It would be great to be able to select products within a collection e.g. to use the action 'group these products'. Sometimes I see that products are not grouped, and I can't select them to be grouped because they are spread over several pages, while they are already in one collection, where they could be easily grouped if that functionality would be available.

Hi there! I'd like to suggest if you could add a feature where we can put links to products we highlighted on banners and categories (similar to the main Zazzle homepage), to hopefully bring more views to specific products in our store. 😁 😁 😁 I also use these features to highlight some slow-moving designs. I was hovering over the notification bell where it shows you sales that were made etc. and noticed this message: you have two products that may need optimizing, review now So naturally I clicked on the product thumbnail image displayed and guess what? It didn't take me to the product to review it 🙂 Where it took me was a page of products that could use some help (some hidden some not public) Now it's possible that since it was mentioning two different products together it decided just taking me to the page where products might need optimizing or? Unless mine was a fluke or the product is no longer available to view please allow a click on this notification to take us to review the product in need of attention. Thank you

Please can you add Engagement as an Event/Occasion in collections, and/or change it so that the Invitations requirement of the Wedding category also accepts Engagement invitations. At the moment, when I put them in the Wedding Category Cross-Sell, it doesn't recognise the invites for the required slot, so I've had to put all my engagement collections in the Similar Style/Theme category instead, which is not ideal. I've also tried putting them under "other" in the events section and put Engagement in the "suggest a category box". Thanks very much.

I would be helpful if any time after we have uploaded a file to our file storage folders we'd have the ability to rename the file. There are numerous incidences where this would be helpful. It would also be helpful if you made it easier to rename a file storage folder. thank you in advance for your consideration I wish you all continued success

I recommend that Zazzle remove all Zazzle Marketing attribution from All current cards. Create new templates for cards. Insert a blocked area, so that Designers are not able to apply any design in the blocked area on any cards created from the new templates. Advise designers to use the new templates and not to create a new card from an existing card. Show a warning to remind. After that, Zazzle can change up Zazzle Marketing attribution annually, or once a month , or every day, on all the cards created on the new templates, by placing the Attribution of the Hour in the reserved blocked area. This will help Zazzle to put an end to the practice of destroying the hard work of Zazzle's valued designers.

I thought it might be very useful to have a separate forum category/subject for just the desgin tool in zazzle...it is so ocmplex now and so useful (thank you) but easy to forget the updates and what they do, and harder to find such in search. For example I only just remembered about the mask function today and tried it.That was a surprise! its like the clipping mask in Inkscape. I am sure newbies would love to be able to just look up design tool functions in a spearate heading/category

It would be great if the secondary content (background) designers were popped into the Creator Panel in the design tool BELOW the original product designer. This would prevent secondary content designers from getting unrelated messages and help direct the customer to the right person if they want matching items or have product questions.

This is not the highest on my wish list (rulers and color palette top that!) but this time of year I always think about how nice it would be if customers could have options for backers of their holiday cards. It might be a bit of an engineering feat to offer that, but if we could design options for one photo on the back, just text, a collage of photos or a plain backer and the customer could choose, that would be AMAZING instead of having to create new listings for each of those. Could be great for save the dates, birth announcements, grad announcements, etc, too.

My daughter purchased recently 3 small size posters - THANKFULLY they were small enough she did not have to reorder but the way they were shipped were extremely careless. Each time they came in a PAPER cardboard envelope that had a huge crease down the center like the post office bent it along its journey to fit a cubby or something. She has a HUGE mailbox so it did not need to be folded to fit inside. The other thing issue is protection against extreme weather - our postal service comes late (sometimes after 6PM) so it sat all night in the mailbox during a heavy rainstorm. I know the poster comes in a plastic liner but in the morning the envelope was so drenched on one entire side had the contents been just a inch larger it would have affected the poster. And she had no idea it was in the mailbox..... but this is really not the point. Something like this should really be delivered UPS so it is left at your door - if this cannot happen then the packaging material needs to be a heavy duty plastic with some sort of non foldable insulation inside and even write DO NOT BEND - FOLD in large red lettering across the entire outside. As well something non foldable should be placed inside to prevent it from being folded and creased. I was really disappointed that this happened not just once but 3 times it came arrived looking identical - outside damaged and carelessly shipped. She also purchased wrapping paper and while that was left at the front door the cardboard box was too pliable - it too had a huge crease in the middle like it had been folded in half or something heavy laid across the center of the cardboard. What a shame!!! When she pulled the paper out of the box her beautiful wrapping paper had large dent in the middle; leaving a giant fold/crease across the entire roll of paper when unrolled for use. She had no time to reorder she just had to make the best of it - but it does reflect on Zazzle when things like this happen. Again this should be mailed in a heavy duty cardboard box that cannot be bent or damaged in case something heavy lays on top of it and a do not bend/fragile sticker - anything - should be marked on the outside. Hope this can improve as she is leary to order these types of items again in the future - it did leave a bad impression. As well I would think the cost of better shipping materials over flimsy ones outweighs the cost of re-shipping and production of duplicating orders.

I think it would be great if we had the option to put a design and text on the inside of coffee mugs. I don't know how difficult that would be for the company that handles the printing of the mugs, and I don't know if there is an interest out there among customers, but I think it would be really nice.

Would it be possible to have someone adjust this particular mockup (see example) for the stamps so that the wooden stamp is closer to the stamped design, and preferably a little larger? it could even overlap a corner of the stamped design, but it doesn't have to. Can we rearrange the sections this way (or something similar), so that collections that are not events or occasions do not get lost in the abyss? Collection Class/Category - Event or Occasion - Business - Schooling - Art - Graphics - Backgrounds or Patterns - Comical - Politics - Other Then under each of these sections, we have the type of collection (cross/sell, similar styles, etc.) Maybe something like this is already in the works, but if not, can we? Pretty please 🙏

When I enter "paper bowls" as a search term when transferring a design to another product, the database of Zazzle products doesn't return the new 7" paper bowls. Entering "bowl" or "bowls" only shows the chili and soup bowls. Entering "plate" or "plates" is the only way to see the paper bowls, and they're the last of the search results. Thank you!

I've needed to use this a bit lately as people want to know about shipping for Valentine's Day. I know this seems minor but it reads "contact our customer support." The "our", in my opinion, is misleading. It would be better to leave out the our or say "Zazzle's customer support." I helps clarify that we are not Zazzle employees by showing we are a separate entity. -- I also think it's critical that when someone leaves a message for a designer that they are immediately shown they need to turn on email messaging, or given the option to turn it on right there if it is off.

I would like to see the automated titles of the wooden gift boxes with tile insets changed to "trinket boxes" or some other appropriate name. They are much too big for a typical "gift box." If I was looking specifically for trinket boxes and jewelry boxes, I would never use the search term "gift box" to look for one.
