Hello! Any one with the same issue? I have Collections disappeared from the public store front.

When in Store Management , (althou I see them but without any info under Occasion &Type ) if I click on any of them, it gives technical issue! If I try to create a new one, nothing happens. Screenshot 2024-03-15 at 10.28.08 AM.png

If I try to add a product to the collection thag is not appearing on the public Store I also get error, like this one:

We have a fix for the issue that is causing collections to show a Request Error page. This fix will probably go live tomorrow evening.

Hey @Monet my post above was about the top two links that you posted above.

As for the bottom two links, they're both part of your Beauty Salon Business collection, which isn't fully filled out. If you go to your Member Collections page then you can search for the Beauty Salon Business collection by name.

It's possible that the confusion is because you're searching through your store collection page, and the collection will not appear there until you manually select the store(s) that you want the collection to appear in. Here's a direct link to the collection page: https://www.zazzle.com/pd/editcollection?id=119088537727101892

So, a takeaway for anyone reading this: if you can't find a collection while reviewing your store's collection, then go check your member collections. It's possible that the collection isn't fully set up properly, or maybe you simply need to make it visible in that store, or make it visible in the marketplace.

Also, here's a link to our FAQs on Collections. There's a lot of them, but there's a lot to know. Might be worthwhile bookmarking this one until you get the hang of things: https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000289534-How-Collections-Work

I can see it from my member’s page now. Thank you!

I'm keeping an eye on your situation. Sometimes after changes are made there's a short delay before the changes become visible to the public. I see you made some changes yesterday, so hopefully the changes are reflected soon. I'll check back on this one again tomorrow.

Unfortunately, i do not have links. 😅 but among those collections are from those product links I previously shared. My collections from my backend are down to 78.

I still can't find all my Easter collections, they completely disappeared on the back side and the public store. You can see just the individual products.
Just 3 examples, because it's lots of them. Could you help me, please?

It has been for a long time now, around 14 days or so. Thank you so very much for looking into this @Scott

Please try this:

I'm looking at this product: https://www.zazzle.com/first_easter_personalized_baby_boy_bunny_egg_blue_baby_bodysuit-2568291403623...

1. I go to the product page, and click on the Add to Collection button (at the top of the page). I see a list of collections, and then I click on the "show selected only." This will show ONLY the collections that this product is added to. Now we know the name of the collection that this product has been added to ("Cute Easter Bunny").

2. I go to your collections backend and search for this collection, then I open the collection. I see that you haven't updated it to include a collection type or an event. Both fields are blank. I went ahead and updated both for this collection (Cross-sell type, Event - Easter).

What I would do from here is go to your Collections backend page and filter by Type: Other. This will show you all of your collections that need attention. Looks like you have 11 collections that could use a bit of updating. Then, once the changes are indexed, you should be all set.

Aww this collection is showing up now! Thank you so much!
But if I want to make the last step as you did, no collections are under ''other''. ''No collections found''. So I did everything from my member collections page and it worked! 🙂 I just wasn't able to do it in 4 collections. They are showing up on my member page but not in the store. Thank you so very much for all your effort and help!
