Adding items to Collection glitch

I created a  new category for Valentine's cards yesterday.  I had no issues adding products yesterday, but today the collection keeps disappearing.  It's still there when I go to my Collections page.  The option to add a product to the collection just isn't there on the product page or in the backend.  If I rename the collection, it will show up for one produt add, then disappear again. 
Just me?

You mention category and then you mention collection. They are two entirely different things. Are you having trouble with both? 

I also do Postcrossing!


Nope, I misspoke. Only having trouble with the collection.

No, it’s not just you. The posts showing up recently are saying variations of what is happening to you with collections.
log out, clear your cache,close your browser, log in again, which may or may not have any effect. Both your  collection and category may straighten out and behave themselves in a day or so. Only tech knows why these things happen. Hopefully the moderators will step in and reply to your specific question about your collection issues.

thanks, I'll try loggin out etc. I agree - it'll probably straighten out in a few days!
