Maybe I'm missing the template? I'd love to see the full range of paper options added to the folded card templates. It would be great to have all the same invitation/flat card paper options available to create coordinating and matching folded thank you cards, greeting cards, and folded invitations. I just noticed that the locations of the action drop down list and share button under each product on the products tab are reversed from how they used to be. This is driving me nuts - I'm so used to clicking in a certain place for each for so long it's really messing with my workflow. 😧 Is it possible to switch it back?

Hey I noticed when you post in the forums in the emoji menu there is a category for custom emojis that isn't being used yet. Emojis aren't my top priority or anything, but since it is already there... Zazzle should make some! 😃👍

Regarding the coming backend changes to our store, this sounds great! I know we've been asking for a while to be able to bulk delete discontinued products. Thank you very much for listening to our suggestions. I just have one request, though. Can you please FIRST fix the current indexing issues with product merchandising changes not sticking, and moving products from one category to another taking days to update? And please don't break anything when you implement the backend changes, and DON'T do it on a Friday, LOL! Sometimes it seems like one little tweak breaks the whole site, and it always happens on the Friday, so we have to wait all weekend for things to get fixed!

It's always appeared to me that the speed style bottle openers preview backwards or at least left handed here. I'm accustomed to seeing them read left to right from the opener end of the tool (which is also the way I design them, no offense left handers..), but it means that they are upside-down if shown in the horizontal view.. here's an example - my trusty park tool speed opener - reads left to right and right side up when used right handed. vs Medieval Floral Illuminated Letter A Monogram Bar Key by Brightly_Illuminated

Many text fields, e.g. when replying, are small in height and the resizing (dragging) doesn't work, which makes it a pain to edit the content (Win10, Chrome, desktop). In some cases the resizing works, in other cases not. If it's a setting and not a bug of the tool you're using, please allow resizing on all text fields, or make them at least taller in height (especially on replies). Thanks!

I'm getting the impression from the things that Scott has said that Zazzle wants to use these particular forums almost like a submission form rather than an actual discussion in order to make it easier for the mods to keep up with feedback and technical problems. That makes total sense. So, my question is, if I have a related but slightly different suggestion, would it be preferable to start a new thread rather than replying to an existing one? I have resisted doing that in the past because I didn't want to create extra work for anyone by starting a new thread - but I'm starting to think maybe it would actually make it easier for y'all if I put things in a new post rather than in a reply on a long thread. Likewise, on the technical forum, if I have a related problem to one I see posted, would it be better to start a new thread rather than replying to an old one? Just trying to sort out the best way to use this new system. Thanks!

I know that the power of a database comes from its searchability and that crud in means crud out. Data input needs to be consistent to maximize usefulness. With posts here, we can all make up tags (data input) on the fly which is really cool but that means results from searching the forum will be as random as results searching the marketplace where what you get depends on what the designer/poster thought to enter which might be way different than what the searcher thinks to enter. Now that we have a high-end forum that's searchable by key words and/or by clicking on something in the tag cloud/list, we need some consistent tagging to really maximize the potential here to quickly find what you're looking for. Whether it's a Creator looking for help with the design tool, or a Customer looking for info on shipping options, or an affiliate looking for a certain design style .. I think having some consistent tags to choose from would help make things more cohesive. Even just for defining whether the question, comment, tech issue is with the forum or the website. I'm not saying we shouldn't be able to make up our own tags (we should, that's a cool feature and one probably most useful in the Show Me section) but there should also be a way to select from a set of common/standard tags already in use to tie like things together for the benefit of the searcher. I'm thinking of Stack Exchange as an example.

the Zazzle website works well in Dark Mode. however, from within the Zazzle design tool, darks and lights in the design space do not always render correctly (unless one looks at the Preview thumbnail).

Maybe I am missing it but I can't seem to find the vertical display / view for tissue paper. All I see is horizontal and honestly it does not help the customer to see what they are buying. Could Zazzle merchandising make this happen. This tissue paper was a best seller for me, but after the update that did not offer vertical , sales have gone south. I don't think its the design but do think sales are off due to inability to see it vertical...you have to tilt your head or move around your phone or laptop to see it...I think easy to view is best. Show a vertical option on selling page and marketplace. I have too many to count tissue paper designs that are shown as horizontal and should be shown as vertical at my store.

I think it would be great if when we create a new product that we get the item for free, so we can see the quality, colors, placement and sizing of images, so if there is a problem it can be corrected. I have paid for many a product only to discover there is an issue and then I have to go back and correct. I’ve often thought I was glad I purchased the item myself before a customer had to return said item. Thoughts? 🤔 Rhonda

Hello! It would be great if the margins and layout adjustments of the design occurred automatically when customers select their desired size. Currently, the only effective and high-quality method is to manually create and adapt the design for each button size. For instance, the standard button design fits the larger size, but it doesn’t optimize the usable space according to the margins. I hope we can address this issue. Maybe we can do something similar to what we do when we post different colors of the same product, so customers can easily switch between one version and another. Thank you for your attention.

Backpack - Fanny pack - Sling bag - Duffel bag - Accessory pouch - Toiletry Bag are all grouped together and it is annoying every time you have to go in and fix every item to make them fit right it is so time consuming. Please ungroup them or make it where they are on all the products the correct way not where I have to go in and adjust them to all the products myself. If I want to post all 6 items, I have to go into every item and make a total of 36 adjustment every time just to list 6 items. Please see how to fix this or please separate them. I personally rather they be separate. Thank you.

I challenge Zazzle to update their description of the standard posters, which they say have a "matte" finish. For years I never ordered one of these posters because I did not want a matte finish, but rather something with a little bit of gloss. Well, just recently I decided to take the plunge and order one of the posters to settle once and for all what the matte finish posters actually looked like. To my total surprise, the finish is not a true matte, but rather a semi-gloss finish. Now why in the world does Zazzle describe these posters as having a matte finish? When I think of "matte" finish, I think of no gloss whatsoever. This is far from true with the standard posters offered. If you want to see a true "matte" finish, order one of the greeting cards in the "matte" style. You will see what I mean. They have a flat finish without any gloss whatsoever. I think that Zazzle needs to add something to their description of the "matte" posters indicating that they do have a bit of gloss to them. They are really quite beautiful!

Well, it seems Zazzle have some good clothing and appareal products, like some tshirt, leggins, hoodies and more. THe overall quality vibe customers find is good, that's why sometimes customers miss something. Would you try to check Artsadd.com, for partnering with Zazzle, it seems they have good clothing products. Wouldn't it be awesome if a simple click for the marketplace department could be adapted instead of the rapid fire, hit and miss, gunshot way of clicking that? For some reason, every single time I try to choose the one I want, it becomes another pet peeve, another gray hair, and another insulting thought when I miss the bullseye. My aim is off, 'cause I'm old, yep. Why does it have to be like that?? I can't be the only one. Kudo if you agree. I mean, why does it have to be that way? What possible reason. Can't this be fixed better than this?
