I would like to see the automated titles of the wooden gift boxes with tile insets changed to "trinket boxes"  or some other appropriate name. They are much too big for a typical "gift box." If I was looking specifically for trinket boxes and jewelry boxes, I would never use the search term "gift box" to look for one. Paper sheets are a popular product - used for all sorts of designs that don't lend themselves to existing products. The problem is that some of the paper options are bond-weight (foldable) and one is cardstock (the semi-gloss.) Customers do NOT understand this, and the descriptions don't make it clear, so we really need to be able to control the paper options so card designs can be restricted to semi-gloss, and foldable designs can be restricted to the bond-weight options. At the moment, the only way to control the paper choice is to choose "this size and media only" which restricts the options too much. We need to be able to restrict paper type independent of size, and we also need to be able to exclude one paper type (semi-gloss) for designs that are designed to be folded. ... View more

It would help a great deal to know if a product is in a collection while working on products in the backend. Knowing a product is in a collection and is hidden shows that something needs to be done.  This product either needs to be taken out of the collection and left hidden or needs to be made public.  By signing out and viewing you can tell how many public items there are. This method does not help much but does help a little.   So, the problem with this method is it doesn't show you the hidden products only the visible.  If there are 300 products in the collection and only a few are hidden the only way is to click on each product and go to the product page and click on edit details and then click on "additional information" to see.  This is very time consuming. You have to click and wait two times to get to your collections. Then search for the appropriate collection, click again just to get there. So the collection I am working on had 300 products. I had a product I wanted to add but needed to delete at least one product to do so.  Then I signed out to see 281 products showing.  That means 19 products are hidden but as far as I know the only way to find them is to click on each product (from the collection page) and to go to the product page and edit details to just see which ones are hidden. With 300 products this is hard.  Please try and make this easier my doing one or all of the following: 1.  show which items are in which collections in the backend of our stores where we do the most of our editing / optimizing.  This way we will be able to see a product is in a collection and is hidden and be able to fix the issue right there easily. The below example only lists the first 3 stats existing and then shows an example of including collection stats. Example: list number of collections and  the name of collection/s Views: 10 Date Created: 10/31/24 Last Modified:  10:31:24 Collections:  1 Baby Decor Collections: 2 Baby Decor, Blue Weddings. (more than 1 collection)  2.  If you can't show in backend then maybe show which products are hidden where we edit the collections. Re:  When we type in a title for a new pen creation, it's automatically putting the pen ink color in as part of the title.   Wouldn't it make more sense to simply add "pen", because the choices are pretty much given as to what is available and what looks nice with the design itself.  In other words, if I have purple flower print on a pen, and say I have to choose an ink color...either black or blue as of today, 9/24/24, the title ends in either black ink pen or blue ink pen.  Even though that should be by the customer's choice, not mine.  Couldn't it just say ink pen instead? ... I think our personal store Categories arent being utilised enough. If a person is on a listing for one of my products, and wants to see similar products, they only have a couple of options: 1. View Collection. Only works if a collection has been set up with that product in it. 2. 'Other designs you might like' section. Only works if they are looking only at the same product type. Eg if the product they clicked on is socks, only more socks will show. 3. Manually go to my store and try and find the matching products. This could take dozens of clicks, each more likely to lose the customer. My suggestion is to have other items from the same Category appear below the product, with a link to that category in your Store. This will be a fast way to get people looking at your store, see your variety of related products, and hopefully convert more sales. Also linking to categories can be better than collections because you have a finite amount of collections, but you will ALWAYS have a product in a category. Is it possible to put a mark on items or add  another dropdown in the stores backend to let the designer know if the items that are in the 'Optimization Needed' group are in a collection. I hate to pass over an item in a collection that should be updated before other items. I have old collections that probably show up almost empty because of this. Collections need to be intergraded with the backend. Currently the only connection is the ability to add an item to a collection. There is nothing showing if an item is in a collection. Doesn't matter what collection just that it is in a collection. Could you make the die cut stickers findable when you are transferring a design? I put in stickers and they are not there. I've tried decal, vinyl, kiss cut, and die cut as options and nothing comes up. I checked all the office supplies categories and not there! Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope.
