Event/occasion "Other" not showing when trying to create a collection

I am trying to create a collection. In Event, Occasion or Moment it says: >>>>>Is this collection intended for a specific event, occasion or moment? If none apply, choose "Other" to suggest a new option.>>>>

However, the "Other" option is not there. I can only start a collection if it belongs to: Wedding, Baby Shower, Back to school, Birth announcement, Birthday (various), Bridal Shower, Hen Party, Holiday (various) and Stag Party.

Why nothing else is appearing? In the past I created 3 collections with "Others" but it's been a long time that I haven't been able to add any of my new designs to collections for this issue.

I want to create collections with "Similar Style / Theme" but it won't let me select that if I don't choose an event above.

@Moona create your collection via the .com domain (same log in credentials). That's where the 'other' is hiding
