Edit Details - Product Merchandising -- Change Option is not working.

I want all the yoga mats to show on the floor on the Collection page.  They are showing correctly in the individual product pages.

I forgot to make that change when I was posting them. And now the 11 are just rectangles on the Collection page.  I contacted Help and they said to give it a couple of days.  That was two weeks ago.  Is anyone else having this problem? I really don't want to have to go back and recreate these.

I believe that this is a known issue. I'm hoping we have a fix for this very soon.

Hi Scott, has this issue been fixed yet? I tried the suggestions here to remove and then re-add the product in the correct orientation, even though when I originally posted it, I had it set in the correct orientation.  Thanks.

Try removing the items from that collection (uncheck them in the Add to Collection area of the product’s Edit Details dropdown) and then recheck them.

What I ended up doing was unchecking them from the product page (add to collection). Then going to Products and using the action selection to Add to Collection.  The were oriented correctly on both the Products page and the individual product page.  It was only in the collection that the wrong mock-up was showing.  Thanks to every one.

Some product display options change right away. Others change within 24 hours and yet others take days to change.

I noticed that as well 🙂

I wish this would get fixed. I have two Leggings that look identical from the front so I changed it sideways so you could see the stripe. Unfortunately, they still show as the front view in my collection for more than a day so this could potentially make my collection look bad and potentially cost me a sale if they liked the version with the stripe.

Would like to see this addressed

I ended up deleting and recreating. When I see the issue again I will post it.
