I opened a new store and clicked on it and got a message under my name. Since the store is for a business I run, it makes it look like the business is unsuccessful.  LOL...Or, I am... 0 Followers since 2012.  I think it should say underneath the store name: Opened 2024 . 0 Followers or Joined 2012 . 1800 Followers (My actual number of followers from other stores.) I just received my greeting cards. They were left out in the rain. I was able to get them before a torrential downpour, which would have ruined them. They delivered in only a cardboard wrapper. Please consider adding a plastic wrapper to insulate paper products from the weather. I won't order cards (or posters or anything paper products) in the further because I if I don't get them as they are delivered (which is usually the case) the chances for them being wrecked are high. Researching "medallions" for another project idea, I came across these pewter labels or peel and stick adhesive labels, custom made, and it made we think how neat of an offering that it would be if Zazzle could come across a supplier for something similar.  Basically, it's like creating embossed style stickers that would go on specific products for businesses or special projects for customers.  Idk, does anyone know if you could "emboss" a custom cut sticker?  Or round or square stickers for that matter?  That may be an alternative.   *Edited to add:  Creating foil labels would make wonderful wedding ideas come to life! ... Zazzle, please consider providing the DATE of cancellation for cancelled orders in the Earnings History. This would be very helpful in assessing our earnings, and give us some idea of why customers are cancelling- whether immediately (if they re-order right away, no problem, but if they cancel and don't reorder, it probably means they saw something they liked better), or after they received the order (could be a quality issue, or maybe a design issue. I am using the new social media app BlueSky and up until now, I have been able to promote my products by copy/pasting the product URL into a new post, as the "copy link" option does not allow my product photo to post along with the url.   So my question is: has there been any thought on Zazzle's part about adding BlueSky to the automatic sharing options like Facebook and Twitter (X)?   There are many other Zazzle people on there, also promoting their products.  ... I sell a lot of posters & foam core boards - mostly for wedding signs - and customers are VERY confused by the standard size options. They don't understand that the design will not re-arrange itself to accommodate a different aspect ratio, so they end up clicking around on different sizes, and in the process, they inevitably end up cutting off a significant portion of the design. Once they've done that, they're stuck - because unless they wrote down the original dimensions there's no way for them to undo their changes and get back to the original size.  It used to be that if you restricted the size to "this size only" the standard sizes would go away, but the choose your own size spinners would remain. This was perfect because it would easily allow customers to choose a different size without the risk of changing the aspect ratio (unless they purposefully un-linked the chain to do that.) But that functionality went away, and now the only choice is to restrict to the original size, or throw open the gates of confusion with all of the "standard sizes." Could we pretty please get that functionality back? It could be a separate choice - so you could still have "restrict to this size only", or you could choose "restrict to choose your own size only", or you could have "all options". I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to help customers who have accidentally cut off part of the design because they didn't understand, and it would make for a much better customer experience if the system wasn't so confusing. Sorry if this is the wrong area to post. Today there is an annoying blue banner that pops up at the top of design editing. It has to be closed every time it comes up. As a designer I know when an item is not sized right, I do miss the ability to see the yellow indicator at the edge of the image but it is easy to look to the left.. I do not know what this is good for other than annoying anyone using the editor. Please let us turn this off or have it work some way so that it does not have to be closed  in order to keep working. This is just one more bad attempt at improving the editor for the new user or those who decide to work on one item they are buying.  ... View more

I was wondering if Zazzle would please provide a generic collection header for each category of collections. As designers we are all so overwhelmed with all the new requirements just to be visible. Chat messages aren't dated, having only the day of the week and time of day. For example, Tuesday can occur up to five times a month, and there's no way of knowing if the person sent their message this Tuesday or last or even if it's actually an old message sent a month ago. I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly. ' Show Me' posts are currently dominating the main feed, as such I have to scroll through multiple pages of the main feed now to find 'what's new' in terms of substance postings, which I like to do a couple of times a day. Zippable suitcase covers are used by some travelers to help protect suitcases from scratches and to distinguish one's suitcase from others, e.g. on baggage carousels, on boats, on buses,etc. I just bought a colorful tropical one, and I would have appreicated Zazzle's level of personalization for it. TSA says these are OK, but they might need to be removed if a bag is inspected. The standard offerings usually range from about $15 to $30 for carry-on sizes, with slightly higher prices for larger luggage. They usually zip up, provide holes for handles, and they are often washable. Ever since we have gotten the new situ views for paper plates I have notice an increase in sales this is fabulous! It would be great if we can create views for tissue paper - table number cards and especially posters. Maybe tissue in a bag -  a table number card on a stand on a table - poster on an easel? As easy as it is for us designers to imagine these items when they are appear flat it is for whatever reason difficult for buyers to picture what they would look like as actual products.
