I would love the option of changing pricing on individual products (including different style/shapes) in one place. Allowing us, for example, to choose a new price or percent for a classic mug (or combo, or two-tone, etc.) across all stores or in one specific store. Selecting products 96 or 204 at a time is cumbersome. Plus many products are not differentiated to sort properly. For example different shaped/style ornaments are all lumped together but have different prices. I have very specific pricing goals for each product, but if there is a global new base price trying to hunt down that specific product across all stores is hard and time consuming. Or if I just want to change my pricing strategy for a product. If we had one place that said "Change all of my men's value t-shirts to 12.9% in xyz store" then I could update everything swiftly . Sorry, I think this should go in the feedback section, but I can't find it. So I created a couple of products after a request from a client. She then sent me a chat message that she could swear she ordered them, but never received a confirmation???!!!! In my sales reports it shows as being cancelled. Obviously she did not cancel it, so something went wrong, but I don't know why she never was informed? I sure hope this is not the standard reason for the abundant cancellations of orders. Of course I would not have known about this had she not messaged me. Also placing this in the forum after bad experiences with customer service.

I keep getting sales and returns on the license plate frames. At first I thought it might be my design but then I went and read some of the scathing reviews which said over and again "the print was fine... the product is flimsy crap" With a product that is so popular and sells so often and reviews like this I would like to suggest that we please upgrade the quality of the product so that we don't keep getting returns and poor reviews! I wanted to say Thanks so MUCH for making the grouping tool for the design area! I know it was done a while back and I'm a bit late, but I just recently realized it was there (sometimes I'm slow on the uptake for new stuff) 😅 Anyways It is a HUGE help for me as far as making patterns out of my designs for wrapping papers and products look much more appealing! Its so nice too for adding Text to said patterns since they can be tiled along with images!! Its JUST really awesome!! 😁😻 So Thanks to the Zazzle team for making it possible!💜💜💜

I can't work out how to search the show me posts can we had a search tool in old version can we have something similar? Or I am I missing something? Can view a list which is great but as more posts get added it is getting trickier to wade through the posts to find the post you are looking for. I am loving the new forum, by the way but missing an easy way to search.

I think it would be great if there was an undo or back button in the body features. I don't know if I am just missing it or one does not exist. If I right click the drop down menu allows me to undo once. If I undo the wrong thing I have to start all over again. It would be nice to be able to look at account area and have a total at the bottom of the columns. I look at them and have to either add using calculator or get a general total using my brain ( not always a wise way to get totals) - Could we possibly get a total for a certain area. I think it would be best at 'Royalty by Product' areas. Perhaps in the drop down options like custom date and such one of the options could be totals. ??? 📌

I was trying to make a white design on black tissue paper, but it won't show any white elements. It just looks solid black. As a workaround, I can use the white tissue paper and make its background black and then add the white design. I imagine the backside of the tissue paper will still be white though.

I kept thinking it was my eyes, but there seems to be a problem with the previews on the bottle labels. I'm hoping it's just a preview issue, not something about the printing process for these, but the colors just look WAY off. These cards use the exact same artwork as the bottle labels, but they don't even look close. Could this be fixed please? Thanks! Please make it possible to click on the checkboxes for multiple (continguous -- i.e. across the same row or rows) products in the backend using the mouse and [Shift] key (note: this was possible in the previous version of the backend). At the moment, I can only click on each checkbox individually. Thank You!

I first want to say that I really appreciate all the effort being put into making the website and the forum/community look fresh and new. Y'all work so hard--and I am really grateful. But--I also feel that I need to share some feedback on what isn't working for me and why. I believe that it all comes down to a difference in coding and viewer preferences between mobile devices and computer screens. Mobile devices can be tipped to change the layout from a vertical rectangle to a horizontal rectangle, but computer screens are all horizontal rectangles. The larger the computer screen, the more you can pack into that rectangle from side-to-side--but this isn't necessarily a good thing for the viewer's focus--which is mostly at the center of the screen, straight ahead. (which is why older versions of websites tend toward columns of information centered on the screen. With the new Zazzle backend format, in a full-size window at 100% normal size/resolution (my default) on my computer screen, I now have seven columns of products that fill my screen completely (and the category list has been pushed to the far left). While I can minimize and adjust the size of my screen to have fewer products--that just isn't how I typically interact with websites (or with Zazzle in particular) and this is too much input at one time on a computer screen. As someone who wrestles with issues related to focus, it's--incredibly overwhelming. I need and want more white space on the side of my screen. I'm relieved to see that the shopper view isn't doing this as well just yet--and I really hope that it isn't switched to the same. (I know shoppers who already feel quite intimidated by Zazzle's website) Please add in some coding that limits the overwhelm on the computer view of the back end or give us a "classic" view option that we can revert to as needed. Associates who wish to promote baby goods should not use these banners as it is false advertising. The products displayed can't be bought here. Hello, I'm glad on the select drop down menu you have the option to select discontinued products, but now the select all options is missing. I tried the drag to select and that didn't work either. So if we want to delete a whole page of products, or select all to make hidden products public, we have to click on each one individually which is time consuming. Thank you!
