My Zazzle store banner has blown up like crazy!
This morning my old banner was big and blurry and oversized. After speaking with Customer Service, they told me banner sizes are now 1140x315. (Note: in Help it states2280x380.)
After making a new banner that is 1140x315 I uploaded it. Now it's all wonky and big and oversized one
my store.
What's going on? My banner is the correct size of 1140x315 and in my account it shows it there perfectly fitting. Yet, onlne it's a mess. I even cleared my cache and it's still a mess.
HELP!
