Buttons have ANOTHER problem: delete but STILL on Public store (not in Store Management).

Tech support did not fix the "Button Problem". They created a new issue. The problem you had with Buttons NOT showing up in our stores is NOT fixed. NOW, as you can see by ATTACHED screenshot, the Buttons are all there BUT THEY WERE DELETED AND STILL SHOW UP IN THE PUBLIC STORE! The buttons need to be deleted since I deleted them after you (sort of) fixed the issued with Buttons not appearing. There clearly is still a problem with Buttons either not showing up or we, the creator, can not see or delete them in the Store Management where all of our products are at. YES, we selected to see "all products". It is JUST that the Buttons previously made and not visible (never showed up when product page made) are NOW visible be THEY SHOULD BE DELETED AND GONE as they were in fact deleted many days ago by me.

That may take several days. Should be a Global fix for all store asap.

@FantabulousMerc Mine is still missing in the backend. And I certainly wouldn’t wanted to delete mine since it’s on Zazzle’s first page for election items. But I‘m glad it’s in the market place which is what’s important to me. Although it hasn’t sold for some time, sigh. And it was my bestseller. Oh well. At least I have sold a sign today and even twice - yeah!! Ten views (as of today) and two sales - those are awesome odds for an item buried somewhere. 🤗

I know this will sound funny, but the issues with the Zazzle computer servers and website are very 1997-era problems that should never happen today. In addition to product visible/non-visible, non-removeable, no way to add actual Google Tag/Tracking info for legit detailed sales activity (not just the UA number), product page indexing often takes wayyyyyy to long to update store products, and the some other minor issues, they really should hammer down hard on making the whole process solid. It would be a good investment since when things "just work well, always", we make money. They make more money. 🙂

Did you try clearing your cookies, or viewing the page in a new browser? I've noticed a lot of times that when I make changes on Zazzle, they don't show up correctly in my browser, but when I use a different browser not logged in, the changes stuck.

Every time I finish a design and click "Sell it", the first thing I do is open a completely different browser (not another Tab) and copy/paste the link into it to check it out. Making sure that different browser is not "signed it" as well. Yes, cookies cleaned. Still see one button left in "public" view but NOT in Store Administration view. Still broken.
