Back in 2015 Zazzle launched a special store, called Support Nepal, after an earthquake hit Nepal in April that year. Designers could submit their designs with a theme that would relate to Nepal. Thirty percent of the gross proceeds from the sales from products in the Support Nepal store would be contributed to the Direct Relief organization. And because this was a charity effort, designers would of course not receive a royalty for these sales. There is still a blog about this here... Would like to see the category fitness, wellness & sports under occasions or events in the product information details.  Sub categories could be dance, yoga, gymnastics, biking, hiking, kayaking, soccer, baseball, football, music, art, gaming, etc.   Then when Zazzle creates main page links for say Father's Day, the can have a sub-link for fitness, wellness, & sports products as well as others in the gifts for him section. ... Could the guide files list be updated, please? It doesn’t seem to have been updated in the last two years. If the print area dimensions were included for all new products, it would take the guesswork out of creating designs that would take full advantage of the available area, and we would have a place to refer to easily retrieve the appropriate dimensions.  ... For Napkins, please offer Product Merchandising option of "All Options except Guest Napkins." This is the one shape that is so radically different from the other paper napkin sizes. As a result, designs (that are not patterned designs) that may look good on the other napkin sizes, don't look very good on the Guest Napkins. Alternatively (and this has been asked for in the past), please make it so we can just select (via tickboxes) exactly which options we can have our designs appear on. Thank you. ... View more

Thanks to @ColsCreations  we recently discovered that thumbnail images for our stores on the home page do not always accurately represent the stores. Some include outdated images, or images that do not sell that well, while we have products and designs that perform much better. So my suggestion is: Please allow us to create thumbnail images for our stores just like we do banners and logos. This way every designer could choose the most appealing and accurate representation of their store. If thumbnail images are chosen based on customer's browsing history and are not stuck, then maybe we could create thumbnails for each most searched category for the algorithm to choose from?  Any comments from the Z team would be greatly appreciated. ... We Actually Have Stationery Papers!!, I thought we don't have any of these, because when I type stationery on search bar, random stuff pops up that has nothing to do with stationery... infact we have Notepads too, and I didn't even know until now.  In Etsy, when you type stationery, they immediately understand you are looking for weekly planners or kitchen planners or something. they understand that you are looking for notepads and papers with printed planners. but in zazzle it thinks that I'm looking for greeting cards and jackets and pillows... my goodness..  Even when I type "kitchen accessories", shouldn't be cutting board be the first to popup? not those mugs and water bottle, yeah, I mean they are part of the kitchen and dining too, but zazzle search should be a little bit more smarter. maybe we have customize knives and plates too and we didn't even know about it.  ... It would be convenient if the Zazzle canned response message didn't disappear after the first message is sent.  Sometimes I have to ask a customer for more information as they can be vague.  Once I do that the canned response with the customer service link disappears.  If it were still up I'd just click on it, then, edit it per each customer's specific needs.   ... I was thinking that it would be cool to have an option allowing the creator to set online / offline status. I need to up the royalty percentage on my digital downloads since coupons for 50% off never seem to go away, and customers are getting digital downloads for like $5...    Is there a universal option to update this, like our default royalty on everything else?
