Customer reorder being canceled

Hi - I was contacted by a customer who has been attempting to reorder an item that she has purchased before. She appears to maybe have contacted customer service, but has not received an answer as to why her order has been cancelled, so I said I would pass on the information. Thank you.

Thank you for flagging this with us! Zazzle requests two business days to reply to the emails sent to the Customer Support department. If the customer prefers, they can get in touch by phone as well (see the info at https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/221463567).  Hope that helps 🙂
