anyone else unable to download product mockups?

started a few hours ago, with only a few published listings. upon clicking 'downloads,' the entire product publishing bar suddenly dissappears.

those select products affected carried over to other web browsers—but i was still able to download assets from other listings for a while.

the issue seems to have now expanded to most, if not all of my product offerings from each storefront.

is anyone else having a similar problem, or might i have exceeded some sort of download limit i'm not yet apprised to?

wrapping paper rolls aren't affected (for me at least), but wrapping paper sheets can't be downloaded

Media Manager also seems to be not working.

Same here. All my products seemed to be working last Friday. Saturday, I uploaded one new design to several products. Couldn't download any images for new products. Sunday, yesterday, lost some old products and gained some of the new ones. Incidentally, one of my old products I've tried to download has a new option to download a zip file with all the product images. So far I've only seen it on one product.

This is getting very frustrating. It's been doing this for me since Friday. I am able to download invitations and save the date (probably because they are downloadable by the customer) but no other cards. I don't particularly like making my cover photos from screenshots because the quality isn't the same, even when I download them from Canva in a higher resolution. Does anyone have a good work around for this so I can continue to make high quality cover photos? TIA!

only thing I can think of is to use your original design as a closeup(let's say it's a design of flowers, ) just paste a cover of only that design . Just in the meantime. Or even playwith that design as background AND foreground,(bokeh BG,focussed FG), or cameo insert in focus,design only element

Forgive the duplicate post, but I put this post in the wrong forum earlier today. It really belongs here.                     This comment is for Mark.  I just attempted to download mockups to create cover photos for some of my newer products. Some will download and some will not. A retractable banner, sticker, cocktail napkin, and pillar candle downloaded as normal.  A flat thank you card, enclosure card and gift tag did not download. So it appears some products will download and some will not. I was just able to download a bath mat and a bluetooth speaker, but not a teddy bear or flip flops.

For the record, as of today, Media Manager and Downloads are not working. When clicking on Downloads, the menu just goes away. For Media Manager, when clicking on the downloads options, menu goes away.

Thanks, Mark for passing this issue to the technical team. Just as a comment, after reading other replies, it seems that some creators have download issues just in some products and can still make downloads in other products, and we may have different ones affected. In my case, since last Friday, July 14, I haven't been able to make any downloads from any of these products: posters, invitation cards, menu cards, wedding programs, thank you cards, and save-the-date cards.

With so many cover/media images to make this is really a bummer.

Let's hope it gets fixed very soon!

A work around, I took a screen shot and went to canva and hit the take out background. That seemed to work. But if Zazzle wants us to put in product mockups, they should be able to give us the basics.
