I created this as an extra large, and it works for medium, large and extra large. But when you go down to the smaller sizes the angels are no longer individual stickers, they blend together. Under marketplace departments, we need the option to choose, where we want to list the magnets. It only has one option for kitchen magnets and I always forget to change it to car magnets. It looks funny having the situ view of a car bumper, when it it listed as kitchen magnet. You know how, when you've just successfully created a new product (you get the "Congratulations" page), if you hover your mouse over your profile pic, it gives you a dropdown of all your stores, and you can click on one to get directly to the shop you want? I'd LOVE it if that always happened (the hovering-gets-you-a-dropdown thing). Currently, the rest of the time you have to (1) click on your profile pic, where you're taken to the menu to (2) scroll to the bottom of the choices, (3) click on "My Stores," where you're taken to your home page, where you have to (4) click on the shop icon you want. I'm concerned with how the designs transfer from foil products, I just had a large invite order where a foil was transferred to a standard invite, when I did the same thing the foil layer ends up on one side of the invite in black and the background on the back side of the invite, is there either a way that this could be fixed or maybe disabled from the foil products. I'm worried its going to lead to large orders being refunded as they don't achieve the results that they're after.  ... View more

Hello! Not too new here and I have come to the conclusion that categories are not easy for me. Is there a chance to update the old instructions? I am viewing the page with a desktop iMac. When I attempt  to move items from one category to another, or organise/manage my categories, there are all sort of problems. Zazzle instructions come from the link here: https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-gb/articles/220679787-Store-Category-Sorting-and-Browsing they say: How to Set Up a New Category with Custom Icon Go to your Public Products page, click on "All Categories" in the left-hand navigation, and click on "Add new category" under the "Store Categories" title.' This is all clear but in my page I can see nothing called All categories. And the word Categories is not clickable.  Surely in the shop management page there should be an option that when I select a number of items I can move them to a category? But for some reason some end up in Collections and this is not the same. Several members kindly tried to help me but while they can see ALL Categories, I do not! Thanks for your help! ... View more

I just checked the Xmas in July sales - and was overwhelmed. So (too) many truly nice products on nice sales, and only 3 days lasting. This a) gives promoters only a short time span to react - please consider that you need the first day to create your promos and that if you use ads, these ads usually have to be revised first and will start only on day 2 (you can't rely on promo emails cuz the items often change), and b) too many products on sale all at once means a way too broad field to promote. Not to mention that designers with small stores will have a hard time doing anything. I personally would love to have weekly sales with nice discounts on a handful of truly nice products and smaller discounts on a few more products. Consistent over the weeks. This gives more time to concentrate on some products, create these products, and prepare promos and ads without rushing and letting them run for a longer period, which helps a lot for visibility and efficiency. A suggestion (not a criticism) based on my own preferences - others may have a different one.  I'm curious to know how other designers feel - I personally am always overwhelmed in such cases. ...
