Would like to see some insitu images for the bandanas. As it stands, all one can see is a square with an image on it. How about some insitus, for example, of just a model's neck area with the bandana as a fashion accessory? Another insitu idea is to show it on a dog, since lots of people put bandanas on their pets. I made a Halloween candy jar, but in the in-situ filled and surrounded with Valentines candy for a Halloween jar just doesn't look right. I'd like to please suggest a couple updated in-situ candy photo for Halloween & Christmas candy jars with appropriate seasonal candies. It would be better holiday marketing.

The configurable shapes available is very limited. Customers may wonder why we just have a circle, square, line and triangle. There are no hearts, stars, arrows, etc.. They may not do a icon search to find a shape. Further, many may not be able to mask a photo with a shape, or group things. Zazzle and the customers may see better designs and more creativity by expanding the tools we can mask with. Customers may like their wedding photos in hearts, or team photos in stars. Or, perhaps charge us say .05 cents per icon we want to use for artistic purposes. PS Sorry I have so many ideas. I think you guys are doing an excellent job. I just figured if you went through all of this trouble to create a new forum to also collect more ideas. I'd submit them as I think of them.

It would be wonderful if Zazzle could find some way to allow place cards to be customized individually. As it stands, they can only be ordered in packs of 10 for the flat place cards, and packs of 25 for the folding variety. This means that the only real option is to design something generic or something with a write-in spot for the person's name. It would be SUPER helpful if customers could have printed names on these. I understand the minimum order since these are an inexpensive product, but perhaps there would be some way that they could be customized individually within the minimum order - sorta like wine charms work where you can buy them in sets of 4 but customize each one in the set individually. Hello, i just saw an email that stated we are getting new script fonts. This is very exciting and we have been waiting ! The email states that there will be retired fonts too. And if our design has retired fonts, they will be changed for us. It also states we will have access to edit those products. Can we have access to edit all products to add the new font? I would like the option of changing more of my designs to include the new font and not just the new ones I am creating. thank you!

I am trying to report an entire shop for Tag Spamming, but I see no way to do this. Please add to your report feature, a button for reporting an entire shop of Tag Spammed products. Right now the only option shoppers and designers can see is REPORT THIS DESIGN. There are shops offering hundreds of non-personalized products, each of which is assigned with tags completely unrelated to the topic of the design. If busy designers had a quick way to report an entire shop, Zazzle would be able to knock out thousands of these products in a cinch. Clearing away these products quickly would greatly improve the search results, taking these designs off the top of the search results, and out of Zazzle's serving up of OTHER DESIGNS YOU MIGHT LIKE. This would help Zazzle shoppers with cash-in-hand to find the high-effort, beautifully designed personalized products Zazzle is known for, and would be a wise, effective and quick way to improve Zazzle's image with the shopping community. Example of Tag Spamming A dog shirt was tagged with these tags: womens nacho average big sister Ice skating figure skater girl womens rockin the aunt life calculus teacher math coach math skeleton playing banjos music As directed by @Scott I reported this dog shirt today, June 21 2022. I will post here if this product is ever removed from the marketplace as a result of my report.

Pinterest wants tall and skinny images, as they spell out in the screenshot below. Therefore, please update in situs for all products to add some in situ images in the aspect favored by Pinterest which is 2 by 3. Zazzle has a lot of square in situ images--or maybe all of the Zazzle in situ images are square. According to Pinterest, these square images will be cut off on the Pinterest viewing platform and will not display properly on the screens of many shoppers looking at Pinterest. https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/pinterest-product-specs Many forum users here report that most of their referrals come from Pinterest. Pinterest changes things up now and then. How does Zazzle stay on top of these changes? Is there a point person on Zazzle staff who has the task of keeping up with the changes in this website which is so vital to the success of Zazzle and Zazzle designers? If not, I recommend appointing such an individual to monitor Pinterest and keep Zazzle on track.

When posting a Garden Flag or a House Flag for sale, only one suggested department shows up: Office & School > Promotional Products & Small Business Supplies > Signs & Posters > Outdoor Signs & Flags However, this should also show up as a suggested department for these flags: Home & Living > Garden & Outdoor > Garden & Outdoor Décor > Outdoor Signs & Flags This department is more appropriate for most flags, since Garden Flags and House Flags are Home Decor, not Office and School products. Please add BOTH categories to suggested departments when posting these products for sale. Every single time I post a flag for sale I have to manually select the department and it is very time consuming. Thank you very much for your consideration.

We desperately need more in-situ images for the Chiffon Scarfs. Perhaps a model wearing the square style scarf around the neck as a wardrobe accessory. The long, rectangular scarf needs a model showing the scarf hanging and draping nicely. And please make sure they are close-up images that we can see the designs on the scarf well. Thank you!

I often get simple design requests from customers for things like changing colors or fonts, moving elements around, or adding a photo to a design that doesn't have one. The vast majority of these requests are things the customer could easily do themselves if they just had a basic understanding of the design tool and what it can do. Some customers are comfortable with the FAFO method (ie messing around until they figure it out) but others just need a little bit of instruction. It would be SOOO helpful if there was a simple tutorial that I could point them to for help. The current help files are all geared toward designers and they're just WAY too much. Something simple that is geared towards customers who want to make a few changes to an existing design would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

It would be really great if we could customize both colors of the QR codes, not just one. As it is, one of the colors has to be black or white - which works in most situations, but not all - like say you're designing a blue on blue design where you have a dark navy text on a pale dusty blue background. It would be great if we could match both colors for the QR code.

Title, Description, and Tags should all support each other for on- and off-site SEO. It would be easier to ensure we're using supportive Tags, if the input field for them were located up where we can see all three fields together -- in that big empty space next to the Product Merchandising image. It would make workflow a tad more user friendly and help our creative juices when we can only think of three tags and want more because we can see the Description and Product in the same panel. It would prevent us scrolling up and down and thinking "wait, is this the blue one or the green one?" I do understand how complex coding is for the entire Z site, but this one is a simple CSS mod. I know because I did it in the Inspect panel to grab this screen cap. 😉 Thank you for your consideration. 😊

Marketplace customers contacting designers for changes on orders needs to be addressed. This problem has been brought up multiple times without a solution. On the product page the "Maker" contact information used to be listed on the bottom left with a message contact button. The graphic artist was listed on the right with a message button. The "maker" contact information has now been removed and the only choice customers have is to message designers. We cannot help them, fix their order and most times they do not reply to us. This leads to angry customers, waste of your product, refunds and bad reviews. I had a order last night, the photo is wrong customer ordered anyway with the assumption that it would be fixed before printing, I told her to cancel and then contact me and I would help her, but no reply. At the very least "we" should be able to forward these message to you to stop production on the order, but that is not even possible. Independent graphic designers should have no contact with customers about orders. PLEASE put a message button back on the page for ORDER problems.

I may have suggested this before, but I spend a lot of time assisting customers with their designs through the chat system. This generally involves sending them a lot of screenshots, and it would save me SOOO much time if I could paste images directly into chat instead of having to save the screenshot as a separate image and then go through all of the rigamarole to upload it. All Time as a drop down option. Right now the most data we can see is Last 365 days worth of data. It would be nice to see complete data for the purposes of seeing a product true success or failure. Thank you in advance

Hi @Scott, in the backend we can select the amount of products being shown, 24 - 48 - 72 - 96 - 204. Is it possible to make it so that we can choose one of those choices as a preferred default, so one doesn't have to make that selection every time when pulling up the backend to work in?
