Create Collections - Event Drop Down Missing Option OTHER

For the last couple of weeks the first drop down list when creating collections does not contain an OTHER option.
It has two Birthday - Adult, two Holiday - Halloween and two Holiday - New Year's Day but no Other option.
I use Collections as a handy link to Zazzle from my website.
Normally I wait for others to report and Zazzle to fix but this time I can't see any reference to this vital (for me) option.
Please fix or explain how I can continue to create Collections when they do not refer to one of the allowed events and there is no other option. I have tried in Chrome and Brave.

Sorry to hear about this issue. I can't replicate on my end, the options are appearing as one would expect.

Hi Mark, thanks for responding.
Below is the screenshot. There used to be the option "Other" in the list (about two weeks ago it was there). I create collections on a regular basis, probably at least one a week I guess. Also, some options seem to be duplicates although that is not my issue. I use collections to group products with similar designs so I can easily link potential customers from my website to a collection of products and related designs. My collections are hardly ever related to events like weddings, stag parties and so on. So I always choose "Other".

Me too, same problem since 2 weeks ago. Contacted customer services but it looks they have no a clue what is going on. I use Chome, Opera and Internet Explorer. Waiting for a solution.

I'm still having the same problem as well. Sound like the dev team don't see the problem in their end. It not affecting every users, I guess.

The missing "Other" option from the Create Collection drop down menu still exists for me also.
I relaunched my browser and cleared caches, files, etc. No change.
It is puzzling that more people don't seem to have this as an issue. Maybe they only ever create Collections for one of the available options - Weddings, Stag Parties, and so on. To me, Collections are a great way to group products and designs together to provide a shopping opportunity link.

Nope. I even try signing into Zazzle on my iPhone and try to create a collection from there but it still having the same issue, no “other” option to click on. I am base in London by the way, not sure if that makes any difference.

I am also in the UK so maybe that is a clue. I need to keep creating Collections as they are a key part of what I am trying to do - feed views from my website to Zazzle with the hope of a referral purchase. Collections are an ideal vehicle for that.
So for now, as there is no OTHER option, I will use "Birthday - Adult". The visitor doesn't care what type of Collection it is, they just see a list of products.

@MarkEwbie rather than creating collections on the .co.uk site - change over to the .com (same log in credentials)
If you create via the .com site Create collections - the 'other' is hiding over there
Looks like the .co.uk collections are missing loads of events plus it has a duplicated Adult birthday event
.co.uk also has duplicated Halloween/New Years Day @Mark - the .co.uk collections events really need looking at and fixing 🙂
I'm in the UK and always log in via the .com site

Thanks Sarah! It never occurred to me that the drop down menus would be so different in the two countries.
I will definitely check out the .com site instead. Maybe all my work should be via the .com, if that's the one that Zazzle look after more.
Hopefully, now you have solved the issue, Zazzle can themselves try logging in to sites other than .com, or figuring out why their systems are out of step worldwide.
I am not sure if this counts as a solution. To me it's a work-around, waiting for an official response from Zazzle HQ.

@MarkEwbie the international sites are different due to the fact that not all products available on the .com are available to purchase on the others.
It is a workaround and not the perfect answer - it'll be on the things to fix list I'm sure (just don't know when)

Thank you Sarah, I am also from the UK and I was using the .co.uk from now on I will use only .com, But Zazzle should fix this issue in the Uk site soon. Thanks again.
