Default royalty settings still not working

Once again the 15th of the month has passed and my default royalty reset has not worked on all my products in all my stores.

Still have two different royalties showing.  

I wanted to set my royalty back to the lower one after the holidays so I chose the setting "apply this royalty to all your existing products"   for 2 months now and it hasn't worked on these 2 stores.

oh my gosh! you are right!  what was I thinking?   sorry Z techs, I guess lets wait 5 more days and see what happens.  my bad!  🙄  I will update later and let you know.  

That will teach me to have my coffee before I do anything else!  lol

Hi Shelli, 

I'm seeing all changes made in  November 2021, and January 2022 applied. There are requests you submitted on 1/24 onwards that have yet to be processed. Can I ask have you been choosing the "Also set all your existing products to this Royalty Percentage?" when doing this? Changing your Account royalty without selecting this will only affect design transferred designs, not ever product within your account.

@James Hi James, yes, this is a change I tried to make in January and then again last week. Both times I did choose that "Also set all your existing products to this Royalty Percentage?" option.   

As Patricia said, I jumped the gun on the latest change which won't happen until the 20th of this month if it works this time.   

I have a lot of stores now and all of them changed in January except for the 2 that I linked to in my OP.  Those 2 stores are my oldest ones and I am wondering if that might have something to do with why they are not changing? 

I will let you know if the changes take effect on Feb 20th.  sorry for alerting this on the wrong date but also thank you for looking into it for me!

@James this is an update to this issue. It is now the 21st and one of the stores I mentioned in my OP did finally update all products to the new default royalty but this store https://www.zazzle.com/store/shellibean_on_zazzle  still hasn't. 

 I am wondering if it needs to be manually indexed or something?  Or maybe I should just try resetting again and wait until next month?  This makes two months now for this store already. 

 It is my original store, do you think that could have something to do with it?  Thanks again for the help!

I also have changed my default royalty settings, quite a while ago and they didn't change as of this month.

I just started a new thread, but I'm also having issues. Some of my products updated to the new royalty, but not all.

@James @Mark @Emma @Scott   This is still an issue!   I went in product by individual product before the 20th to set the royalty from 20% to 14.9% on every one I could find and I also set the royalty from the back end to "all products" in this store https://www.zazzle.com/store/shellibean_on_zazzle  And still now for the 3rd month in a row I have products that never changed.   like these 256067434479855370,228353304295360453,256883879387038499,  And many others.  Can you set it for me manually please? I have been waiting for 3 months now and it is not working.  It is not solved.  Thanks!

Hi @Cherie  have those since been updated? There was a delay for a few days with the number of requests we had. If they haven't, I would suggest maybe requesting again as all outstanding requests should not be processed.

YES! They have all updated! I forgot that a few products have a royalty limit, ALL SET!

Hello All, I am having the same issue. Should the changes be in effect starting the morning of the 20th? Or should I wait until tomorrow to check?

Also, can someone please tell me where to change the setting that says "use this royalty rate for all future products?" I cannot find it in my account nor store settings.

Second month in a row now that the 20th has come and default royalty changes haven't gone through. If it's going to be like this every month going forward can you give us a heads up mods? Trying to figure out my sweet spot before the holidays but I can't do that if this keeps up. What's the difference between now and even just a year ago, why are things not operating as written? Seems like all these little things keep breaking and us designers are falling through the cracks.

It's still quite early in the day, so it's possible that the process has not yet completed.
