Cover Photos Not Updating

I know there have been other posts about the cover photos, but in the past 2 days it has gotten worse. I've tried uploading the photo 2 times and that works a few times, but now, it doesn't matter how many times I re-upload the photo it doesn't take at all. I've tried 5 times or more in a row and still nothing. I've also gotten the message that says "replace photo", but the photo is not taking over as the main photo. Is there a way this can be fixed, given that just about all of the featured designs seem to require a cover photo? Also, when submitting collections, they said that people with cover photos will be considered more.

I've had the issue that once it says the cover photo has been uploaded it either still shows the mockup from Zazzle or it's blank where the image should be and says "Sorry Product Image Not Available". The usual work-arounds aren't working either.
