Graphics dissapeared from the already sold products

Hello!
I have quite a big problem, I think, and I wonder if it happened to anyone else. I have at least two products with the image graphic missing. These products were already sold and I am not able to edit the existing product without reposting it... Any idea what is happening?

Hi James, I checked in Chrome and Edge and the wildflower image visible in the cover photo is not there. Actually, in other case, when I go to edit, the image is there but completely invisible. Si, I have no idea how to fix it. I counted three stamps with the same graphic having same problem.

I just looked at your product, and it looks like you have a white oval shape covering the flower graphic. If you move the flower graphic so that it's above the oval, you can see that it's still there. It also shows if you make the oval shape hidden. I'm not sure how it happened, or if it something changed since it was created, but hopefully this can at least help someone figure it out.

That is interesting! I haven´t changed anything myself as I am not able to do it., so it must be some kind of bug. However, I still don't know how to fix it without reposting a product from scratch.... Thank you for your time:)

I went into the design tool too and it looks like you were originally using the circle as a mask (how it appears in cover photo) and it somehow got unmasked. In the design tool I used the circle as a mask and it looked as expected. It would have to be reposted as a new product unfortunately.

Thank you for your reply. I wonder though to do with the faulty product? I read that deleting sold product can hurt z Rank. Do you know if that´s true? Should I hide it, for example?

Deleting sold products can hurt zrank if you delete a lot of them without corresponding sales of other products. It reduces your sold:unsold ratio. But just one won't make a difference.

I don't know if this is the same thing or not, but I just had a customer write to me that they ordered one of my cards. When they received it part of the graphics were missing! Here's a picture of my design and what the customer actually got. I asked her to contact Z about it and followed up with her to let me know when she gets the new one to make sure it's ok.

That is a huge difference and it seems like in my case. So far no one complained about the design but its a matter of time as its completely different from the cover photo. Let me know here if you get your answers!:)
