I wonder if some people get discouraged from buying something from Zazzle, after they see the shipping cost. Since they don't have experience with Zazzle, they may not want to sign up for a yearly membership to have that cost reduced. Therefore I wonder, if it makes sense to offer them free or reduced shipping cost for their first order.

The idea would be to have varying sizes of mirrors of say 3 or 4 offerings to do similar as you now can on glassware. It would be great gift giving idea to a new couple to put in their new home as they embark on their new married life to decorate their new shared living space. It would also make a great anniversary present or decoration for various anniversary milestones or other life events as well as decor for various office settings. These mirrors could be marketed both in home decor, wedding collections, art; just to name a few. Design ideas for this product would be similar to that of the wax stamps, etchable glassware, and other merchandise that requires a positive/negative type design. One other thing about this product would be to ensure it is beveled and has smooth edges. One other possibility that could be available for this item, is the limited availability for certain sizes to be framed; perhaps offering 3 or 4 types of framing options would not only expand the style this item can be offered as, but also what type of customer will coming looking for this type of item, such as corporate decorators for large companies who wish to decorate their office space in a classy manner.

I've been reconnecting with the Zazzle RSS feed to get some of my domains doing something. I used to have a great POD income and then "the change" happened. I was also working with another POD's api and the Zazzle RSS feed to create some tools for the community. It looks like nothing has really changed with the Zazzle feed, but it wouldn't take much tweaking to allow people to create some amazing tools for the community - designers, affiliates, and of course for Zazzle. I've sent a message to Z to see about connecting with someone there, but thought I'd share my own wishlist here. Feel free to share your own ideas or hopefully see something and say "Oh, you can do that like this!". My current wishlist: Add a current sale price as a child item so that on-demand feeds can use that price to show and create a "Sale!" urgency. Add a design-specific feed that pulls all products with a specific design and accompanying info (thumbnails, link, price, etc.) If able to provide this, then add "designId" to the regular feed so we can do "More with this design". Add a product-specific feed that includes more thumbnails and other information on that product. For example, pulling this shirt - Kolaches? Czech! T-Shirt | Zazzle - also includes links or some type of info that shows it's available in the other 3 styles and what colors are available in the current style.

Problem: Right now, collections can only be Public or Private not Direct-only linked like products. In a public collection, Direct-only link products show on the front end with other open published products. Solution: Add Direct-only link ability to collections so creators can group Direct-only link products out of view from the front end store. Reason: Sometimes customers have multiple items they want but private designed. It can be hard to add Direct-only products to the cart by clicking on each link in an email or message or spending time searching through messages to find each product link. Benefits to Accessing Direct-only Link Collections: Makes things easier for customers to view and add private designed Direct-only items to the cart creating a smoother less frustrating transition and likely repeated sales. Allows one place for creators to organize and share special private designed Direct-only products to a customer or customers that requested those designs. Thanks for your consideration!

Is there any chance Zazzle will consider square folded cards? I have so many designs that would work better on a square card would love that to be a new option in the future, before Christmas would be even better! Hope you consider this and a folded card landscape on the smaller edge full print. Just a thought because I had to report another Zazzle designer who blatantly copied one of my designs - or better, design themes - including hex codes and everything: I know we can report a design and that is pretty straight forward but after that one needs to send an email with all kinds of statements and a signature. It would be great if there was an online form that one can fill out with everything the content review team needs plus the possibility to upload screenshots. I tried to put everything into my email (plus the legal statements that are required according to the email I got?) but that's pretty cumbersome and I wonder how many designers really do that? I guess all I want is the possibility to flag a design quickly and have Zazzle look into it and decide if it's a copy or just a similar design but not a copy 🙂

Hey Zazzle Team! It is my understanding that letterpress techniques for printing have become much more economical. We were wondering if you might consider offering letterpress for a few select items, such as wedding invitations. This would allow us to target a higher-end clientele to the Zazzle marketplace. I know collections can be used in a variety of different ways, and some of that includes creating collections with products that aren't our own, so that may make this impossible, but it would be SUPER helpful if there was some way to get back-end functionality in collections of our own products. Like maybe if there was some link on the collection page that allowed you to open a back-end window displaying only your products from that collection or something like that? I tend to use collections rather than categories to organize my products/store, so it would be really great if I could get sales/views stats on all the products in a given collection so I could easily tell which designs are doing well, and focus on those when creating new colors etc. Thanks for considering it!

I've had some requests to add a return address to the standard envelopes that come with invitations. This seems like a reasonable request of service for the customer to ask. I send them to the custom envelopes but there's a lot of room for confusion with buying the correct sizes. And many don't want to deal with sticker return address labels. It would be awesome to just be able to have a return address printed along with the invitation purchase.

For years I waited for wall plaques to make a debut on Zazzle, and when they did I was greatly disappointed in the product branding and product description. Why brand them as Award Plaques? Many creators design them for displaying family portraits, verse, prayers, quotes, photography and more. I strongly encourage Zazzle to change the product description for these plaques. Have I suggested this before? I would still love the font tool to have the option for us (and the customers) to set ALL CAPS or not. & maybe even faux bold and faux italic (and underline and strikethrough even tho I dont often employ those) if we can't have those weights and styles for some fonts. and maybe also the bullet list tool options Much like the options available here in the forum.

Hello Zazzle, please provide us the default Collection cover options ( Real Views) for baby shower and kids birthday cross sell events , just like you have provided us for Weddings and Christmas holidays ... I am beside myself - I just got an email from a good customer - I did her entire wedding suite for her and this is the email I just got : Hey there! I want you to know that I am beyond thankful for all that you did for me! You have done such an amazing job, but I’m seriously thinking Zazzle is just NOT The place. I finally got everything in except the custom envelopes for the invitations and went to put them together and discovered that the invitation, belly band and RSVP card are a completely different shade from the thank you card, return labels and the honeymoon wishes card. The team at Zazzle seriously needs to get a handle on the color issues in printing - I have tried to contact support via email and it falls on deaf ears - PLEASE Zazzle - esp the wedding suites Need to match and be the correct color - Im upset to tears right now - what is going on in the printing department? I have never had negative feedback until recently.. so was there changes made? if so can we please fix them? If word gets out that Zazzle is NOT the place for wedding suites .. this will hit me and many others very hard - just coming out of the stay at home years - brides are happy to get out and have big weddings - this kind of feedback is not helping.

It would be helpful when redesigning old product designs if we could sort products by the date created. This way designs we are improving or altering in some way would be easy to locate as we work on them. Especially when redoing ones that are in multiple color schemes and on multiple products. Then when done, we could easily sort them and remove the old product if desired. If we choose not to remove them right away, it could help to see which ones are viewed more, the newer or the older. Which would make full use of the new quick stats and view insight options.

First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment. If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message. As it stands now there 's no way to know this unless you take the time out of your workflow to open chat. Thank you in advance
