I am living in overwhelming hurricane and flood, etc. messes still; yet, I have always designed on Zazzle at least a few hours daily - all day and night prior to disasters. I am hesistant to even have that joy right now due to CHAT which I feel guilty if I ignore; however, if I am away and can't get to respond, it seems I have ignored some good people. Nobody seems to see the little message we are allowed to  post: I am away for a few weeks ..... With all on  my shoulders most could not handle, I still plow on daily, so the down side of chat is for example: Twice recently, I have spent several days I desperately need in my life .... and quite a bit of money helping 2 customers who never purchased after asking for help, changes, more product, etc. .... The last loved an invitation and asked if I could change the skin color. I worked on it 2 days and did not  like the result, so I purchased 2 more beautiful dark skin images @ $50.00 each (losing time and money - no profit to me), but I want the customers to be happy. I created the products requested and was told she loved it all, asked for more, and never purchased a thing. This has happened twice, so ... I wish we could put CHAT on vacation for periods of time when we really need to focus on home as well as creating on Zazzle. ... View more

I know this might be a big ask since it may require massive work on the back-end of the Zazzle designer, but how about being able to upload animated designs/videos available for Digital Downloads? For use on cards, invitations, etc. Customers could customize with their own text or photos, or just to provide whimsical children's birthday evites? I was in my backend image folder and saw a powerful photo of mine that I had completely forgotten about and thought.... wouldn't it be cool / I wish I could select that photo and start a product design process right from there.  So my idea suggestion: the alternative design process of designing a product starting with your image / graphic right from the backend image folder it's in. I would call this our reverse design process.  Maybe the way this could work is: you select your graphic or image you want to start with, then maybe be brought to a search box for the blanks page to select the product you want to put this on and continue the design process as usual.  You could consider this an alternative step 1 in using the process of transfering a design to another product... except in this case we are starting the process from any of our image folders. It would be great if we could sort, or at least click and drag, the list of our stores. Currently, they're alphabetized, which doesn't allow us to feature a particular store if it falls at the end of the alphabet. Perhaps another good sub category could be "games" since I noticed there are many types of wedding games most for during the reception. The search box is difficult to locate because it's light gray on white. This is true even though I've been here a number of years and ought to know where to find it. What might it be like for the customer, particularly since it's slowly become even less likely to be seen immediately because of all the picture links, links that don't show the true depth and breadth of Zazzle. Certainly, there are customers determined enough to find the search box, but what about the others who can easily get caught in the cul de sac of those pictures? I was wondering if Zazzle could add tabs or the ability for the designer to name different sections within a collection. I often do a collection by the design - using the same design on a wedding suite and related products, but also for baby shower, birthday and and so on. So instead of having them all mixed together, it would be good to be able to organize them by tabs/sections within the same collection. I know I can organize the order - but what I mean is to keep the wedding stuff with the wedding stuff - the birthday with the birthday, etc so they can each be seen independently of one another but within the same collection.    ...
