I've been unable to get into a couple of my collections (due to Request Error) since yesterday around midday. Called Zazzle Help, and they're working on it but unable to give me a turnaround time. Meanwhile... Is there anybody with this problem who found a workaround or something they did that fixed it?

Thanks!

I had the same problem with two collections, but eventually they started working again yesterday, but I just now made a couple of changes to one of them, and get 'Sorry, there are no results.' So, I will keep checking the collection in the hope it comes back soon.

I just made some major changes in one of my collections and now I'm getting the "Request Error" message when I try to open it. Is the current solution to just wait for it to rectify itself?
So frustrating.

The same has just happened to me again.
I have been adding products to a collection and now get that error - ''
