Creating a new product makes a duplicate

I just noticed that 8 of my newly created products also created duplicate listings. So I have duplicate listings that I did not create, they just appeared on the "products" page, in store management mode (not in the public store). I am afraid to delete the duplicates, I don't know if maybe both listings will be deleted.

I just saw that a  product I created yesterday  duplicated - one has views, the other doesn't but they show the same product number....

Hi, I have four of the same guest book that I revised, due to email received.  The glitch made it multiply.  Per what others have said if I delete them to leave just one, all of them will automatically delete.  So for now I have to leave it as is.  I didn't get to look if I had duplicates of other items.

Please let us know what to do.  When can we delete these duplicates of any items?  When will all the different glitches happening going to be fixed and back to normal?

Also, per the guest book email think it said only have a week to make changesr for the Replace button option.  Can this be extended, as so many glitches have been going on and before last weeks problems there were other problems going on like bad lagging for couple or so weeks so was hard to do anything working on items.

ETA:  Just checked again and my guest book item is now down to just one of that design, as it should be!  Thank you for fixing this!

Just had some new listings show up as duplicates. This problem still persists.

Yes, I created a product yesterday, and today I see two of them. Then I think, why did I create a duplicate? So I just say, let’s change at least the title and tags. When I change it, it changes in both products, and I was so lucky I didn’t erase the "repeated" one. I may also delete the other one, omg!

@Fiona I'm having the same issue. Several duplicates were created for newly listed products. Additionally, when I sort by "Last Viewed Date," products that I just listed and haven't received any views yet show up at the top. I'd like to add mockups to the products, but I'm not sure which product is correct. I don't want to touch or edit them just in case.

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same issue. Duplicate listings have appeared in my store, and for over a month now, the analytics graph hasn't been showing any views or sales data — even though I know I'm getting views.The view count only shows up in Quick Stats, but not in the Views Insights section. There are no bars on the graph at all, even on days with known activity.Could you please look into this and let me know what's going on?

I'm encountering this same issue when editing my product information.
After uploading my products, I performed a group revision to update their titles and descriptions. However, instead of simply updating the existing listings, the system created duplicate or cloned versions of the products.

Don’t delete one. Both will go. I found this out to my horror 🤦🏻‍♀️ You can see they are linked if you hide one as it will hide the other too.

I'm having the same issue with duplicates on newly created products. I deleted the second set (4 products), but it deleted all of them, so I had to remake the products. Now I have triplicate copies of the same 8 greeting cards! What is going on Zazzle?

I have the same, some of my products have somehow been duplicated, the same name, the same product number, on Zazzle only one is visible but in store management they are duplicated, they also appear when I select the 'sold products' option (although sales report does not show information about the sales of these products), but the 'action' menu doesn't work, it doesn't respond. They also appear as 'hidden' products, but the 'action' menu does not work either. I don't quite know what to do because the duplicates are displayed, see they have few views while the products that appeared first don't.

I'm having the same issue. I thought it was because I bulk edited a bunch of products that caused it, but it's also happening after creating some new products.

I'm experiencing the same. Some products show up 2 or 3 times, but when I deleted all that were that were too many, the single one disappeared, as well! So don't delete!!!

Yes, they are connected to each other, when I change the product photo on a product, the duplicate also be updated.

Now newly created listings don't appear at all. I created new listings a few minutes ago, they don't appear anywhere.

I did this too, when I deleted the duplicates. But the new item does not show instead a duplicate of an old product appears. I’m avoiding adding new stuff or working on the shop as I may cause myself work in the long run. Waiting for zazzle to fix 

I'm having the same problem. My new listings don't appear in my products list, only in the Recently Viewed Items at the bottom of the page. What is going on Zazzle?

Same experience. I created some new prints and all of them duplicated. Like others have said what I do to on happens to the other and when I click on them the both have the same item number and link. I have emailed Zazzle, still no response...

Same here. Not sure which is the original and which is the duplicate...It looks like one of the duplicates shows views whereas the other does not. Please see attached image for examples.Screenshot 2025-06-05 180625.png

Same here the URL links are for the duplicated identical. Here are two products it happened with:

Still messed up 50+ hours after first reporting this problem. I am over the duplicate issue and just ignoring it for now but the thing that is really upsetting is many new items are not showing at all in backend so I am assuming in store also. I never really check there. UPDATE:  They are showing up in the store just not the backend Yeah

I did look at saved designs and the same ones not showing anywhere are not in saved either. It doesn't matter how long I worked on it they just seem to have gone away.  Also, why are we only getting 10% on sales of most stuff (invitations for ex.) ?  If we mark up the royalty amount Z takes out an overage charge why? I am simply trying to make up for lost fees.   Still trying to figure this out.

Update .... thank you techs the backend seems to be working much better this evening. I am wondering if part of the problem was that I used the editing on here a lot in my last design. I usually have most of my design done before uploading it. I stopped using it and things seem to be moving much smoother. Perhaps not since I was not the only one experiencing this.  Again thanks for the fix.

I noticed this too with my latest products. I was going to delete the set of versions with no views, but as I was selecting them, I noticed the duplicate products were also getting selected so I left them all alone.

Yes, don’t delete them.  My duplicates all have the same product numbers as the originals.  They are not new versions.  Deleting one deletes the duplicate as well.  Zazzle needs to fix these.

I had some duplicates and when I tried to delete them I ended up losing every product I had with the design including one that I sold. I had to redo them.

The only duplicates that remain for me were listings from 6/6 through today.  Oddly, the last listing posted today did not replicate.  Maybe / hopefully that means they’ve fixed it and now just need to deal with the remaining duplicates. 🤞

I spoke too soon. Products posted today were also duplicated.  This problem has NOT been fixed.
