I have seen this on other personalization or photo editing apps: when using the crop tool, there is a button or check mark for "square" which pops in an exact square that you can scale larger and smaller and move around the photo so that you know you have a perfectly square crop. Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. I've seen other designers mention this, so I know I'm not the only one who accidentally sends garbled, unedited, half-messages by hitting the return button in chat. Right now the saved designs are not very usable as there is not any way to quickly find a design.  So I just usually end up recreating the design if it is not in the first couple pages especially since there are so few designs on each page so you are having to click through to the next page so frequently. Would love to see the ability to sort or search saved designs.  Would love to be able to search with keywords through the Saved Designs but if this is not possible then maybe have a few sort options.  (Both would be fantastic!). Zazzle, please consider providing the DATE of cancellation for cancelled orders in the Earnings History. This would be very helpful in assessing our earnings, and give us some idea of why customers are cancelling- whether immediately (if they re-order right away, no problem, but if they cancel and don't reorder, it probably means they saw something they liked better), or after they received the order (could be a quality issue, or maybe a design issue. I opened a new store and clicked on it and got a message under my name. Since the store is for a business I run, it makes it look like the business is unsuccessful.  LOL...Or, I am... 0 Followers since 2012.  I think it should say underneath the store name: Opened 2024 . 0 Followers or Joined 2012 . 1800 Followers (My actual number of followers from other stores.) It would help a great deal to know if a product is in a collection while working on products in the backend. Knowing a product is in a collection and is hidden shows that something needs to be done.  This product either needs to be taken out of the collection and left hidden or needs to be made public.  By signing out and viewing you can tell how many public items there are. This method does not help much but does help a little.   So, the problem with this method is it doesn't show you the hidden products only the visible.  If there are 300 products in the collection and only a few are hidden the only way is to click on each product and go to the product page and click on edit details and then click on "additional information" to see.  This is very time consuming. You have to click and wait two times to get to your collections. Then search for the appropriate collection, click again just to get there. So the collection I am working on had 300 products. I had a product I wanted to add but needed to delete at least one product to do so.  Then I signed out to see 281 products showing.  That means 19 products are hidden but as far as I know the only way to find them is to click on each product (from the collection page) and to go to the product page and edit details to just see which ones are hidden. With 300 products this is hard.  Please try and make this easier my doing one or all of the following: 1.  show which items are in which collections in the backend of our stores where we do the most of our editing / optimizing.  This way we will be able to see a product is in a collection and is hidden and be able to fix the issue right there easily. The below example only lists the first 3 stats existing and then shows an example of including collection stats. Example: list number of collections and  the name of collection/s Views: 10 Date Created: 10/31/24 Last Modified:  10:31:24 Collections:  1 Baby Decor Collections: 2 Baby Decor, Blue Weddings. (more than 1 collection)  2.  If you can't show in backend then maybe show which products are hidden where we edit the collections. I just received my greeting cards. They were left out in the rain. I was able to get them before a torrential downpour, which would have ruined them. They delivered in only a cardboard wrapper. Please consider adding a plastic wrapper to insulate paper products from the weather. I won't order cards (or posters or anything paper products) in the further because I if I don't get them as they are delivered (which is usually the case) the chances for them being wrecked are high. I sell a lot of posters & foam core boards - mostly for wedding signs - and customers are VERY confused by the standard size options. They don't understand that the design will not re-arrange itself to accommodate a different aspect ratio, so they end up clicking around on different sizes, and in the process, they inevitably end up cutting off a significant portion of the design. Once they've done that, they're stuck - because unless they wrote down the original dimensions there's no way for them to undo their changes and get back to the original size.  It used to be that if you restricted the size to "this size only" the standard sizes would go away, but the choose your own size spinners would remain. This was perfect because it would easily allow customers to choose a different size without the risk of changing the aspect ratio (unless they purposefully un-linked the chain to do that.) But that functionality went away, and now the only choice is to restrict to the original size, or throw open the gates of confusion with all of the "standard sizes." Could we pretty please get that functionality back? It could be a separate choice - so you could still have "restrict to this size only", or you could choose "restrict to choose your own size only", or you could have "all options". I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to help customers who have accidentally cut off part of the design because they didn't understand, and it would make for a much better customer experience if the system wasn't so confusing. Chat messages aren't dated, having only the day of the week and time of day. For example, Tuesday can occur up to five times a month, and there's no way of knowing if the person sent their message this Tuesday or last or even if it's actually an old message sent a month ago.
