Adjust tool is not working for multiple same image

Hi!
Several customers has contacted me to tell me they are having issues with the 'Adjust' tool, where it works for one image but not the other same image (same template). The template I made is the same for front and back and they could only adjust the front image but the back remains the same unadjusted.

Does anyone have a solution for this? TIA

This is still an issue... please see this newly published product as an example: 256167351344469271
I tried to adjust the image while not signed in because the adjust button doesn't show up when we're signed in. It only adjusts the first image even though they are the same image template so the customer has to go into the design tool and figure out how to adjust the other image so they match - not good.
