Hello! I am a huge fan of wristlet purses, and after receiving a small accessory pouch I ordered, it is the perfect size! It would be so easy to add this option simply by adding a detachable small strap that could fit around your wrist. This detachable strap could be an "add-on" option to the product or simply a separate listing with the strap more permanently attached. I'm still ruminating over the problem I posted here of helping customers choose the right paper for their wedding invitations, programs, seating charts etc, and I had a new idea. What about offering a "paper sampler" for designers and/or customers at either a free or nominal price. I'm thinking along the lines of fabric swatches or those cards you get in paint stores with color samples. Ideally you could order a little kit with samples of all the papers available for a given product. They wouldn't need to be big pieces of paper - maybe business card sized - with the name of the paper and/or description printed on each one and maybe a rainbow of colors at the bottom so you could get an idea of how the paper would impact the printed color.  It wouldn't be quite as nice or illustrative as ordering a sample invite or card, but it would certainly be a more universal solution. It could even be a perk available to designers who have reached a certain level - it would be infinitely more valuable to me than business cards.  ... View more

It would be extremely helpful if we could edit existing tags without having to delete them and repost them in the tags box. For example, if I transfer a wedding invitation design to a birthday party invitation, and my first tag is "beach wedding," it would be AWESOME if I could just change the tag to "beach birthday party", without deleting the old tag and typing in the new one. this would preserve the correct order. As it stands now, if we want to change the first tag, and keep it as the first tag, we have to delete ALL the tags and relist them, otherwise that first tag when deleted and changed, will become the last tag. ... It would be nice to see somebody actually wearing the socks. I've noticed socks are a product I have that actually sells occasionally 😅 I think it would be nice if you can see what it looks like when your wearing them, because otherwise it can be hard to tell if there is text on them were it is showing on the sock- Is it on the side of the foot or the bottom of the foot?  Also designs stretch a bit when you wear socks, it would be nice to see how that stretching might effect a design. ... I’d like to request two upgrades to the Design Tool Elements: 1) Please add an editable polygon tool. 2) Please allow designers to name each element layer. Currently elements in the design tool show up as layers named, “rectangle, square, circle, line, etc.” So, if I create a design with multiple rectangles, each layer simply says, “rectangle.” That makes it hard to track, reorder, or revise each element. I would love to see  combination sales that entice buyers to add more related product via a discount Example: buy a pack of business cards get  1/2 off business card holders buy a pet bowl get 1/2 off pet ID tags buy  thank you cards get 1/2 half off thank you stickers I guess you get the idea here So instead of just promoting a product or category of products, offer a related product at a discount that entices add on sales. It would be fantastic if when your transferring a design from say a button to a keychain that the title would also change to keychain instead of (example)  Big Blue Button Keychain.  It's easy to forget to take out the word "Button". Also, would be nice if the computer can insert the correct product category as keychain. Please PLEASE  can we have some sort of reference to let us know if a cancelled order was re-ordered?  Trying to go through to see if a person has reordered  by cross reference is tedious and difficult -  ALSO  would Really be nice to have some sort of  key as to the type of cancellation  ie: cancelled or declined or returned?  Maybe even a date so we could see if they cancelled  Before or After they got their  product. And While we are on the subject..  would really be nice if there was a limit to how long ago the order was that they can cancel..  like  a cut off of say 60 days or ?? Not a year I have had cancellations from almost a year ago - this is no longer a cancellation IMHO I just downloaded  my Feb earnings  and took a look on my spreadsheet.  I had 154 cancellations amounting to  $1178.79 in just cancellations alone for Feb..  that's crazy .. anyone else getting high numbers besides me?  I don't know how many of these re-ordered, if any..  too many to try to cross reference..  which is why I asked  my initial  request of having some way to see  in our backend  if a customer re-orders ..    ... In the old forums there were several threads discussing how people will buy one ivitation with the intention of using it as a digital invite or to mass produce and print their own.  Well I don't sell that many invitations (so far) so I didn't jump in to those conversations.   However over the past weeks I have an example where I know this is why one single invitation I designed is going to be used this way.  I was contacted by a shopper a couple of weeks ago through my own email addy  asking me if this specific invitation was offered as a digital download.  I informed the person that it was not and they thanked me.  Then nothing happened until this morning when that exact invite sold one copy to a person whoses name matches the one that emailed me asking about it.   So, okay I got a sale of one invite but I am pretty sure it was not so she could sample it and come back for a bulk order.  Anyway I just wanted to mention it.  Hopefully this kind of thing only happens rarely.  ...
