Hi everyone, or only the ones who read my text 😅 I have a minor or not (you decide) technical issue regarding adding an item to collections. (in the product page) For example, I just created an item that can be placed in several collections. What is a bit disturbing is that I keep going back and forth to select each collection separately (from the Actions -> Add to Collections -> then a window "Your Collections" opens). As a suggestion, it would be ok to keep the window open until we can select all the collections we need and then give a simple "ok" to close the window. I had a family member that was an avid puzzle builder and loved to frame them and hang them throughout the home.  I think that having the option to purchase puzzle glue and a frame at the time of purchase may be an additional revenue stream for puzzles. I need to up the royalty percentage on my digital downloads since coupons for 50% off never seem to go away, and customers are getting digital downloads for like $5...    Is there a universal option to update this, like our default royalty on everything else? Hey folk!  Living outside of the US and trying to use this shop in a design way is something extremely... whatever. I really often have the problem that clients and people ask for a paper sample or want to discover the sizes and want to see some real products.  Starting my shirt shops in Germany was easy. I just asked and got the best seller shirts as samples with all kinds of prints, mine and others. Just to have a look and feel sample. It worked well. And of course, I was easy able to buy what I needed to test.  But I can't buy all paper goods and typical US market products zazzle offers.  I would love to get some paper and print samples. My idea is to share from each to other some cards, invitations or whatever you own from your own shop and is able to be delivered by postage somehow reasonable (I don't wanna cause to much expensive parcel cost for no one) to Germany. I think all of us sometimes is an own client. The most have cards and stickers from the own shop at home. Let's do an easy postage / real mail swap. You get a personal Great Dane Drawing postage from me, I get whatever "sample" you like from you. And of course, we could organize to list up who ever wants to take part and share different products. And of course, I have some own cards and products from my store too, it's possible to send you this to.  Of course, Zazzle claims a 100% satisfaction guarantee. But did you ever decided to buy 10000 flyers without knowing what paper this is? Me not. And not alle customers have the time to try out a first buy that will take some weeks for delivery. I think that it is great that one can upload ones art and make products available to put in our stores. I rekon that chances could improve the likelyhood of a sale if my art was the first option for customers, instead of making products myself the customer chooses what art and then what product to make. I do not know what people are wanting from the marketplace you see? for example; customer searches through database of artwork on zazzle, sees something he/she likes and then proceeds to choose what product to be made, all the way to purchase and delivery? would enableing this lead to more sales? best, Mzxta ... The search box is difficult to locate because it's light gray on white. This is true even though I've been here a number of years and ought to know where to find it. What might it be like for the customer, particularly since it's slowly become even less likely to be seen immediately because of all the picture links, links that don't show the true depth and breadth of Zazzle. Certainly, there are customers determined enough to find the search box, but what about the others who can easily get caught in the cul de sac of those pictures? The search term "wedding anniversary wine tote" is not synonymous with "wedding anniversary wine bag" . Please make the above terms interchangeable. The former is pulling up far fewer search results ... just 120. Surely there are many more than this.  I have 61 publicly visible wedding anniversary wine totes, but just 10 are being displayed. Another thread said photos with a cover markup will be highlighted over those without. Is there a step by step guide of how to quickly and easily do this when you don't own the thousands of products in your stores? I would like to concentrate on making new designs but this feels like another busywork assignment to keep me from that. How do I do this please?  ... View more

If someone is buying a digital download of an invitation, they should not be allowed to apply a 50% off coupon to a digital download. They should have to pay full price for the invitation for the convenience of gettin our product not as a POD item at a POD site lol. An invite that would be $12-14 ($12-18 on Etsy in the good old days) should not be given away for a measly $5.98.  Please consider restricting coupons to printed products. They are getting a crazy deal if they are getting our goods for pennies. While I appreciate that the percentage is much more fair, the price they ultimately pay is NOT lining up with what we would charge for a digital design on other marketplaces or our own websites. I would also really love to be able to see if they are erasing all the text and downloading blanks etc. We have no access to see the edits being made to see if our proprietary goods are being abused.  Thanks!!  ... I was wondering if Zazzle could add tabs or the ability for the designer to name different sections within a collection. I often do a collection by the design - using the same design on a wedding suite and related products, but also for baby shower, birthday and and so on. So instead of having them all mixed together, it would be good to be able to organize them by tabs/sections within the same collection. I know I can organize the order - but what I mean is to keep the wedding stuff with the wedding stuff - the birthday with the birthday, etc so they can each be seen independently of one another but within the same collection.    ... Since your announcement via email that products with cover images will be prioritized over products that do not have them, I've started to dabble and have even created a few.  Yay me!  But as I go along I do see the need to be able to quickly tell which products do have and don't have a cover photo.  Seems like adding something under the product visibility drop down is a logical place to add such a sort.  You may have a different idea about where to place it, but having the ability to figure that out quickly would help everyone.  On a side note, being able to d/l a transparent .png of the product mock up would be super helpful too! It would be nice if Zazzle could partner with one of the Mockup companies that are available to give us more variety with in situ options. My biggest issues with trying to find appropriate mockups (other than price!) is style and scale. It would be nice if we had this ability within Zazzle so we knew that we were choosing mockups that are products we offer with our images in the proper scale as the mockup. TIA ... View more
