Oh my goodness! I just tried customizing text on those products of yours and see what you are talking about. That is not working at all! I just tried it on one of my own products and the same thing is happening to mine. This is really very worrisome. I have extensive use of the blooming elegant script font on some of my products that is now being converted and does not work to customize. I truly hope this can be fixed and soon!

It's wonky, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Good to know you were able to recreate it which means the moderators should be able to also. Thanks for testing it out 🙂

You're welcome. Yes, I have now tried it on several items and the same thing happens for me with the large swirl on the left separated from the text and the wavy one on the right. I'm glad you noticed and posted here. If I get any customers asking me about it at least I'm aware of the issue and won't be caught off guard.

I am in the same position! Not only has the Blooming Elegant font family formed the basis of most of my bestselling designs in more than one store, but it also will be the basis of my business clients, for whom the font forms part of their brand. I sincerely hope that Zazzle can make this work, because it will impact thousands of customers, and I'm just not sure what I can do about it, because I don't have their email addresses, like Etsy designers do, so I cannot contact them!

Not to mention, Morgana is just not a suitable replacement for the script. They have a completely different weight and personality. I just noticed this today, so I haven't even look at designs that I have used the sans serif on. I am afraid to see how those look since we don't have any good new sans serif fonts.

While I am guessing licensing is the issue, and I am thrilled at having more font options, I really wish someone who knew fonts was at the helm of this and understanding the personality, weight, feel etc of a font and why we may have chosen it, when choosing what fonts to license and swap. It's about to eat up so much valuable time going through all my stores and figuring out how badly this has affected my designs. I am pretty upset right now.

I just wanted to add that when I tested this to see if I could replicate the problem and did, I was using the Chrome browser.

I had the swash change even before I went in to edit the design! 😞

I don't use Blooming Elegant and the caps fonts as much as many of you do, but I agree, this is rather disturtbing.

This is great that you posted these 2 examples- I notice that the tiny numbers in those little boxes are different in both examples. The one that is messed up has 10 and 13, and the one that is fine has 40 and 43. That should give Zazzle some ideas on how to fix it, if they ever look at these posts!
