Rubber stamp 256327054763714569 for example. From back end, from market place, and from within collection itself I get a collection pop up window but instead of orange check mark beside the collection name it shows blue empty square. Clicking on the collection name gives me “… has been added to collection.” I’m on iPad Pro, Safari browser if that helps.

The issue stated in the original post has been resolved.
When you add a product to a collection you'll see a list of available collections. You select a collection and it'll be added. If you open the same menu up again you should see a check mark next to the collections that the product appears in. If you wish to remove a product from a collection simply click on one of the checked boxes.

I too am having the same issue. I cannot DELETE individual products from collections. I am using WINDOWS 10 64 Bit and GOOGLE CHROME is my browser. I think there might be a bug of some kind. Collections is NOT running right. I already posted a question about this is in the forum. Hopefully we can get this remedied. I have even lost collections now!

I'm also having this issue, there are no check marks to show the product is in there in order to delete and it doesn't show when you try to add it. In addition to that - I will make a separate post, my big problem is when I click on my collections page I get an error message. I was hoping this problems were temporary and they started yesterday afternoon.

I too am having the very same issues you are. All of what has been posted by others is synonymous with what I am currently having to contend with. I myself am using GOOGLE CHROME on a WINDOWS 10 Desktop.
- One can only ADD TO and NOT DELETE from a collection. There is only a BLUE CHECK which prompts one to add a product to a collection. There is no prompt to UNCHECK - DELETE or REMOVE products from a collection.
- Collections and changes to products with in collections are NOT showing or updating.
- Collections seem to disappear when edits are made to designs contained with in them or if one tries to edit the collections themselves.
Furthermore I just made a couple of TEST edits to an existing T-shirt design by adding custom text fields to the design and said changes are NOT updating with in the collection. I suspect this is a Zazzle backend issue. Hopefully it will get ironed out soon. Very frustrated as I have thousands of products that need to be placed into curated collections. Thanks for your response. Sorry I can't be of more help except to commiserate LOL! Perhaps a moderator can address our collections issues.

Luckily Mark has flagged these issues and I hope they get resolved quickly. I was worried this might go on for days and loose out on sales and not being able to work like usual. I know the web browser doesn't play a factor or the platform, etc. I tested it out on safari and chrome, on. mobile and Mac desktop... and we are all using different systems. At least we were able to have a conversation about this information, thanks for responding! I'll update on here once something happens.

I can add new products to collections, but I can't delete existing ones. Can you solve it? Thanks in advance.

Collections issues still persist! I am sorry but I have posted about this issue repeatedly. My store, it's products and collections are all set to PRIVATE/HIDDEN while they are in development. I DO NOT want to make anything public until it is ready. Again I hover over the hamburger icon and receive a prompt to ADD TO not DELETE FROM a collection. If I try to edit a collection, it disappears. I have NOT attempted to do anything else with regard to collections as I am too afraid to do so. Has anyone else been faced with this? I am feeling lost, frustrated and discouraged. Any feedback, input or suggestions are needed and appreciated. Is this a backend issue? What's the deal?!

@TAngelone It's just Zazzle zazzling. It may or may not get fixed. On the product pages it is very hard and even unlikely customers will ever find your collections, so it will mainly affect your own marketing. Indeed very frustrating. I have been able to ADD products to collections. So you could move the ones you would like to delete to the bottom of the list?

Anne you stated that: "On the product pages it is very hard and even unlikely customers will ever find your collections, so it will mainly affect your own marketing." Collections are a vital and essential part of any marketing strategy. I am frankly confused by what you mean by: "On the product pages it is very hard and even unlikely customers will ever find your collections."
What if anything would prevent collections from being seen on product pages? Would you care to elaborate further?
Thanks again for your responses to my posts either way. My sincere hope is that this and other threads will help others who are faced with the same issues, to resolve said issues quickly and efficiently just by reading our posts. Finally these threads are also intended to help all Zazzle moderators and those working BEHIND THE SCENES/BACKEND to address and fix these issues. I myself will NOT open for business until all of my PRODUCTS, PRODUCT LINES are neatly categorised and contained with in collections. No one wants to visit or frequent any shop that has no structure or organisation. Thanks again. Will keep my replies shorter.

Anne I appreciate your response. It is indeed very frustrating and disconcerting. This is the reason why so many Zazzle businesses fail or take forever to generate sales. I am an artist designer and creative. I am NOT a technician. I have spent years developing my store and product lines which are all HIDDEN and will remain HIDDEN until they are ready. That stated my personal work around is to create DUMMIE COLLECTIONS and then add products from said DUMMIE COLLECTION to a PERMANENT COLLECTION. Collections are in fact vital to marketing ones shop and product lines. Thanks again. Frustrated but will have to adjust I s'pose. I do hope Zazzle can fix this as it does prevent Zazzle businesses from thriving and succeeding.

As of today 9th, April, 2023 I am still having issues with deleting products from a collection. The box where in one has to check mark is often highlighted in blue even when unchecked. I then refresh the page and the issue still persists. I have also noticed that sometimes boxes are check marked even if I DID NOT check mark them. This has also lead to the COLLECTIONS being very dodgy and buggy and very frustrating and time consuming to work with. Is there a way for me to include screen captures to give all a clearer insight into what is happening? This will help to remedy the problem which I again suspect is a backend issue.
