As it is now these are the selections for hand fans - see below - is there a way to move or fix the wedding category to party supplies and not programs? A wedding program is much different than a hand fan. I tried to do a manual search and still nothing populates. Over the course of my lifetime have I been given or used fans for weddings but only once was it used for a marketing event. All the fans in the weddings were never used as programs? I feel like these are too cute not to be classified correctly and go unseen. I create and sell a lot of custom baseball cards, using Zazzle's Mighty size business cards, which are the exact dimensions of a standard trading card (2.5 x 3.5). The paper type I choose is Signature UV gloss because that is what is recommended for photography. However, it is only available in an 18 pt thickness, and I would like to offer my customers the standard trading card thickness, which is 35 pts. I would love to be able to promote my trading cards as true standard trading cards as I think this would increase sales. I know I am not alone as many other Zazzle creators offer custom baseball cards for sale and I'm sure they would love to see that option added.

When I am working on a design I often end up going to the Zazzle home page because I accidentally hit the Z icon that is located right next to the edit link at the top of the page. Maybe you can make the Z icon not workable when in the design area? You might move it to the center of the bar because no one will go near it unless they actually want to leave the item they are working on to go to the Z home page. Or perhaps just leave it off the page for people who have a store and are designing. ( that and the 20% discount that shows up over the layers link at the bottom of the page) I can understand having the Z icon in place for someone who is just trying out the design tool and might not like doing it so they can go directly back to the home page. I do think it would be best in the center of the top bar above the design image because it is not located near any links at all. Let alone one that is used frequently. Does anyone else have this problem? I have been meaning to post about it but never seem to have the time because I want to get back to what I just messed up. This is about the fifth time I have done this. I used to blame it on working late and being tired but alas it is mid day for me and it just happened again. 1: Customer Email Option. For stores they purchase designs from, customers should have the option of allowing the designer to contact them via email. I've heard the argument that these are Zazzle customers and not those of the designer. To that I would offer that without the designers, what would Zazzle profit margins look like? If anything, it is a collective result and not a monopoly as it is treated now. 2: Store Newsletter Form. A second option would be to give customers the option to sign up for a newsletter from the stores/designers of their choosing. Designers would be given a simple, branded template to update with new designs, and the one-page "newsletter" would be sent at an interval of the customers choosing. Everybody wins!

As many will remember, the old forum had several thread topics that had 3 or more individual threads. I just came across a new duplicated thread with subject of NEWEST PRODUCT CREATED Original thread from january Recent thread from 6/16/22 I have seen several other threads that seemed to be duplicates, but did not take the time to investigated. Can we get a button/link to notify Forum Moderators of suspected duplicates. They can then merge the threads and keep the forum from being as inflated as the old one was.

Zazzle,How about adding 3D printing for some products and/or images? Haven’t done a thinking deep dive on this as how it would be used by Zazzle for images but it could be a “huuuge” cornucopia for customers. Thinking of alien images, unicorns, etc. not just our images but customer uploaded images too. 3D keychains? 3D bride and groom wedding cake toppers? Zazzle promotes all types of holidays and dedications. I think this is a good thing. However, the month of June seems to have taken a backseat to one of the most long honored devotions. This month has long been dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Please consider mentioning this as the month of June draws near. Hi everyone, Kudos to Zazzle for adding the quick response to the Chat feature! Loving it!
I have a few upgrade ideas about chat:
1) We get a lot of customer chat messages per day, and I wondered if there was a way to manage them? I understand I can delete messages, and I do, but it's more than that. I'd like to file them away when done (see #4, below)
2) I also would like to be able to make an auto-reply that's actually automatic, for example: so that my husband and I can take a vacation without my having to go into chat on a daily basis and post a reply, and feel guilty that I'm not 'at work.' I think we need to manage customer expectations about 'chat.' The term is usually used on websites where there is a live person at the other end. We live in Australia, and do not operate during the same business hours/days. So if customers are expecting us to be here, and get an urgent response, they will be let down. I don't like doing that. An auto-reply would be ideal to let them know when we may attend to their inquiry.
3) Could we possibly have a selection of 'quick replies' that we could use, which we could set up and use in our own brand voice, etc, for things such as: directing to customer service, etc. You know the feature where we can go in and add responses on our profile to things? Something like that, but for chat, where there would be a drop-down box of replies that we can choose from. I can see this being SUPER useful for delivery enquiries, etc. I currently have developed a notepad 'swipe document' that I copy and paste text from, which I can use, but it's still burdensome, and I'd prefer something within the chat feature itself. 4) When it comes to saving chats, I'd love it if we could somehow organize them into folders, like I do with my Gmail account. I'd like to save them for future reference, by theme, so having that kind of facility would be very, very useful. 5) If there were some way to identify whether they have seen our chat message, AND if we have replied to their message. Viber uses a check mark, so when you send it there's a check, and when they've viewed it there is another check, so you know. Perhaps something like that. Also, maybe if the color of text could change, or some way to flag new v/s replied to messages. In the same vein, if we could flag important/urgent messages, that need attending to first thing. They currently get lost in the lineup of messages, and we have to go through each and every one, opening them up, and then creating an analog list of message + sender, to keep track of it all. It's not ideal! So I guess I'm asking if it could be set up like an email system?

I am not sure if that ever came up, but while trying to clean up / organize my products, making them ´´hidden´´, I realised that we should be able to do the same with the whole collections. For example, now I wouldn´t mind hiding Christmas ones, which will make the shop look tidier. I looked for that option but couldn´t find it.

It's nice to be able to see how many link overs we have had but we need more information please. It would be nice to be able to click on the date and be able to view the landing pages of these lonk overs. If we are getting a high number of link overs on a certain product but it hasn't been purchased, it would help us see that and we can review that design and update it accordingly. Also, it would be nice to see if it was a link over from Zazzle promotion, an Ambassador promoting it, or our own promotion efforts.

Please bring back the option to select and delete multiple images. I was able to keep My Images under control when we had the action button option to select and bulk delete them, but now there are just too many to delete one by one. I imagine these are taking up unnecessary space as well.
