Error Message when trying to group products

Hi—I am getting an "Error" message when trying to group products today. I have attached screenshot of the message I received. Thank you.

Getting Error Your request failed to send please try again later or contact support - Group Products. has anyone encountered the same issue? I am experiencing this issue and wondering if others have faced the same problem.

Yes I too have been getting this same error. So frustrating.

Can I check if this is still an ongoing issue? It had appeared to have rectified itself yesterday but I want to check if it is occurring now?

Hi Megan,

I thought it was just a glitch that day but it's happening randomly. Sometimes it says "Success!" and other times gives me that error message. Thanks for looking into it!
