Foam Core Tile Photos Not Showing Correct Styles

The new Foam Core Tile Photos are not showing a rectangular style anywhere to create. It seems that only square styles are available. In the size dropdown menu, it does show rectangular styles available, but the product image does not reflect this or change to that style. Is this a bug? I've been trying to get answers on this in other topic forums for the past few weeks, but no replies. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

Using the link you provided I was able to select one of the rectangular sizes and the thumbnail images and design area all changed to reflect the rectangular shape with no problem. Not sure why you're seeing something different.

Thank you! I have cleared out all my Firefox browser settings and that did not help either. If I choose, for example, the 16 x 20 inch style, the foam core image sits as a square image in the tiny images (under Style). All the other styles (wood, acrylic, wrapped canvas) show a rectangular image. Click on it and it stays as a square, even with the 16 x 20 size selected. So I have no idea why the foam core style won't show as a rectangle.

You're right, I never noticed that but it does look like the foam board is only offered in one size, the square 8x8" while all the others have rectangular options. I did a search for Zazzle blanks and it shows the same thing, only squares are available for the foam board. So guess that's why you can't get it to show foam board rectangles .. they don't exist.

Exactly! Glad you spotted this as well. But if you watch the video where the new Tile Photo product is introduced, there are rectangular styles of the foam boards exhibited. So why can't we design them? That's why I keep thinking there is a technicality involved here that the Zazzle engineers need to address.

You're right again...lol. I rewatched the video and sure enough, there they are...they do exist!  I'll kudo your first query and maybe that will help a little to have your question get answered by the mods.
