Please help to understand. In my store

only 1 collection is displayed from today (when I visit my store logged out) in Collection tab. Although there are more than 10. However these collections are displayed in the Home tab. Is this a technical problem or did I do something wrong somewhere in the Settings? Thank you in advance!

Hi Mark, My problem with the collections is also that the products are not displayed on a productpage under the header "other products from this collection". Is that the same technical issue?

Hi Mark. I ended up deleting that collection that was listed in my OP at the link you noted. I made a new collection because I had waited so long for a fix and wanted to get a collection published. And that glitch is different than what is happening now.
What's happening now is the collection title (link in blue) shows on the product page BUT there are no images of the products in that collection. It's only on some and not all collections.
Here's the link to that product that is in that collection https://www.zazzle.com/tropical_orange_pink_shaded_streams_custom_paper_plates-256019730575949256 Also if you click on the white space where the products should show, the blue link (collection title) disappears.
Below is what it looks like on the product page. I'm using the Brave browser.

Hi Mark. Thanks for checking it out. I just checked that collection and it's showing with all the products.
I followed the basic recommendation by @nrakhotskaia I didn't have new products to add so I deleted one product then added it again. I did that to all my collections that weren't showing probably and it appears to have worked.

Sorry to hear you are also experiencing this issue.
I took a look at your MerryBABY store and in the backend there are 16 collections and all 16 are showing publicly. Can you check again to confirm please?

Hi Mark, everything is fine now, I found a solution to this problem. All my collections were not displayed until January 9. I did a little experiment yesterday: I added some new items to each collection and for this morning the problem was solved. By adding even 1 new item to each collection, the collections will return to the home page and display correctly! I hope this solution can help other sellers)

I just tried that. It didn't fix the problem immediately but I waited a few minutes and the product images are now showing.
WAIT -- I might have to wait 24 hours because now the collections aren't even showing on any that I've tried the above fix.

I created a new collection and added 1 product, but when I create new products I cannot see the collection listed, neither in my profile. So I'll wait a day and see

I'm facing the same issue. I've created 30 collections so far. Until yesterday only one collection showed on the Collections page when I was logged out, as a visitor. But I checked today and no collection is showing at all. I sent a message to Zazzle's customer service for help but I am still waiting for their answer. Also, I created a conversation in the forum about this issue today. I hope it will be solved soon because I visited other stores randomly, and it seems that not all stores are having this issue.

Update: I just received an answer from their tech team and they acknowledged the issue, that it will take time to be solved, and suggested that I "change my store rating". Are they talking about our Zazzle store Rank? But as far as I know, I can't change my store rating because it's Zazzle who gives us our stores ratings, right? I feel confused about this. Can anyone enlighten me on that?

Is your store rating anything other than "G"? Maybe you have it set to "off", which means the store is rated "R"

Hi, try adding 1 new item per collection and wait a few minutes. After that the collection should appear. It worked for me)

If you don't have any new products to add to a collection, you can try this solution, I posted here: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/collections-disappearing/m-p/56279 it worked for me.
Update 1/13/23 - Until tech can resolve the issue, this is the only solution I found, where the collections will continue to show up in my public shop and not disappear. I used the solution I posted above, delete 1 product from each collection and then immediately add the product back to the collection.
Note: If you rearrange the collections, you will have to go back and use the solution above, because the collections will disappear from the public shop again.

Hi, I am so glad to have found this post as I thought I was going crazy! I just discovered that not all of my collections are displaying to customers (verified by looking at a friend's screen as she was trying to find a collection and also not logged in on a different browser). It looks like it's older collections that I haven't added to in at least a month or more. That jives with the hack offered above, to add a new item to each of the missing collections. But that is just a temporary solution, we need to have all collections set to public to display, no matter when the last product was added. Hoping to hear a solution soon @Mark . Thanks!
