout (Half Drop, Half Brick etc). - It also transfers as a tiled pattern to other products. The new "Best Practices For Designing Templates" encourages the use of SVG files so that customers can customize colors. Not allowing SVGs in "Horizontal" tiled products restricts this. For instance, a customer might want to match colors for cards, tags, and "Horizontal" tiled wrapping paper. However, there is still an issue with "Horizontal" tiling and the new design tool! You still can't select template elements on the design area. You have to use the 'Edit' box to customize text and images, so SVG objects would need to be included there. It would be ideal if "Horizontal" tiled designs functioned similarly to "Tile" designs within the design area, by only displaying the template area, not the entire tiled pattern. I wish with just 1 click I could see which products still need a cover photo and which ones need a video. I'd like to suggest an option to sort our products on the backend by cover photos and videos needed or not. Zazzle has everything but sheets to go with the bedding. If I would buy to redo my bedding room and bathroom Zazzle would have pillows, pillowcases, Duvet cover, blankets, lamps, wallpaper, shower curtains, bathmat, towels, candles, clock, wall plate but no sheets. Idea for additional Info to be included in View Insights: Please add where the traffic came from.  Such as Facebook, Wordpress Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Wix, and I am sure there are others that need to be included.  I am part of the Referral Program and as I understand it, I cannot add anything to the referral link such as tracking codes.  Please let me know if I am wrong about this.  It would be so helpful to know where my referrals are coming from so I can make sure I am active on the sites that are working.    This information will help creators choose promotion options that are working.  Thank you for considering, Sandra ... I'm not sure how to explain this issue, but the vast majority of my products have artwork that extends beyond the bleed, so it gets the little yellow alert - which is fine, I know to just ignore it. The problem is that anything with the yellow alert thing also gets highlighted in pink, so it makes it hard to figure out which layer is active. Literally dozens of times every day I end up deleting or copying or moving the wrong layer because I think that the artwork is the active layer when it isn't. Here's a screenshot: The active layer is really the text at the bottom, but on first glance it looks like the artwork is active. Could it maybe just have the yellow alert without the outline, or change the color of the outline to a thin gray line or something to make it visually clear that the artwork is not the active layer here. ... It would be really fantastic if Zazzle could offer Electric Range Covers that one can customize with their images and text. I use them all the time on my electric range to cover the burners. They come in a standard set of 4, with two 8" and two 10" round covers. You can buy them at any store like Target or Walmart or Amazon in a range of colorful designs or just solid colors, and some have text. ... View more
