Design Tool Not Working

Haven't seen this reported, so just in case tech is unaware or I'm the only person with this problem. Haven't been able to use the design tool for the past hour or so. All I get is the dreaded something went wrong message. I've tried editing an existing product, starting from scratch, transferring from an existing product. No luck. Using Windows 10 & Edge.

UPDATE: I was just able to get in. The guidelines are missing though... instead of the colored lines I'm getting a shaded gray area around the edges... but at least I can get in to do some work!

Ah, just experienced this when I went to make myself a magnetic name tag. Darn it, always on the weekend!

I am having the same problem: design tool is not working. Of course this happens on a weekend...🙄
