Hello! I have a few suggestions that I think I will appreciate a lot. I would love to know where the referrals come from: Pinterest, Facebook, a blog, TikTok, or Instagram. I really would love to know; it doesn't matter if it's a third-party referral or a self-referral—I want to know them all. For Collections sort, we can organize products by last viewed day, last sold day, and popularity. I would love to check out my collections this way too. I would love to separate product views into organic and non-organic, and also have the keywords that bring the organic views. For instance, on product insights, we may have "Zazzle Searches," which I suppose are organic searches, but then I don't get to see the keywords. I have no idea how people find me. I have the feeling that Zazzle doesn't show these keywords until the first sale occurs, so as not to generate wrong impressions, but this information will help in tuning a product for better performance. I know that we receive notifications when products are really doing badly. For example, every day I have notifications from products that have more than 12 months without views. However, I would also love to see notifications when a product is reaching a point where it is overperforming because the views are really high for the time being. Not only do products with no views have problems with sales, but products with lots of views may also have problems because they also don't sell. Therefore, alarms should be turned on for these two kinds of products, in my humble opinion. Thanks for your time and consideration!

I may have suggested this before, but I spend a lot of time assisting customers with their designs through the chat system. This generally involves sending them a lot of screenshots, and it would save me SOOO much time if I could paste images directly into chat instead of having to save the screenshot as a separate image and then go through all of the rigamarole to upload it. Just a small suggestion - would it be possible to remove the side column from storefronts (where the media section is) so the categories and products can go all the way across - like they do on the products page and collections page? The sidebar kind of creates a blank waste of space along the side for most of the page and causes the category images to be odd numbered with a blank spot on the front page. If you have 8 categories with images - looks great on the products page (2 rows of 4 categories - perfect!) - but on the front page - it shows oddly as 2 rows of 3 categories and 1 row of 2 categories with a blank spot. Maybe move media - under About and same width as that - but above Categories - so categories, collections and products can be full width.

Having the tiling option for SVGs would be extremely helpful for customers who have specific colours in mind but cannot find their preferred design in those colours. It would also be helpful for designers who want to offer multiple colour options. There could also be a filter for this so that customers searching for specific colours would get to see all SVG design options and then choose their own colours. I think this would really benefit Zazzle so please consider it. Thank you!

Currently, when we view Zazzle collections, the products are all laid out one after the other in an unorganised way, making it hard for the buyer to find exact products they need. I think it would be better if it had a layout more like this: like on the product page, when we scroll down to see the containing collection In this view, products have type sections and can be stacked, meaning less scrolling needed to find the product you need. And it looks neater and more organised. Heck, even the category management screen would be an okay alternative, as things are at least stacked in that view too. Zazzle team, please consider ways of making the category view look more neat and organised like these!

It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color. As it is now, if we have an SVG and text selected together, we can't change the color.

I know this has been mentioned before, but I just wanted to throw it out there again. I was contacted by a customer who was interested in some foil invitations, but was turned off/concerned because the previews are illegible. I have created a nice cover for this invite that shows the text nicely, but as soon as you start to customize it, the view switches to the illegible Zazzle preview so people can't really even see their text. I've received 5 star reviews for this design, so I'm pretty confident that it looks good when printed, but the previews are just really, really bad. I have to wonder how many customers don't contact me and just skip over the foil invites because of the preview problem. It's just such a shame that such a beautiful product is going to waste because customers really have to make a leap of faith in order to purchase something that looks so bad in the previews. It's hard to get excited about designing for them for the same reason. I’ve always wanted more clarity around cancellations. While we understand we'll never find out the exact reasons for a cancellation, I think it would be incredibly helpful if the Royalty History included the cancellation date when we filter for cancellations. If an order is canceled within a day or two, it’s likely unrelated to our design. However, if it’s canceled weeks later, it might indicate a potential issue with the design after the product was received. This insight would allow us to review and improve our templates more effectively.

It would be great if Zazzle had a continuous rolling update list, so that when we see a new feature, or something gets changed, we can check the list to see if it is intentional or a bug. For example, recently in the Design Tool, the background color option was removed from the layers panel, and now we have to just use the Background tab. not a big deal, but it definitely took while to figure it out! Same thing happened when the "Uploads" tab was moved. So a list that would immediately be updated when a change goes live, would be a great idea to keep us all informed, even of small changes, without having to search the forums.

It would be great to add the ability to search our products by product number. I keep a spreadsheet for license usage and searching by title brings up too many results. Searching by product number would quickly bring up the item so I can enter the data into my spreadsheet, with a screenshot of the product for quick reference.

Could that be updated to maybe "Visit RedPoppyShop on Zazzle" and also for the second "undefined" say "Visit RedPoppyShop"

Could we please have a few realistic looking insitus for the Acrylic Trays? Perhaps one with the tray on a tabletop. Need one for both the rectangle and the square style. I recently got in to diamond painting and there's a lot of people buying what's called Coverminders which we use to hold back the plastic from the diamond painting. I'm not sure what they use to make them but I think acrylic or plastic seem popular and then vinyl stickers maybe with the image goes on top. Some use resin to protect the image. And there's a nice magnet on the back which is what holds the plastic. Im not sure the details but im sure the Zazzle staff in charge of the product designs and stuff would be able to figure it out. Seems like it could be a good addition to Zazzle. They're very popular on Etsy.

I absolutely love the Zazzle throw pillows, both designing them and their quality. My family loves them as well, but they have small homes with a single couch, so covering it with a million of my pillows isn't really an option. lol Enter: Throw pillow CASES! With all of the emphasis on holidays and special occasions on Zazzle, I think covers only would make A LOT more sense and possibly skyrocket sales on the product. One can only use and/or store so many pillows at a time, but covers are MUCH easier to store, and it's fun to switch out decor for various seasons and events. It also doesn't seem like it would be a huge problem in terms of sourcing, as zipper covers are already offered and could move seamlessly into this role. Perhaps in addition to selling the cases on their own, there could also be bundled options: if someone designs a case with spring on one side and then summer on the other, and then a second case with fall/winter, it would make a great 2-pack of cases. The bundles could also have the option to add a pillow insert if desired in case they have not yet ordered a pillow from Zazzle.

Idea Please let Pinterest links go to the actual product page. I've noticed that when people click on a pinterest image post that promotes a Zazzle product the link does not go to the actual product page but to sort of a landing page. Example This saved pin: Goes to this page with many other designs and no "Add to cart" button: Instead I would have expected it to go to the actual product page: Reasons Going to the actual product after someone clicks the link avoids confusion. It's already a challenge to have people click the link. Now when they finally decide to click on it, it doesn't go to the product page but has to compete with other peoples designs first. We're promoting our own products on social media, as is recommended by Zazzle, not other peoples products. The customer has to do a 2nd click before arriving at the product they initial saw on social media, which increases the changes of them just closing the window before making an order. The customer already liked what they saw when they clicked on the Pinterest link but now the product we promoted has to instantly compete with many other products. I know this has been mentioned before, but just wanted to share my opinion and experience. Zazzle is a great place for being creative as a designer, I like the designing for new products, the contests and the community and would love to stay here for many years. In my opinion this 'little' change could help creators. Thanks for reading.

As someone else has suggested, please add hardcover journals like Cafepress and Redbubble have, as an alternative to spiral bound. People want to journal in something that looks like a book, that will be aesthetically pleasing spine-out on a bookshelf. Thanks.
