Help Us to Help You

Many questions posted in the forums go unanswered. Sometimes this is because not enough info has been provided.   Many of us forum readers would be happy to help.  Please make it easy for us.

  • When asking about your how your new store looks, provide a link to your store.
  • When asking about a product you published, provide a link to the product.
  • When asking about a collection of your own, provide a link.
  • When asking how you can improve your visibility on a social network, provide a link to that network.
  • When asking how you can promote your products, tell us what kind of things you are trying to promote and tell us what you are doing already for promotion.
  • When saying you are having trouble with the site not working as expected, tell us how you are accessing Zazzle. Is it through desktop, phone, tablet? Mention which operating system you are using.
  • Make your forum post title very specific. Consider making a new forum post if your first  post  was so general and vague that no one responded.
  • If you are having many issues, consider asking about one issue in one forum post and another issue in a separate post.

It can be difficult for a newcomer to know how to search the forums to find out whether there is already an answer on site. Here is a link to a forum page with a search bar at the top. You can use this search function to see if your question has already been answered. Often multiple people have already made many forum posts on your issue, particularly in the case of a current Zazzle site glitch. You will need to change the search dropdown from THIS BOARD to ALL COMMUNITY. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/bd-p/zcooler

Please don't assume that since we're all also Creators or Mods that we know what you are talking about without detail or context. Don't be vague. The more specific the better. Saves all the back & forth required just to drag out the details necessary to address the question.

Yes, yes, and yes. 👍

Also to add, don't assume that since we're all also Creators or Mods that we know what you are talking about without detail or context. Don't be vague. The more specific the better. Saves all the back & forth required just to drag out the details necessary to address the question.

IMPORTANT ADDITION: please mention how long the problem has been happening. Many of the issues with products not showing up in the marketplace, and with anything at all to do with a change in categories is explained by the recency of the action. Zazzle is a very big site and there is often at least a few days of indexing time required before we will see products and categories appearing as we expect.

Hey all! Im recently new and would like to just get some feedback on my store and the layout and look of it. Does anyone have any feedback on which products should be, I guess, designed first before others? All feedback is welcome and very much appreciated! Here is the link to my main store! Thanks everyone!   Lili-Rae's Shoppe: Designs & Collections on Zazzle

Welcome! The shop looks nice. I am afraid no one else other than those who have seen this thread already will see your question, however, so the best bet might be to start a new thread, perhaps under the Store Management area of this forum. Best of luck!
