Delete products that have sold, bot not been viewed in over a year?

These don't come up in red to review, but as they have not been viewed in over a year should they be deleted?

My workflow for that situation:

1) Are they a time sensitive design/product? Examples would be masks (people just aren't buying the cloth ones anymore, or at least not often enough to matter) or designs for elections that already happened. Delete.

2)Is the product option I used been discontinued or is out of stock? That happens a lot with phone cases. I change it and the product stays. I'll see if tags could be tweaked and I'll give it a cover photo if it doesn't have one and give it a bit of Pintrest.

3)If neither of the above apply I'll give it a cover photo if it doesn't have one, see if it's in a collection and if it is push it to the front and put it in one if not and give it a bit of Pintrest.

4)If I did the above last year and now it has come round again then I figure its time is up and I delete it.

All the above and depending whether I still like it or not. The stats are oftentimes WAY OFF, so it may not be a good idea to base your decisions on for instance "last viewed". Very hard, as we don't have much better, but I recently came across an item that was sold but NOT viewed.
